For several years, Ive been a loyal customer of Aaron & Sons Plumbing Corp. and have consistently been satisfied with their professionalism, courtesy, punctuality, quality of work, and cost-effectiveness. Recently, I required a toilet replacement, modifications to a refrigerator line tap valve, and repairs to some leaky outdoor faucets. The job was challenging, as the toilet had a damaged flange and the working space was limited. But, Melvin managed to install and secure a flange kit skillfully. He completed all the tasks in just 2 hours. I had already removed the old toilet, which saved some time. However, the tasks of fixing the flange and replacing the tap valve could have taken a less experienced person a significant amount of time. In Tulsa, there are plumbers, and then there are problem-solving plumbers like Melvin and Brian. I have full faith in their ability to resolve any plumbing issues.

They couldnt address the issue that same night but managed to schedule a morning appointment for me. Brian came over and attempted to clear the line with a plumbing snake, but it wasnt successful. I was aware that our sewer line was deteriorating but had been procrastinating on the issue by repeatedly getting hydro flushes and snaking. Unfortunately, we had reached our limit. Brian was successful in getting a team of hydro flushers on the same day. They managed to clear some room in the old, root-infested cast iron pipe. After a camera inspection, we discovered that the situation was dire. The pipes were filled with roots, had holes, and some were broken. Brian and Melvin spent hours examining the line with the camera to develop a plan. They decided to reline the pipes, replace some sections under the house, and even had to dig up a part of the driveway to replace the pipe. As you can imagine, it was quite a significant task. Brian and his team started work the following day. Despite the magnitude of the job, it only took about a week. We had access to water and the toilets every night except one due to severely cracked pipes. Brian was exceptional, and i would highly recommend him. He treated my house like his own, kept me informed about the progress, and was excellent in communicating. The timeline for completion was accurate and caused minimal disruption to my family. I was grateful that Brian was the one assigned to my Tulsa home and took charge of this job. I was also pleased with the rest of the crew, including Melvin and the hydro flushing and lining teams. Everyone was friendly and respectful of my home. i acknowledge that the job was costly. Full disclosure, i didnt shop around for multiple quotes. The job needed to be done immediately, and i couldnt take time off work to get estimates from other companies. However, I had a good feeling about Brian and Melvin, and my wife and i were comfortable with them doing quality work in a reasonable timeframe. Reached out regarding a problem with my water heater, and I initially thought Id have to replace the entire thing. They promptly dispatched Brian, who listened to the issues we had leading up to our lack of hot water. He thoroughly inspected everything and took his time to test each electrical component in this two-element thermostat unit. He discovered that the top thermostat wasnt functioning correctly, so he replaced it. The new thermostat had a different temperature control system than the bottom one, and they need to be identical, so Brian asked if I wanted the bottom one changed to match. He provided a very reasonable quote to replace the bottom thermostat. We decided to go ahead with it, and now both thermostats are new, and the water heater functions perfectly. This fix saved us a significant amount of money compared to replacing the entire unit! We recently found ourselves dropped by our homeowners insurance, a situation that many of you might have experienced. We had to undergo another wind mitigation and inspection, and naturally, they found something - the water heater. Even though its been working perfectly since Brian fixed it a few years ago, it MUST be replaced, or no insurance company will cover us. Fortunately, Brian was on top of it. We discussed the pros and cons of tankless versus tank water heaters, and what additions would be needed to ensure we comply with the code. The process was smooth, and they had the new tank installed the next day. While they were here, we also had them replace a toilet and install a new kitchen faucet. I heard so many good things about this particular plumbing and gas service from my neighbors, and now I can see why. Starting with their customer service, the head of the company, Melvin, personally picks up the phone and is both prompt and flexible when it comes to scheduling repairs. My house is quite old, so as you might expect, many of the plumbing fixtures and fittings are nearing their use-by date. But every time Ive reached out about a plumbing problem, Melvin and his team have been nothing short of first-class. They always do their utmost to keep the costs down, while still providing top-notch quality. This year alone, theyve unclogged my houses ancient cast iron sewer pipe, detected and replaced a leaking sewer line, located and repaired an outdoor tap buried a foot underground, installed a second tap near the road, and fitted an under-sink water filter. The sewer line task involved a significant amount of digging and replacing a part of the concrete driveway. Melvin and his team did a fantastic job, removed all the debris, and even re-laid the sod theyd removed on top of the repaired area. Before discovering this plumbing service, I attempted to save money and faced problems with nearly every repair. You might find a cheaper plumber, but you will NOT find a better one! Trust me, Brian and his team are the best in the business.

When Brian initially came to inspect our plumbing, he noticed that our cleanout wasnt large enough for his camera equipment. Without any additional charge, he set up a cleanout within our basement. Despite managing to reach about 75 feet into the pipeline, he hit an obstruction. Regrettably, this did not clear the blockage. Brian explained that we didnt have an exterior cleanout to adequately reach the clog and thoroughly clean the line, so we would need to have one installed. Two days later, a duo, including Melvin, returned and successfully resolved the issue. The problem was tree roots located over 100 feet down, dealt with using high-pressure water. Melvin also made sure to clear all interior drains. We were incredibly relieved to have our drainage system operating efficiently again in Tulsa!
