Quick call back, clear schedule expectation settings, wonderful craftsmanship, and just an overall pleasant experience. Madison at the office was a delight and bent over backwards to help us out when needed, and Jake who worked the service call was just as knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional a person you could possibly meet. I dont know how the culture of consistency and great service is being maintained here, but whatever you are doing -- keep it up!

We had flooding in our basement and corroded pipes. Jake worked with us to figure out the issues and we never felt rushed or pressured. We also had to be out of town for the majority of the work. Jake and Madisson sent us photo, video and text updates on the work each day. The whole team was a breath of fresh air. I never knew a plumbing company could exude authenticity. We have used Tulsa Plumbing and Remodel several times and they have been responsive and competitive every time. Each plumber sent out has even quick and neat and very responsive in our repair. The recent repair was replacement Of our backflow valve assembly. This supplies water to our sprinkler system and protects our in-house water supply system. Pricing was very competitive with a name brand replacement valve used in this repair. We highly recommend Tulsa Plumbing and Remodeling and their service.

We had a leaky/running bathtub faucet in our 85 year-old house that needed fixing. Omar did his best to repair it; however, the available parts were not a 100% fit with our parts. He did a full replacement of the kit, and we now have a faucet that shuts off completely, as well as newer plumbing that can be more easily fixed in the future.

Josh did a great job replacing our broken water heater. He even came back a couple days later when we were having issues with our water pressure and fixed that as well. Very friendly and professional every time he was here. Would definitely recommend.EDIT: 6 months later, we had problems with our hot water again and when we called TP&R, they got someone to us extremely quickly to check it out. They checked everything they could until it was determined that the problem was with the tank itself. They replaced it quickly and with no hassle.Josh and Jake, the plumbers, were thorough and extremely professional, answering any questions we had throughout and were only concerned with resolving our problem, no matter what. Madison in the office was also great to deal with and made us a priority in their scheduling.I have to say that both times weve dealt with TP&R, we came away thankful and impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. 100% will use again in the future (though it would be great to never need to).

First off, sorry for the long review but I feel I should detail the experience to explain why I felt they deserved 5 stars. These guys are great. I had three different blowouts on my waterline during the last freeze at my warehouse. I called them and set up an appointment. I then started receiving text updates detailing when my appointment was. Then prior to the appointment I received a text, letting me know that my tech Jake was on the way including a picture so I knew who to look out for. He came out and assessed the job. The next day I received an estimate for repairs which I felt was reasonable so I just selected approve on the estimate. Shortly afterwards received a call setting up a time for him to come out which they were able to squeeze me in for that same day as he felt he could get me back up and running pretty quick. Which he did. Again received a text with the appointment time and another when he was on the way. After completing the job I received an invoice detailing the work done and simple payment options. I have more plumbing work that I need to get done both at my work and home in the future and fully intend to have them do it for me. Sorry again for the long review.

Jake and Justin were amazing! They pulled the old tank, installed a new tankless heater, and fixed the issues of the old install to bring everything up to code.Incredibly, all of the work was:- completed in a single day- completed less than 48 hours after the first phone call- less expensive than I was expecting for a brand new tankless conversion.The only issue we had was that temperatures outside dropped well below freezing two days later and the hot water line froze. I knew that it wasnt something related to the install, but I gave them a call again to see if they could help. They worked me in to the schedule and talked me through some steps I could take. Their advice over the phone had me up and running before they even needed to visit.I 100% recommend Jake, Justin and Tulsa Plumbing and Remodeling. They took care of everything and greatly exceed my expectations on every front.

What a great company! I called at 8am on a holiday for a sewer backup and they were at my house within 20 minutes! During a Polar Vortex and beyond freezing temps! Sadly, there was more than a backup and we had to have them come back with a camera and locator to find the break in my sewer line. So during the worst weather of the season so far (0 degrees!) Josh was out trying to snake the line then back with the camera. Now that the break has been discovered, they are working to get the entire project finished within a day. For a price that is amazing!!This is the second job they have done for me and in both cases, they have gone above and beyond in their service and for a price that has been less than expected. I will recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing work and will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs and also am looking forward to working with them when I remodel my bathroom in the future!

I was very pleased with their work. I needed a plumber to fix the slope on a condensate drain for my HVAC in the attic. It was a unique issue so I emailed them initially with photos. They quickly responded and got me scheduled. Kyle arrived on time and was very easy to work with. He had to repair the slope on the main condensate drain and install a condensate pump for the HVAC.
