    Fadden Plumbing is fantastic! Fast response and fast service. I did not feel pressured to go one direction or another. I was informed of my options and made my decision to get a new water heater which was installed efficiently and at a great price. Sean is very professional yet friendly. I will recommend Fadden Plumbing to any friends and family who are looking for repairs/replacements. I plan on using this company for all my future plumbing issues.

    Water heater issues……..I had, had two other companies assigned via my home warranty with one showing up and doing nothing, the other never even responding to the dispatch I then was assigned Fadden! Let me just say that Sean is not only professional but also personable and treats you with respect. Talks to you in a way you can understand things as I’m not a plumber and don’t know all the terms. Quick to respond, takes the time to listen to the problem and make a diagnosis and works to get “hard to find parts” (my water heater is 14years old and they no longer make it) while keeping you updated on the progress. He then worked with my schedule to get a time to come install the part that worked best for me and even understood me having to change the date due to an issue on my end. He then came to my home dealt with my dogs barking (yes I had them put up) and while I apologized profusely he stated “they’re just doing their job” and they didn’t bother him one bit. Shortly after he left the issue I’d been having again reared its ugly head. I reached out and he immediately came back to look at it. I’ve had the issue happen once again within the 24 hours since he did work but I believe it’s either a part that can’t be replaced or it’s just time to get a new water heater (and again no fault of Fadden) I would recommend this company to any and everyone looking for a plumber. Good quality work, quick response time and most importantly Sean cares about his work.

    Ive used Sean for install of water heater, and to clear my main line a couple times, he just came out on an issue that I thought another ahs company would be able to check out and fix for me but they were a fail !! I did an emergency call to him and had ahs transfer the work order to Sean , and again he was a success !! Always friendly, honest to me with his opinions and got the job done that the other company tried to double charge me on !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FADDEN PLUMBING !! Thanks again Sean !!

    My fiancé and I recently bought our house and over time found several plumbing issues. Luckily we have a home warranty and they sent out Sean with Fadden Plumbing to help. As we’ve discovered more issues, Sean has come out not once, but 3 separate times. Hes been incredibly easy to communicate and work with, and is always quick to respond to any questions we had. He’s good at explaining things in layman’s terms for those like me who know nothing about plumbing. He’s fixed all of our issues so far perfectly and has gone above and beyond to make sure we don’t have further problems in those areas. With or without our home warranty we’d certainly call Sean again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend him.

    I had an emergency after installing a new faucet. Contacted fadden plumbing and he got back to me instantly. He was here right away and quickly started fixing the issue. He got the job done very quick. Have zero complaints! Will definitely be recommending to anyone in need of a plumber!

    I called Fadden plumbing and explained my issues and he was here same day take care of it. He explained what was going wrong and exactly how much it was going to cost which was about 800 dollars cheaper than my other quotes. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any issues I may have.

    We had a clogged sewer line that needed to be fixed right away. We couldnt run the washing machine without water coming up out of our basement drain. Sean with Fadden Plumbing was the first plumber to call us back and we set up an appointment right away. He arrived on time, quickly took care of the problem, and did good work. It was a great experience and I highly recommend him!
