I had a great experience purchasing two new heat and air conditioning systems from AirCo. They were able to come out quickly to evaluate what was needed, and have multiple options at different price points to meet my budget. Once I decided on a solution they were able to start the install the next business day and had both systems completely finished in two days, including some duct work and running new lines to one system. They even made sure I had some cooling working the first night so we weren’t stuck in a hot house. Many thanks to Coleton and Dylan for the fast, efficient and quality work.

Airco Service is reliable,dependable, responsive, fast and friendly. Lance ,my initial contact, made me feel heard, Im 66 years old, a new homeowner and this was my worst fear, my 20 year old hot water heater went out.He made is simple, understandable and affordable. The techs they sent the next morning were competent and delightful. I had called Thursday afternoon, and it was fixed by 1pm the next day. Easy peasy. I will definitely recommend and use them on all my air and plumbing needs. Thank you Airco for such a great experience!!

Part of the mess my husband made helping tearing out part of the wall to get to the problem, Luis cleaned up before leaving. We appreciate everything these 2 guys did to fix our shower issue. Thank Air Co for getting these guys out here as fast as 1 day instead of a week or longer like other companies was trying to do.

When he completed his work, he made us aware of optional services available - absolutely no pressure. He briefed us on what hed done and offered to answer any question we might have had. He went on to thank us for our business and noted that Airco is very much appreciative for it.Airco is absolutely worthy of five stars.

Excellent serviceWas very thorough in going True the steps and making sure he familiarized himself with the owners home wiring, and set up that everything that was labeled was labeled correctly and everything that was supposed to be turned off was turned off again, being very thorough who was set up installation of the unit and teardown the old unit.Both worked in 99° temperature and 108 heat index. Very pleased with the professionalism and the work ethics that were Displayed and was being doneBoth the lead man and helper work together very good. You can tell that they Have worked together before had a good work pace, not quick or hurried, but not laid-back either.Got the unit installed And working quicker than estimated.

This is the first time we have used Airco for plumbing. The technician was on time. Listened to what our issue was and got to it. After finding what he thought the problem was he advised we would have to have someone come out and clean all the sewage out, before they could give a more informed remedy.He called Reset restoration for us and explained the situation so they would be ready for our call. The technicians, Nathan and Nick were outstanding.

Zach and his partner were absolutely phenomenal. They worked extremely hard to get a 16 food ladder through our small entry way to hang our chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling. Not to mention the fixture was right above our stair case... such a challenging job lol. I have been wanting to get this chandelier up for 9 months now! We got turned down 4 times for this. We rented scaffolding twice and just could not make it happen.... but then Airco..🙌🙌🙌Zach and his partner worked tirelessly for hours and were so careful not damage anything. So great to see employees care so much about producing the best result for their customers. Not to mention they were extremely kind and respectful no matter how tough the job got. I am so so pleased. It turned out beautifull! highly highly recommend!

Custom H&A installed my HVAC in 2004 and Airco/Custom H&A has kept them in excellent shape through the years. I believe it’s been money well spent and wouldn’t change a thing if I had a chance to do it over.

We have an annual contract on our generator for maintenance for past 6 yrs. Never had problem til this year. Electricity went on & off 6 times, so generator kicked on & off. Then generator would not start. After 3 trips here, new controller, new battery & surge protector installed. Was told it is now Code for all installs to have Surge Protector. I’m upset since we pay AirCo for maintenance, why did they not recommend a Surge Protector on any visit they made for last 5 years. If they had it would have saved us over $2000. To me that’s not good Customer Service. Scott & Dennis, the generator techs, were professional & very thorough. Would recommend AirCo as a good Company, but probably need to step it up some on Customer Service.

We use Airco at my place of employment and Airco has kept our buildings running strong, as such reached out to them first for a quote. Jerad came out and did my estimation. Very thorough and answered all my questions. Airco’s bid was very simple to read and compare amongst some of the other local competitors.Hunter Stevenson mainly handled the install and seemed to be fully knowledgeable about what the requirements were that needed to be met. Team was professional, courteous, and again, answered all my questions. I even got to watch the eclipse with the team that was at my house so they didn’t miss it!Time will tell if there are any issues, but for now giving Airco a 5-Star review for making me feel comfortable through the quote, install, and follow up procedures. Will edit this review if anything changes.

Colt is a good man. Knew what the issue was and understood the how the system works. Together we made the call to pull the back flow flapper. This is what caused the sewer back up. Main city Sewer line is 17’ feet deep from my slab. I know this because we just built my house 1 year ago. Flapper clogged up the line and did not allow clean flow. That dam thing is not going to stop a main sewer line back up. If we put back in you would be back out in 6 months. A+. For Colt.

Stand up job!!! Bryce and his colleague were fantastic. This was not an easy hot water tank install…20 steep steps into my brookside basement. Not once did I hear them complain as they removed and installed my new tank. They left the basement cleaner than they found it and gave me a solid tutorial on my new system before they left. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Scott from tulsa was great whenhe came to assist another aico generator tech. glad he did. the first to arrive really appeared and acted as if he did not even know how to find the problem. did not appreciate airco sendining a man out that is suppose to be trained by generac, but without scott dont believe my generator would have been fixed. hope i was not charged for two techs. also the person who took the work order on sunday had it listed as a generator sevice call which is 355.00 funny how to repair came to 305.00 will never use again

Our hard water killed two hot water tanks. Airco installed a tankless hot water heater. Two servicemen installed it in one day. They were very professional, explained all the steps, gave us options and followed through, and cleaned up after themselves. They also taught us how to maintain the tank when not in use. We also used Airco to install a Generac generator, two HVAC units and they pull maintenance twice a year on a contract plan. We have been very satisfied over the years and will use no one else. Appointments are easy to set, they show up on time, they are respectful and do excellent work. Thank you Airco!

Steve came and fixed our furnace today. Came home this afternoon to discover our heating unit was not working. I called Airco customer service at 1535 hours and explained our unit was not working and we were having company over within the next two hours. Steve was dispatched very quickly to our home. Upon arrival he discovered our circuit board had quit working along with a single stage gas valve. He acquired the parts and had the unit running just as our company arrived insuring our guest were comfortable for our get together. Our very old a/c unit decided to croak during the most recent round of hot temperatures. We’ve been a customer of AIRCO for years. Always great customer service, show up when they say they will, and send well trained technicians. AIRCO services our system twice/ year and replaced the furnace 25 years ago.We called them when the a/c quit. A technician came out within the hour. He determined our unit was no longer safe to operate and recommended replacing it. We received bids later that afternoon on each of the options available to us through AIRCO.No up selling , no pressure from the salesman. Just “here is what we have to offer”. Once we made the decision, the installation crew was scheduled for the next day. Those guys worked almost 12 hrs to get it all installed and the air on! We slept great for the first time in 3 nights. Another technician came out the following day to make sure everything was working as expected and instructed us on connecting the thermostat to the phones. Today, Jay arrived as scheduled, to check that everything was working as it should and reviewed the features/ settings of the thermostat with us.Every person who worked on this project knew their stuff. They were all very professional and patient. We believe we received exceptional service and quality installation of the new system. We are very grateful to all of them for making this project easy for us.
