I highly recommend John and his company! Not only did he answer the phone late on a Sunday, but he spent time on the phone with me listening to the problems I was having. He came out first thing the next morning, spent time diagnosing the issue, extra time explaining everything to me, as well as fixing my entire system same day! I could not be happier with the service I received! Being a family owned business makes them even more amazing! I wouldn’t go with anyone else!

Amazing customer care for my family today! I called at 6:30 AM when my family got up for school and we had no water and no pressure from our well and pressure tank system. Not only did he answer the phone, but then he helped me diagnose my issue over the phone, and told me how to fix it remotely myself! Even when he knew I was out side of his service area! He also directed me to two other technicians in my area to have come inspect before winter! I am so thankful!

They replaced our well pump and pressure tank and did a fantastic job. John and his dad took the time to explain everything to us in great detail and helped us learn more about what type of well we had including how much iron we had in our water. We were very happy with the quality of work, their communication, and knowledge. They were very easy-going, down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend!

After already working a full day, he arrived around 6:30pm, diagnosed the issue as a dead well pump AND a pressure tank with a blown bladder. 4 hours later we had a new pump, new pressure tank, and water again! He explained everything along the way and was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Really great experience, fast reaponse, great service. Called because well pump was constantly running, and my pressure tank was empty. They were able to come through quickly, knew exactly what the issue was, in and out in an hour. And they really took the time to explain to me how the system works, and signs to watch out for. Reccomend to anyone in the area.

They flushed my water system and eliminated a lot of the gunk in my water. John was very thorough about the job I needed done and pretty much walked me thru the entire process. After calling them, John picked right up at around 11pm and sat on the phone with us trying to get all the info he could to help us. Unfortunately my well pump failed late one evening and I called about 10pm and spoke with the owner. He put me on his schedule first in line the following morning. What great people to work with!!!!! They where very professional and a honest group. I would highly recommend there services. They also educated me as the customer for future preventive solutions as a home owner. John @ JC Well is a fantastic contact to have saved in your phone.I was doing some work Saturday and long story short I messed everything up and had no water whatsoever. 6 hours & 5 stores later I just could not find the parts for the life of me and I couldnt go without water for days.Late Saturday night I Google well water repairs and JC Well comes up so I give them a call, everyone else was closed until Monday and JC Well is 24/7. Low & behold 9 pm Saturday night John the owner picks up the phone while hes out with family and talks with me, explains stuff, I sent pictures of the problem and John goes back and forth chatting with me. First thing in the morning John is out at my house fixing the problem, explaining what hes fixing, why hes fixing it and overall helping me understand whats going on.Nice guy, friendly, smart, works quick and does top-notch work. Im new to home ownership, new to well water and without a doubt will use JC Well again. If you need well related work call John & support a local business.

After living with municipal water service for 30+ years we bought a home with well water. This water smelled bad and after attempting a do-it-yourself shock treatment the pump quit working. Turns out it was very old. John replaced the pump and did other maintenance on the system and did the shock treatment. A few hours after arriving they had all repairs done. We now have great water pressure and no more smelly water. Highly recommend

Called John out on a Saturday and he was there in an hour. Had me back up and running in no time. He noticed that my well was going out though pressure was low and it was 25 years old. We arranged a convenient time to replace it. He did that work in about 4 hours. It made a huge difference, my pressure is up 20 psi. I highly recommend these guys.

JC Well & Pump came out within the hour of me calling because i woke up to no water in my home. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. My switch was bad they had a new one with them and had me back in water in no time. John then explained to me that i should get a new pressure tank because mine was waterlogged and that was the reasoning for my switch going out so i had them install a 30 gallon fiberglass tank for me with a cleaning which they recommended. Thanks for all the help guys. Highly recommend.

Could not be happier with our experience with JC Well Service. After buying a new house and finding that we were left a smelly and worn out pump and tank, they came out and replaced what needed to be replaced, cleaned what needed to be cleaned and gave us an education on how to maintain our system going forward. They also assisted with our sump pump and advised how to clean our water softener before using the system again. Could not be happier with the service!!!
