Where do I begin? I walked into my basement on a late saturday night to find my main septic line had cracked. The cast iron corroded away. I called the number and spoke to a charming woman who took my information and got me in touch with their Technician Eric.From getting here to handling the call and keeping me updated on his progress, he went above and beyond, fixing this awful nightmare and assuring me he would take care of everything. Covered in sweat, where most people wouldve given up, Eric kept working non-stop to get this done. As a manager at my own job, Ive never seen someone work harder and go above and beyond for a customer.Hard working, personable, and caring especially when it comes to some very laborious repairs, they are worth your every dime.Youd be missing out going with any other company, and if youre able to, request Eric!*Will update with the finished product*

Ryan and his helper (unfortunately I didnt get his name) were super. They installed a tankless water heater and it was done timely and very professionally. The quality of the installation was excellent, I also had a couple of other plumbing issues which they took the time to check out and recommend what should be done to avoid any further problems. I will be scheduling those jobs with them. Also a shout out to Mike who did the estimate and Niki in the office who were great to work with.

The experience was quick, efficient, and professional, and they adeptly navigated through some unexpected challenges.Dave B., the plumber assigned to my case, was evidently well-qualified and adept at his job. I had initially placed the service request late on a Sunday night through Lowes, and Mr. Rooter was able to schedule the replacement for the very next day - a testament to their responsiveness.They confirmed the appointment first thing in the morning and, to my delight, were able to arrive and complete the work before the anticipated time window. The speed and professionalism with which they operated, combined with their ability to adapt to challenges, was commendable.During the replacement process, the team faced a significant challenge - the old water heater did not want to drain, and they had to move it full, closer to the main drain. This required a good bit of brute force, but Dave and his team took it in stride, overcoming the physical challenge professionally. It was at this moment that I felt particularly grateful to have contracted their services.Beyond the core plumbing work, the team at Mr. Rooter also went above and beyond to assist me with the home warranty claim process. They were both courteous and with their state of the art equipment they quickly found and solved the problem.Another plumber out just the day before told me the only solution is to tear out; the bathroom floor the shower, plus possibly a couple walls, and re-pipe the bathroom. I called Mr Rooter on a Saturday in the afternoon and got an answering service who took my information. My main sewer line backed up and I had a big mess. In less than 10 minutes the plumber called and said he can be there in 15 minutes. That was great since I didnt want to wait for Monday. He came and was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem. He did everything I asked. I dont always review companies but this one deserved it. I would recommend them.

I had a very clogged sink drain pipe that I had poured concentrated lye, very caustic, down into, which you should never do because it does not get rid of the grease. It only turns it into mush and moves it further down the pipe to the next trap, so the drain flows for a while and then the clog is worse. Dave cleared out the line and the house exit line which the drain line flows into and fixed the pitch or the slope of the line so it would flow right in the future. He was the fifth plumber I had contacted, it so hard to find a good plumber. If he’s available I would not go with another plumber, he knows what he’s doing. Thank you Dave.

Mr. Rooter was the 5th company to examine our problem and the ONLY one to provide a diagnosis and recommended fix. No fewer than 8 plumbers could figure it out - they told me I stumped them. I spoke to Nicole when I called and she was awesome! She was empathetic to my frustration and told me they would do everything they could to find the source and cause of the horrible constant sewer smell in our basement. She listened and asked a lot of questions. She then said Ryan would be out that afternoon. He was great too. He spend a lot of time explaining and answering all my questions. He recommended we run a camera through our lines and there it was! A collapsed pipe under the floor in our laundry room which was leaking washing machine water into our ground water. Received a very reasonable quote and scheduled the repair. Ryan dug up and replaced the old pipe and filled in the concrete in one day. Cant even tell he was there. Its been almost 12 weeks and absolutely NO SMELL! Im beyond grateful for the great service and especially the quality work. Well Done Mr. Rooter!

Had a clogged basement (sewer) drain. They squeezed me in for an appointment so even though it was a bit after the window that was completely understood. My head plumber (Dave I believe) was very kind and was very up front about the pricing and its potential to not be the final solution, which is to be expected in these kinds of situations. Pricing itself seemed average compared to online pricing/quotes. They used multiple heads and went all the way to the sewer main to get to the culprit.. glad they tried hard instead of calling for backup right away. Very pleased with my service.

The people at Mr Rooter were wonderful. They promptly called me after I contacted them for an estimate and came out the next day to see what I needed done. The day of the work the office called me to let me know they were on the way. They flushed out a very plugged drain field drain and inspected it with a camera. When they found more blockage at the house joint they worked until they got it all out. They flushed out all the downspout underground drains as well. They also recommended some simple fixes to prevent this from happening again. Everything was very professional and they explained it all to me as they did it. I would recommend them to anyone!

It was about 30 years old so no surprise there.Ryan was patient as I asked questions and showed me a number of things about the system so I could understand what was wrong and what needed to be done to resolve the problem.After ordering the required parts, Ryan came back the next day with a helper and installed a new pump. Did I mention the foot of snow on the ground? Working outside in freezing temps with water wasnt fun, but he got the job done quickly.Ryan went on to explain more to me about how my system worked so I can troubleshoot issues in the future. I could not have been happier with the service I received.Because of Ryans effort here, Mr. Rooter NWI will be my #1 choice for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

Omg, I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employee Zack Talley. He came out and figured out the issue in no time flat. Then he replaced a portion of the sewer line that was full of roots and impossible to clear and for a fourth of the cost a Regional company was going to charge me. Zack is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and sympathetic to how worrisome plumbing issues can be. He explains everything he does and you can tell he loves what he’s doing. Derek and his partner were great. We live in an older home and were having issues fitting our toilets to old clay pipes/flange. Classic case of the former owner making everything work for the showing but impossible to work long term. I got called the day of and Derek gave me a time they would both be here. They arrived on time, went over the options available, were super knowledgeable and explained everything they were going to do before getting the go-ahead from me. I was honestly worried about the potential high cost and the amount of work it would take to fix our issues, Derek really put me at ease. They might not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend Derek and C from Mr. Rooter and will ask for them again in the future if need be.

Eric and crew were rock stars and will go above and beyond. Eric came out on Sunday night to inspect damage of a leaking pipe from our second floor bathroom. We decided the best option was to replace the pipes in the entire house. Eric and crew worked non-stop for a solid week replacing our pipes. They cleaned the house up after tearing out ceiling, walls, and cabinets. I never knew these guys until we had plumbing issues and Id trust these guys to watch my kids if needed.I cant say enough positive things about these guys. Theyre honest and hardworking. I think you would be foolish to use another company and plumbing professionals in the area.

They also offered the Advantage Plan which-- for the small fee-- is an AMAZING deal with great savings opportunities that last three years. TLDR; Dave is the man.Within 6 months of buying our first home, one sump pump died and the second had faulty safety Valve. Called Mr Rooter and within a day Dave showed up to diagnose the issue. He promptly fixed the sump pumps and then noticed a couple other issues with the plumbing and drainage in our house. Two main issues were the sump pump failure was due to sand/mud getting into the pit from the crawl space. We also had a sewage gas coming up through our plumbing to due the amateur work done previously. A large issue was the drainage from the crawl space was basically non-existent. Dave took the time to explain and show both issues and we are grateful. Needless to say the next week Dave came back with some help and fixed our plumbing issues in two labor intensive days. No more gurgling sinks/toilets and our pumps and drainage are top notch that only a biblical flood would cause an issue. Highly recommend this Mr Rooter and especially Dave.

Our shower pressure is much better now. Ryan and Ron did a nice job, and it took less than a work day, and the price was amazingly low compared to Gatlin. They did, however, reverse the hot and cold lines of our kitchen, Also they left the pilot on on the water heater, but I took care of that myself. The tub had some crud left in it, but that was eaasy enough for me to clean. All in all, Im glad I called your company to do this job! I will call in the future.

Unfortunately our main line going to the sewer is broken but they offered a large range of repair options at varying costs ranging from temporary fix of yearly maintenance fix to full replacement of main lines. Joe put a camera down the line, showed me what was going on and explained the various options. He was great, - very fair, knowledgable and very professional.

Mr. Rooter saved me a ton of money. I called Roto Rooter first and that was a mistake. Roto quoted me at $10,000 and implied that digging and jetting was my only option. Mr. Rooter jetted from a different, already accessible point and saved me $9,000. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND them above the competition. Ask for Dave Boswinkle and Zach Schuck. They were extremely professional and even helped me clean up after.

Obviously, DIY is the least expensive option. But on a winter day in the low teens I was not willing to replace the lift pump in my septic tank myself. Overall, Mr. Rooter was great to work with and did exactly what I requested. Replaced the pump with a Zoeller (the best) and a new check valve. The only advice I would offer potential customers is to have an idea of what the repair should cost. Research parts online beforehand because they will only give you a quote after they have arrived and scoped the job. At that point you will probably just say yes and have them do the job. But be prepared for the sticker shock like I was. The cost was exactly what I estimated.Just one more note...They only use the top of the line replacement parts which also raises the price. But in my book, its worth it.Overall. I received the premium pump and service was very good. I do recommend highly for emergency repairs.
