I have used this company 2 times. In both cases, it was for emergency service. Once for a clogged sewer line at my wedding venue (during a wedding) and the second for a pin hole in a water line in the crawl space at my Airbnb while I had a client on site. Both times, they showed up within a few hours and got our issues fixed quickly. Both instances were after hours or on a weekend, and the prices were very fair even with over time. I highly recommend them.

Yesterday my dog died, and today my house flooded with raw sewage. I calledAS Plumbing in the middle of the afternoon, desperate to get some help so that I could feed and bathe my family this evening. Casey showed up 15 minutes early, and worked his butt off for 3 hours to identify the problem, and fix it. He did an excellent job, was constantly polite, and left everything better than he found it. My experience with Acts of Service was one of the best in many years for any type of home repair I have done. They were on time, that right there says it all. They did not over charge me by explaining I needed complete pipe replacements, instead they investigated and gave me options to repair. In some cases, the fittings just needed a little tightening up and they did that at no charge. We just moved to Tulsa this past week and after trying to get our washer and dryer in the house, we noticed a gas line for a dryer sticking out of the wall, making it difficult for our own dryer not to protrude out and block one of our doorways. We called Acts of Service plumbing to see if they could get us in quickly.Not only did they schedule us in within a few days, but they also worked with our schedule in being home for the service. Ricky came out to cap the gas line and was super friendly. My kids kept going into our laundry room to watch him work and he played with them, even though he was trying to get a job done. He even tightened up our washer line so it wouldn’t leak and fixed one of our shower’s draining problems before leaving. The price was very reasonable and the service was quick. Not only that, but the best part about this business was their shared Christian values. We won’t use another service in Tulsa—this business is our go-to from now on! Would highly recommend!!!!

EDIT: Acts of Service reached out to apologize and to make things right, so Im editing my review to a positive one. /EDITI really hate to leave a bad review, especially on a company that did a good job the first time I used them. Let me explain.The first time we called Acts of Service plumbing was for a leaky faucet in our guest bathroom. They did an excellent job there. But while they were in our house I showed them a separate issue I was looking to get taken care of later. This second issue involved our washer drain leaking water all over our garage floor every time we washed clothes. They took pictures, and told me theyd get back to me with an estimate. Sounds great, right?A month passes. No estimate. I call them back to check on the estimate. They apologize, they admit they never submitted the estimate, but theyll get right on it. Thats fine, mistakes happen.Another month passes. I call up again, this time getting the office manager. I explain the situation, still looking for an estimate, that somehow was still never submitted. This time I say directly Its fine if yall dont want to take the job, but please just tell me if thats the case. The office manager apologizes, explaining that shes a new office manager here for this company, but shell get back to me no less than at the end of the work day Wednesday with my estimate. Well, that was two weeks ago. Still no estimate.Maybe this is all just a string of bad luck and they normally do a good job. I know I was very impressed with them the first time I hired them. But after a series of interactions like this its hard not to have a bad taste left in your mouth.

Well timely managed. Received text message right after the service has been scheduled and received text message when the plumber is on the way.Professional service with great price. I was a little worried my leaking cannot be fixed because another company came the day before and told me it could take 6-7 hrs to fix the problem and it would cost a lot. Our whole experience with Rick Hudson was 100% great in every way. It was like doing business with a good friend. He installed our new water heater making sure it is all up to code, and while in the installation process he found a little leak coming from our roof. The second technician seemed more knowledgeable and instantly suspected that the cartridge in one of our showers might need to be replaced. Rick and crew did an excellent job installing our new tankless water heater. We purchased a house that had been sitting empty for quite a while, so we had several valves replaced as well. Ricks experience likely saved us a lot of trouble down the road by pointing out issues we would have never noticed. The dishwasher drain was not installed properly and could have caused sewer water to backup into the dishwasher. I got a good deal on a high end tankless heater, great advice and great service.*Adding on to my initial review from 2 years ago. We had an urgent plumbing issue (we couldn’t turn the water to our house on without a leak springing in my son’s bedroom wall). I called and spoke with Rick at 12:45 AM on a Sunday. One of his employees, Jason, arrived at our house the same day a little before 10:00 AM and repaired the leak. He was professional, quick and did an incredible job resolving our issue. Our water is on again and we are so thankful that we called Acts of Service Plumbing! We have finally found a plumber who we look forward to using in the future and who we will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

He purchased the new parts needed and even had to add new concrete to complete the installation. I was very impressed with his professional skills and positive attitude. Service was fast and reasonably priced. My service tech had to overcome 15 years of corrosion to get the bonnet nut off and did a good job without damaging the pipe. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because after the service tech replaced the seals in the shower, the hot water lever would not go any hotter than warm. I mentioned this to the tech and he stated that it was the new cartridge and it would be ok. 15 minutes after he left, I took the shower handle cap off and reposition the lever so that I now have hot water. This was a minor issue that took a flat tip, a Phillips head screw driver and 2 minutes of my time to fix, but I shouldnt have had to do anything since I paid for the work that was done.

First time customer. I had replaced my hot water heater over the weekend, but had some leaks in the fittings that I was using for my cold water side trying to add a new expansion tank and a water pressure gauge. (Our water pressure coming into the tank is close to 100 psi, which can cause the tank to weaken and rupture over time.) John showed up on time, used the fittings I had already attempted to put together, so he didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. John took the time use the good pipe tape and thread sealant together to avoid any more leaks. He helped me install the expansion tank bracket, and lined up all of the fittings on top of the tank to avoid binding. After everything was installed he pressure tested the system, checked for leaks, and lit the water heater. It took a couple of hours, and it was a steamy day, but John soldiered through. We now have hot water again, and my family is grateful. John helped me decide that a tankless water heater will be an investment for the future, and well be scheduling them to install a whole house water pressure regulator in the fall once the weather cools down. HIGHLY recommend them due to Johns integrity and ethics!!

I got an underground waterline burst Sunday morning. Called the city and supplemental insurance to get a solution for it. The insurance send a plumber Monday afternoon. The plumber did went by his business to and assess that this was not in the insurance scope. I got a bid and later I was told that I had to wait two days more for him to come by I really was treated as one more in the line. At this point we were in our second day without water. A couple of plumbers refuse me over the phone.I do not know why I just came back to my web browser and kept looking for a professional that wanted the business and had some empathy for our situation. I found Acts of Service online, it was a moment of illumination or divine intervention.Rickey talk to me over the phone, I exchanged some photos of the situation and told me that he would call me back within an hour. He called me back in less than an hour and told me that if I wanted, he would send one of his guys next thing in the morning.Next day came Mike, the plumber on behalf of AOS.Mike gave me an estimate and guided me on the steps. After I was given the bid which was more competitive and offer the chance of having the work done the same day I did agreed to proceed. What a happy moment and wise decision it was.An expert plumber that new what was happening, put all the sweat in digging a 3 foot deep, 8 feet long and a foot wide trench. Mike corroborated his assessment and show me the broken pvc fitting.Mike updated the connection up to code and did the leak tests. Rickey brought the parts and shake hands. We were relieved from a stressful situation.We often overlook the small things that make our life good: shelter and water.I appreciate Rickey for giving peace of mind even before I hired him. One thing is certain: he is in a mission and his company and employees ( Mike and Kristen in the office) are in the same direction.These good people will take care of you, I do appreciate it so will you.
