Despite this, the plumbing team arrived promptly, inspected the sewer line, pinpointed its location, and documented its depth (the pipe was not on our property). The crew, led by Santiago and Frank, was friendly and polite. Even though the cost was significantly higher than other estimates, their expertise and top-notch team made it worth it. I will certainly consider them when its time to do the sewer lateral work.

Just like previous feedback Ive seen, I was thrilled with the high-quality service from this plumbing team! I was looking for a local alternative to the big corporations with their hefty charges. After reading reviews about this team, I decided to give them a shot. They were ready to assist nearly instantly, arriving at my Tulsa home within 15 minutes of my call. When Frank turned up, I informed him about my issue and he got down to business. He took the time to thoroughly explain his thoughts on the problem, his strategy, the projected cost, and so on. We had a stubborn blockage on our lower level, and the access point in the utility room was obscured by floor tiles. However, Frank persevered, pulling out his advanced electronic detector and getting to work. Frank is extremely competent and found the access point before moving on to the next stage. He reassured me that he had identified the blockage and would use a jet water system to try to clear it. Due to several Y connectors, accessing the blockage from the clear-out pipe in the front yard could be challenging, but he was persistent and never gave up, even when I had doubts. I suggested that perhaps he could seek advice from his Master Plumber colleague, and felt a bit silly when he responded, I am the Master Plumber! Thats when I truly recognized his expertise. Needless to say, he managed to solve the problem successfully, displaying no signs of impatience, irritation, or frustration during the entire process. Frank spent 6-7 hours at my house, never once complaining. He also arranged to come back a few days later to install a back-flow water valve to prevent sewer backup in our basement. All in all, I am highly impressed with their work quality, professionalism, and work ethic! I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and to hire them for future jobs! Excellent job, Frank!

This time, a team from the company arrived, and after a thorough inspection, Blake identified the root cause - a ruptured pipe in the crawl space beneath our master bedroom and bathroom, which was discharging waste water onto the ground, creating a cesspool. A cleanup team was dispatched and promptly dealt with the waste water, installing several fans and a dehumidifier to aid in drying the space. Their professionalism, punctuality, and cleanliness were outstanding! Frank was the one brave enough to venture into the crawl space and discovered that the bathtub drain pipe was fractured, causing waste water to leak into the area. This was the source of the foul odor we had been smelling. Frank replaced the damaged pipes and parts and tested for any potential leaks.
