Highly recommend!! We moved into a house with an ancient power vent water heater and leaky connections around the well pump. Jesse came and did a very thorough inspection and wrote up a comprehensive estimate to bring both things into the 21st century -- for an excellent price. We were able to schedule for the very next day! Jesse and Logan installed a beautiful new water heater and sorted out the well plumbing with copper lines. They were friendly and efficient, gave thorough explanations and suggestions, took away the old water heater and pipes, and left our basement in perfect condition. In terms of both service and price, Regional is outstanding!

I have used Regional over this past year for an AC check and furnace check. David was the technician both times, and he does phenomenal work. He was very thorough and communicative, explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it. During the furnace check, he recommended duct cleaning, and he showed me the inside of my furnace to explain why it was important. He was never pushy about the service, and I decided to have it done. Kevin and his team came the next day for the duct cleaning, and they worked with the same standards: thorough, neat, communicative, and professional. Mary in the finance office is also very professional and easy to work with. I definitely recommend Regional!

Our furnace went out late last night and it was pretty cold in our house considering it’s the end of December in NWI. Called early in the morning the HVAC repair man came out promptly. he was courteous, informative, and very knowledgeable. Regional offers a membership program which definitely comes in handy, and the parts and the work are warrantied for one year. Would recommend them!

Initially David came to do a tune up of my heating unit. David was very helpful and honest assessing my heating unit. He clearly explain the main issues and the potential solutions to solve my problems. After the assessment, I decided to replace the old unit and Rafael and Tim installed the new equipment. They were very cordial and professional. They did an amazing job in the installation. This is truly a great company. 5 stars for Rafael and Tim.EDIT: Jesse and Patrick did an amazing job with my gas leak. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. This is an amy company.

We hired this company to install a whole house HVAC system and Tankless water heater unit and they did it all in one day! Quite impressive to say the least! These guys really know their stuff too! Had Regional replace our AC and furnace units in September. Started to hear a rattling noise this past weekend and saw error codes on the motherboard of the furnace. Called and James came out on Monday. He kindly reminded me since our unit is a down flow unit, the motherboard reads upside down lol. Then he heard the rattling I heard and took a fan out. There was a sticker on the fan that was making the noise. Service was covered under warranty. Regional has great service and great humans working for them.

There are not enough stars or words that I can express what I feel about Regional Plumbing and Heating. I met with Tim Filatov this morning. He was beyond professional, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and had gone above and beyond to assist. My story is lengthy but worth reading. If you are still reading this then you will understand why this company and their employees are so incredibly amazing. Amazing is technically an understatement for how great they are. This year has been extremely rough on my family and I. Earlier this year we had found while visiting Kentucky that the conditions my grand daughters were living in was not proper nor a safe environment. We were never allowed in the house on other visits but this time I insisted. Something just felt wrong to me, and I was right. After months of calling anyone/everyone, I could think to call I had finally managed to remove them from their situation. They had come to Indiana to live with their uncle who had ended up adopting them. Giving them safety, love and the security they desperately needed. I was so happy. Now I could see them all I wanted to. On Aug 30th, 2024, my son (who had adopted the girls) was in a bad car accident. I took over care for the girls while he was in the hospital fighting for his life. On October 7, 2024, after numerous tests/attempts, it was time for us to say our goodbyes. I had buried my son, and the girls father. Now I am raising my girls and loving every minute of it. I have since adopted my granddaughters. Then I wake up to find out my furnace was out. More stress and worry just piled on. I was connected with Regional Plumbing and Heating for an estimate through my insurance. Thats when I met Tim Filatov. I had just replaced my furnace a couple of years ago just to find out from Tim that the furnace I purchased was not only an old furnace, but he was unable to repair it due to safety concerns. This man sat in my home for over an hour trying so hard to help me figure out a way that he could help me finance a new furnace. After all his attempts failed, it was time for me to call my life Insurance to get a loan on my account. This was my last resort. Tim seen my despair and pain and still continued to help me all he could. Then as Im driving to work, I received a call from Tim. He had spoken to his fellow co-workers about my situation, and they all wanted to help. I was in so much shock when I heard they wanted to help. I was speechless. They are installing a new furnace for my family as a gift to us. I cried so hard all the way to work. I wondered how a company can do something so wonderful for my family and I after us only meeting Tim Filatov this morning. Then it dawned on me. The good in peoples hearts still do exist. It most definitely exists at Regional Plumbing and Heating. They gave us more than just a gift of a new furnace. They gave us hope, love, kindness, understanding. They showed my family and myself that there are still people in this world who actually care and take care of others. It wasnt about the almighty dollar to them; it was about taking care of someone who lives in the community. As my girls grow up, I will definitely be sharing stories with them of this day. They had the pleasure of meeting Tim although they probably wont remember due to them being so young. I will tell them thats the day God sent an angel named Tim Filatov to our home and through him we were blessed with so many more angels in our lives from this company. I want my girls to be raised with believing there is humanity in this world and understanding that there are people who truly care. This is such a beautiful example that I can share with them as they grow, so they never lose their faith in humanity. The kindness each and every one of them at Regional Plumbing and Heating had shown us is remarkable. There are no words to express our gratitude. If you need repairs, there are angels working in disguise at Regional Plumbing and Heating. They dress like ordinary employees, but they are angels, and they will always treat you like family.

I contacted your company to work on a water heater you installed for me roughly two years ago that started leaking. Appt easily made. Technician arrived during designated time window. The pressure valve had blown most likely due to the installer setting the temperature too high when installed. While the parts needed were covered under warranty I was told there would be a labor charge. He did state this should be reduced due to the parts being under warranty. Imagine my surprise when after approx one hour of work, I was presented with a bill for $275! What happened to the reduced labor cost? Being a senior citizen living on limited funds, this dipped greatly into my wallet for the month. Might I suggest a discount for the senior citizens still residing in the area?

Ive been using Regional for quite some time and they never disappoint! Bought a home with an old traditional hot water heater and a “secondary” electric tankless that never worked. They replaced it all with a new tankless hot water heater with internal recirc pump and it’s fantastic! Before and after pictures below. Our utility bill has gone down too! Very professional staff and their work is excellent. I’ve even referred 2 other friends to them and they both had great experiences. I’ll always use them for my plumbing and HVAC work!

I was a little nervous having a stranger in the house, but before the vist the company sent a photo and a little bio on the technician that was coming. Evan called when he was on his way. Upon arrival he was friendly and professional. He took his time to examine every thing and gave me all the options. He even took the time to give me a quote for two of the options I was interested in. After I chose the option that best suited me, Evan and his coworker smiley came back within 2 days. They were both very polite and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently getting the job done in under 2 hours. They went above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely call them for future needs. Regional has done multiple jobs at my home and workplace. The first time I used them my old hot water heater went out at night and Evan had it replaced before Noon the next day. Sputtering with hot water, checked temperature and was on 160 and had to make adjustment to temperature to about 120 and sputtering and hammering quit. Overall we were very happy as we had been without hot water for 8 days. Nice to have hot water again. Would recommend to others.

There were a lot of plumbing problems in my house of 3 years. I moved in last year to find a water leak behind the wall in my utility space in the garage. It caused damage to the house. They were professional from discussing my problems, advising me what needed to be done and getting it started as soon as possible! They told me the cost up front! This review is two-fold...I had a plumbing problem at one of my properties that I manage and an HVAC issue at another. Being a property manager, I need someone who is quick to respond, dependable, delivers good service and is fairly priced because those are important to me and my owners. I had Eric from Regional go out to one of my properties because the tenants came home from vacation only to have the sewer backup. I also had the central air go out at a different property and, of course, it was when Mother Nature turned up the heat. I dont like guess work when youre working with contractors and, especially, dont like babysitting them to find out when theyll actually be at the property you need help with. Eric was great dealing with the backed up sewer issue and David was great working on the A/C issue. They were both on time and communicated before and after the process. Just want whomever is in charge know David Taylor is amazing young man. Our A/C is important because of my wife health issues. 3 years ago we had a new Carrier unit installed by another company Total Comfort based on their website have changed their name a few times and currently under All Star Service would only service the unit they put in for yearly heating and a/c check we had to buy service agreement for them to service the unit they installed. So we called Regional Plumbing Heating & Air to do our yearly service. David is very knowledgeable and just customer service orientated when explaining repairs. David was here a couple of weeks ago and installed a capacitor. They came back and it appeared that capacitor they installed was defective and he replaced and we are all set. No charge. Thank you for getting our unit up and running.

He came out with my favorite plumber, Evan and did an exceptional job at getting my water heater installed in a very compact, complex area. They worked diligently together to get the job done in record time - I anticipated taking the day off, but they were done and I was on my way before noon! I cannot rave enough about this company. Regional installed my furnace. Looks and works great! The installer Jake suggested moving the thermostat to a different part of the house and it has worked really well to keep the temperature more consistent than before. He did a great job of listening to needs and answering questions.

1st of all customer svs was awesome and worked with my schedule. 2nd I received a text with picture of my technician Evan and a little information about him. Evan arrived in a timely manner and was very professional. He took care of my outside spiket even though it was a challenge on my old house. He gave me instructions on how to turn on and off water for cold weather. He told me if I had any problems to call the office and they would come back and fix it he did not foresee any issues. Evan was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Regional and Evan.

Hard workers, kind, and helpful. David T was the tech who came to fix my air conditioning. He was on time and very courteous. He patiently listened to me explain the problem without interrupting and then got right to work. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it, explaining what caused the problem. If I ever need another repair, I would be happy to have David complete the repair.
