    This is the 4th job I’ve had Wise Plumbing perform at my house. They’ve also performed a number of small jobs at my rental property. Wise plumbing is now my go-to for all plumbing concerns.This time: Located and fixed sewer smell in the bathroom. So very grateful to be finished with that smell. Jerry was professional and helped us understand every step of the way. Great looking van with Einstein? on the side. Highly recommend.Previously worked with Jordan and Matt on: electric tankless hot water heater install. Whirlpool tub install. Multiple toilet installs. New pool bath rough-in and fixture install.     Solid service end to end. We had an issue with a copper pipe that had multiple pin size leaks - long story short, Wise Plumbing (Davonte) was able to head out immediately on a Saturday to address this issue. Replaced this section of pipe, pressure tested the water coming into the house to ensure it was not excessive and the cause of leak, and he did it in less than a couple of hours. Their hourly rate plus parts charge is much more reasonable compared with other quotes I received from other β€œhighly rated” companies. Wise will be my go to for all plumbing needs moving forward.

    Tyler and his crew were friendly, efficient, and arrived on time. They are honest and the cheapest plumbing company around! Didnt overcharge, available the same day and arrived on time to fix a clogged floor drain, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful. 10/10!! Will be using them in the future.

    My outside hydrant was leaking. They came out very quick. there was not a water shut off near the hydrant so they shut it off at the water meter. They installed a ball valve so if the hydrant ever needed to be replaced again it could be without having to go to the meter. Sheet rocked replaced and looked better than before they came. Highly recommend this company.

    Wise Plumbing was referred to us by friends. They came out the next day after an afternoon request, were on time, efficient and let us know how to maintain clean kitchen pipes. Price was as expected. We would definitely use them again.

    Called tonight on a Saturday night...we had sewage backed up into our bathtubs and shower...Mr. Wise answered the phone and I had an emotional breakdown on the phone with him...(Its been a long week...ac went out earlier this week)..he was so nice to me and let me have my moment and didnt hang up on some crazy lady crying... He was very caring and sent Jordan out to help right away. Then Jordan listened to my ramblings and why I had my breakdown and was so nice and fixed it quickly! The price was reasonable for an after hours/weekend rate! I definitely found a caring company who showed compassion for this momentarily emotional momma...I will use them for future issues(hopefully Im not crying then..sorry!).     I called Matt Wise early today on Sunday morning with a water issue. He contacted Jerry his team member to make sure Jerry was available. Matt called me back in 3 minutes and Jerry was available. He arrived by 9am, diagnosed the situation and performed the necessary work. I had Jerry also do some additional preventive maintenance while here! Kudos to the Wise Plumbing team for this emergency run. Matt’s company is young, but they are professional, experienced and thorough. Give them the opportunity to help you and you will be a satisfied customer like me!

    I have used Wise Plumbing on several projects. Each experience was above and beyond what was expected.At my personal house I had a leak in my hot water tank closet.     I am so thankful for Wise. I was able to get an appointment extremely fast after finding a large puddle under my sink which turned out to be a multiple leak situation in my slab.
