    Brooke came and replaced my broken kitchen faucet. She was there within a couple hours of when I called to schedule service, was upfront about expected cost, explained what she was doing and why, and made sure everything worked to my satisfaction before calling the job done. All the while working quickly and efficiently so the job stayed on the lower end of estimated time. So happy to have running water in the kitchen again!

    Justin has tried his best on this day before Thanksgiving to clear my sewer line. He recommended next steps with my current yet slightly less slow draining 77yr old sewer. The price was fair.     I called at 9am and Georg was here by 10am. He replaced my 13 year old garbage disposal and repaired a hose bib on a backyard faucet in under an hour and all for an extremely reasonable price. In my opinion, they are very honest and trustworthy. I’ve been a Realtor for over 20 years and I tell all my clients, family and friends about them all the time and I’ve never heard a complaint.

    Wow! Jordan was fantastic! I had a different plumbing company come out & create a mess and told me to call my insurance to file a claim and get a restoration company to come out because they couldn’t fix the problem. Jordan came out & unclogged the blockage in less than 20 minutes. Very professional. Very communicative. 1000% recommend Jordan to anyone. Saved me thousands of dollars and a headache with the insurance company.

    I called Roto-Rooter because I had previously called another plumbing company, which charged me an evening rate without my knowledge. They told me that I needed jetting and camera services to find out what the issue was and quoted me an 850-dollar bill. With many years of experience, Bobby from Roto-Rooter found the problem by looking at my toilets and running a simple inspection. I requested camera service to ensure I did not have the tree root-growing issue the other plumbing corporation quoted. Bobby from Roto-Rooter provided camera service, and as he mentioned earlier, I did not need any jetting services. I appreciated Bobby’s honesty and experience in the field of plumbing. He saved me tons of money by providing the services that my plumbing required and provided a solution.

    I had the absolute pleasure of working with Gary and Jacob on my plumbing issues. My husband and I are first time homeowners and 2 weeks into having our home, I walked into two inches of clear water in our bathroom. And later saw that our guest bathroom would not flush.Gary was able to come about quickly and get a camera down our pipes, and around 75ft noticed that the camera was hitting something hard. We finally came to a decision that we needed to dig where that hard spot was to really find out the problem. The next day, Jacob came out to help dig with Gary and they talked me through the whole process of what happened with my pipes. (See pics below) unfortunately, the plumber that helps build the house did not connect the main line to the city line… causing us and probably the previous owners to flush, drain, etc everything in to the dirt.Jacob and Gary did everything they could to help us first time homeowners out and were so, so kind to work with.

Today, Brooke , re-build the entire drain system under my sink in less than 3 hours and it’s done right, it’s done to last another 30 years and she cleaned up after herself.     The first week of August I noticed sewage backing up into my shower when I used the washing machine. Relatively new home-owner, called a local company paid 500.00 and the next day same problem. I was discouraged to say the least. Finally called a professional and the problem is fixed! Justin was extremely communicative and knowledgeable. Plus I paid half the cost of the first Plummer with actual results. Im now on a maintenance plan and I look forward to working with Roto-Rooter for as long as I own a home.     Having been familiar with where the obstruction in the drain line was, I know it would be a breeze for them. However, if I would have known they raised their prices, understandably so, I would have had him run that snake all the way to the end to get my moneys worth. Could I have found someone to do it cheaper? Yeah probably so. I know what I get with roto-rooter. Always professionalism and they have stood behind their work in the past.     I should have called Roto Rooter FIRST!! I fell for a $100 special from another company. The other company came out and said they wouldnt clean it out from the roof (no clean-out on the ground) for less than $800. I said no thank you, so he presented me with a bill for $79 for coming out. I said no thanks. (If I haveto pay that, I may call the BBB, plus they WONT like the review I leave THEM.) I next called Roto Rooter, they came out the SAME DAY, and worked diligently to clear out my drain (It wasnt easy work) and they fixed the problem for just over $300. I am VERY satisfied and will always call them in the future!!

After inspecting all of the hoses and filters and checking my water meter, he hooked everything back up and started a cycle and the washer worked perfectly. He didnt charge me because he said he didnt actually have to fix anything. In todays world, you very rarely find that kind of honesty and customer service. Thank you Jordan!
