    2 Gentlemen, 2 older kids showed. 👏 fixed the AT&Ts independent contractors mess. Thank you guys! Teach them kids the manners you had. The one made a comment which was a no no. Im sure you guys remember. After the good stuff glue dried the one guy who smelled good came back next day to fill in the hole. I keep getting emails from you to change out my bib. Yeah it needs it, I was told the clean up crew from the independent contractors mistakes hired by AT&T would replace my hose bib or bibb..free of cost. Have they yet? No.. the spigot still leaks. I still use your plunger pen. Will contact again for any further plumbing needs!

    I have used One Way Plumbing several times over the last 10 years or so. I had good service the first time and every time theyve been to my home. Chad was the most recent plumber that came to the house to repair and/or replace 3 faucets. He called about coming earlier than scheduled which worked good for me. He was friendly, courteous, with good work ethics. Their communication is top-notch from confirming appointment, reminder, and notification prior to the plumber arrival, the plumbers name and confirming they are on their way.     There’s never a good time to hear that your water heater has gone out and it was not installed to code. One Way got us scheduled us quickly, arrived promptly and with identificationyy.     This is a review for services NOT done. Which is exactly why Im writing it.Chad came out to give us a quote on replacing two aging hot water heaters that work together (a big family with big hot water needs lived in our house before us!). He not only told me the heaters were still in good shape, he explained how the system works and assured me that even if one broke, it would be a quick fix to shift over to using just the one that still worked. He also gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot, just in case I wanted to have the work done anyway.In short, this honest and thoughtful plumber talked himself out of job today, but guaranteed that he will be our go-to plumber in the future.

    I had an outstanding experience with One Way Plumbing. We had a toilet that wouldnt stop running and wouldnt shut off with the stop valve. I left a message on a Sunday afternoon and got a call back the same afternoon from Chad scheduling me for the next day at 12:30. Gary Don arrived a few minutes early, which was great. He was very professional, courteous and explained everything including the water shutoff for our recently purchased home. Within 20-25 minutes he had taken care of both problems and I was charged a very reasonable price. I will absolutely call One Way Plumbing if I have another plumbing need in the future and will recommend them to friends! (Note: I had left a message for another (24/7) plumbing company on Saturday night and did not receive a call back until Monday around noon when their competition One Way Plumbing was already on their way to my house to take care of my problem!     My review is about One Way Plumbing in Tulsa and Logan the service tech who installed a new water heater for me a few days ago. First off, I am a bit of a perfectionist. Therefore I grade a little tougher than the norm and why I hope you will benefit from this heartfelt review. My water heater basically collapsed and I needed it replaced quickly, affordably and to my strict standards for quality workmanship. One Way Plumbing satisfied all those needs. The company also graciously provided me with an estimate over the phone which I appreciated very much. I did get an estimate from another company. It was several hundred dollars more for the same job. Beware a large company with slick sales people/estimators starting with the first letter of the alphabet. Now to Logan the service tech who was icing on the cake. The estimate given to me over the phone was not jacked up by Logan after he did his inspection. Based on prior experience with many lesser companies I expected the price for the job to be inflated with little or no intelligent reason as to why. With that said Logan installed a new high quality tank ( I know this because I spent a few hours researching tanks, warranties and reviews of the same.) He also upgraded all code requirements and thoroughly explained each step of why they were needed. He courteously answered all my questions, which were many. He did not make me feel uncomfortable as I wanted to watch the entire process from start to finish. He explained the warranty provided by One Way as well as the warranty from the manufacturer of the tank. Based on the time it took him to complete the job and my knowledge of what the tank and additional parts cost, the total charge was more than fair. The patience, professionalism, quality, honesty and superior customer service provided by Logan was more than even I expected. A honest, valued, proficient, qualified, friendly and patient plumber is like a great mechanic. If you are lucky enough to work with one. Value that person for life. I have found my plumber ( Logan ) and the company ( One Way Plumbing ) for all my plumbing needs...……..Thanks guys for the AWESOME job, treating me and my home with respect as well as providing quality workmanship and affordability we hope to get from all service companies but rarely do.

    Very easy to schedule an appointment. The person scheduling the appointment seems to know a bit about plumbing so I had the appropriate expectations of the service. Ive used them twice and my tech the other day was Vincent (although not sure if I remember the name correctly since I did not get a business card. Would definitely recommend their service. He installed the toilets and verified they worked correctly and did the same for our kitchen faucet. He removed the old toilets and left our bathrooms as clean as he found them.     I called One Way Plumbing based upon a recommendation from my neighbor. I was very impressed that they answered the phone on first call, they scheduled me an actual time (2pm) instead of a window, and they got me in very quickly! I then received a text confirming my appointment. When my appointment day came, I received a call from Gary Don around 12:45pm letting me know an appointment before mine was much bigger than anticipated. He let me know he was running about an hour behind, and would text me when he was on his way. Sure enough, he texted me approximately 1hr after my initial appointment time. He was extremely polite, enjoyed my dog, talked with my young kids about what he was doing, and worked quickly. He noticed our issue right away, and explained to me what was happening. The charge for fixing our issue was very reasonable compared to other bigger companies. I am VERY pleased with One Way Plumbing, specifically Gary Don, and will definitely be calling them (& asking for Gary Don) for any & all future plumbing needs!

    Excellent experience with Logan. Upstairs shower was leaking out onto lower floor. I feared the shower tile or ceiling would have to be ripped out. Logan was able to quickly diagnose the issue and was able to go under a sink for the fix. Also fixed my garbage disposal in under 10 minutes. Very reasonable too! WillDefinitely use them again.

    One Way Plumbing has done fantastic work for us; we wont consider using anyone else. The best part (as of three or four years ago, at least, when I asked) is each employee is paid by the job, not by the hour, so there is no incentive to up-charge or drag out a job as we have experienced with other companies. Ive never encountered an employee who hasnt been unfailingly polite and more than willing to explain the job so we are better informed in the future. Give them a call - you wont be disappointed.

    Had a 13 year old water heater that needed to be replaced due to age. Called OWP and got an over the phone estimate, which was impressive, and saved the waiting for someone to come out and look at it.Logan and Cameron both arrived on time and ready to go. After speaking with them briefly about high pressure in the house, they said the pressure regulator valve probably needed to be replaced, which was located in the same closet the water heater was in. This added to the overall cost, but not an unreasonable amount. After getting the heater draining, they left for a short time to get supplies after assessing the job.Within a couple hours or so, they were finished, and had everything installed and operating. They took some time to go over the controls of the water heater, and then cleaned up the area they were working in.Overall was very satisfied with the work and at a reasonable price. I would use them again for this type of work. Unfortunately they do not do drain work, or I’d used them for that in the future.

I called One Way, they squeezed me in that same day and ended up not only fixing my rotted out drain pipe, but rebuilt my whole T trap because the guy said it needed to be done, I think they charged me $10 to rebuild the T trap and the parts at a hard ware store will cost you $9. These guys are awesome!!
