Jeremy Parker and Mike Edwards came out and after running through the issues with me, got it solved fast. Im telling you, Ive called Jack Nelson a few time over the years for different issues in my house and they ALWAYS get the job done. They are professional, polite, and know what they are doing. The whole experience in dealing with Jack Nelson HVAC was excellent. I received electronic updates with Scott and Michael arriving on time. Scotts analysis of my situation was impressive as he was most knowledgeable and identified the issues with two recommended corrective options. Mike, the residential salesperson was also involved in discussion the corrective actions and was most helpful. While I am considering the options, I have received thorough written proposals for the corrective options. After the two professionals left, I have received phone calls to further discuss any questions I have along with further details of the two options. The organization of Jack Nelson HVAC Services is impressive. As initially stated, the whole process has been well above my expectations!

Just had a great experience with Steve Musick who was our technician for today. We lost cooling capacity a couple days ago. It’s was cooling but the fan speed was lower than expected and the temp not very cool. Despite having issues with Jack Nelson’s automated online scheduling not booking us a tech for the appointment window, he arrived as fast as he could once assigned. Steve patiently listened to my layman’s simple diagnosis of frozen coils, low fan speed, and history of repairs. He then went right to work!After refilling some Freon and testing for stability (not to mention upping the fan speed that was set incorrectly on the motherboard on a previous repair) the system was back to working as designed! Nice cool air! Thanks Steve!

Quick service - Fixed the problem. This is the second time Ive used Jack Nelson. The first was last year when they upgraded my 1.5 ton compressor unit to a 2 ton. Quick, efficient and very reasonable compared to other companies. This time Jeremy came out and solved the problem of a humming system (not the new one). He got to crawl under the house and contort himself to reach a part which solved the issue. Nice guy and good to work with.

Scott arrived on time, and was polite and knowledgeable. He put his sensors on the hvac system and in the floor vent in the house to check the functioning of the system. Some readings were in the red, so Scott recommended adding 1 pound of refrigerant. After adding, all readings were in the green. Then Scott cleaned the electronics with air, and washed clean the coils outside and resealed the outside and inside units. Very happy with his expertise in keeping our hvac system running at an optimum level. We have used Jack Nelson for decades, and pros like Scott are what keep us using them twice a year for upkeep on our HVAC.

So I signed up with their membership program and that has been great. But the people they have come out and have hired are the gamechangers. Joseph the technician came out with rusty today, and I can not understate how professional while being authentic and genuine Joseph was during his time here. Joseph was thorough from top to bottom and even asked if he could have someone come out to check something before he would suggest a big expense. Honestly getting bad news that will hurt your pocket is never fun, but hearing authentic and genuine assessments by Joseph really helped me up my confidence level his understanding of the situation, my fiscal situation, and stance helped guide a plan to what we can do in the future. Could not be more impressed or committed to being a continued customer with jack Nelson service experts and the authentic and genuine conversation and diagnosis provided that.

My only constructive criticism would be during our initial conversation while he was communicating to me what the problem was and how we would accomplish the task is get off speaker phone because I could barely hear you. Fortunately, I understand enough about the trade to guess what you were saying. I did convey I couldnt hear him. Other than that, I will use him again.

9.5.24 -Just had a maintenance service by Jennifer G and she is fantastic. Jennifer is very thorough. When she was done, she went over everything she found in her report and made a few suggestions to help me keep my system running at its best. Jennifer did a great job! I also requested an estimate for a small unit to heat and cool my shop and Michael E and Jennifer G went over several options, helping me select the unit to suit my needs. I got a great estimate. Once again, I would highly recommend Jack Nelson Service Experts!Our condenser unit decided to quite working at 5:30 pm on a Heat Advisory Day! Our house quickly heated up. I called Jack Nelson and was placed on a waiting list thinking it would be hours before I heard from the technician. As it turned out, I received a call within 17 minutes that the technician, Jeremy, was on his way. He was very courteous and friendly. He quickly found the problem, showed me what was wrong and fix it. Now our air conditioning is working again! Great job, Jeremy! I will definitely call Jack Nelson again.4.4.20 - I noticed that Jack Nelson is now offering Plumbing Services and I contacted them recently to fix a clogged drain. It was super easy to setup an appointment. Jeffrey was wonderful and he provided excellent service. I highly recommend him. I called Jack Nelson to come out and check my all in one A/C Heater 08/06/21. With in an hour they came out to check the unit. Casey (field supervisor) and Russell (Sales) were informative, pros and cons to repair or replace the unit. I came to the conclusion for many reasons that replacing the unit would be best fit. As they made the process seamless from start to finish. 08/10/21 my house has a new unit! The house is COOL in our wonderful 🔥 Oklahoma weather. Russell and service techs showed up took out and installed the unit in 6 hours. I also have 10 years of service and repair of the unit. This company is professional from start to finish. I recommend them 100%. I am not one to leave a review, but they are deserving of this review.

The service men were nothing but courteous and listened to my concerns and fully addressed them all! I was confident that they could successfully couple my washing machine to drain in the main sink drain, saving me about $6,000.00, instead of making me dig my entire yard up to dedicate a new main drain to the city main. This might have been the best if I was hooking up to a large home with many people doing the laundry constantly, but this project was for a very small efficiency of less than 300 square feet where the smaller sized washer was placed alongside the outer wall. Jennifer Gordon, Dillon Chambers and a trainee (Diego) came today to determine an issue with our downstairs HVAC system. It was not cooling below 78 degrees regardless of the setting. They called before arrival and were on time. Jennifer was an incredible technician. She first noticed an issue with the drain and contacted a plumber from Service Experts so the problem could be resolved as quickly as possible. She then diagnosed the issue with our unit and patiently explained it to my husband and I in clear terms we could understand. Basically the coil had rusted and was freezing up. We needed refrigerant. Dillon worked up the numbers for what it would cost to repair. Since the unit is 12 years old and 2 years out of warranty, the repair cost did not make sense for us. Dillon provided a number of options to purchase a new unit and different ways to either finance or pay cash for the same. Jennifer provided a great deal of input that helped us make our decision. When we expressed some concerns about our details about our maintenance plan, Jennifer contacted her superior who made notes to our account and will ensure Jennifer is our tech going forward. They were both respectful and honest. Due to the extreme heat and the fact that our new unit can’t be installed until tomorrow, Jennifer brought in a small AC unit so we would be more comfortable until the install. This was truly an instance of going above and beyond. We have used Jack Nelson for over 12 years, appreciate their service and highly recommend them. They come within the scheduled window, call ahead to give us an ETA on their expected arrival, and are always friendly, professional, informative and respectful and answer every question in ways we can fully understand. We highly recommend them. Jack Nelson, please let Jennifer know how much we value her service excellence and appreciated Dillon (and Diego)! At this point we will continue to be loyal customers. In this competitive day and time, please continue a focus on customer service!

Our a/c stopped working, its 106 outside. Called in morning, Will came this afternoon. Diagnosed problem in 10 minutes, quoted a fair price and repaired in a timely manner, he was very polite, answered all my questions and went above and beyond what I expected. Jennifer Gordon was an amazing technician who diagnosed the issue, walked me through her findings step-by-step, and installed a new condenser unit the very next day. My Service Experts were Tommy and Jake. I had shopped around over a few years for the best company to maintenance my AC and Heater. I am so happy with Jack Nelson! Where other companies take a while to call back, don’t give much information, try to pressure you into whole new systems and a variety of other angles, - that was not the case with this company. They were so professional from the moment they answered my call. They were able to book me in surprisingly quick. Tommy and Jake called me when they were about 30 minutes away as I requested. They drove in the snow to my home! They were instantly warm and friendly in their greetings upon arrival. Both were so thorough in their work I was honestly impressed. Jake was so kind to my 6-year-old son who naturally asked him a million questions about his work and what he was doing – Jake explained to my son what work was being done and what they were looking at. He even showed my son a magic trick with a quarter (my son is still talking about it a few days later!) Tommy was working away with his excellent job of checking the outside unit and standing in the cold weather, and he changed the filters for me. I am honestly so impressed with these two men. It felt more like they were brothers who were taking care of their sisters’ home than it did of me hiring a company in. These two men are excellent employees and need to be recognized. Thank you for being such a great company with great staff. I will for sure use and also refer other to Jack Nelson!

When I called to see if a plumber was available I spoke with Casey and he informed me that he had a plumber that could come out to my house this afternoon and they would take care of my long issue we have had with a leak after our new house was built and the builder wanted to send a handyman who wanted to rip out my tub. I was so unconformable with that situation and Casey put me at easy that Alejandro Gonzales would take good care of issues.Alejandro Gonzales was the plumber who came to my house today. He was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He allowed me to explain my issue without interrupting. He did his evaluation and then explained where the leak was coming from, how the leak started, and then fixed it quickly. He tripled checked that the leak was fixed and then cleaned up the bathroom to the way it was before he got here. I could not have asked for a more professional person to come to my house. I felt completely comfortable having him here and the way he not only explained everything to me but showed me the leak before and then proved the leak was fixed. If you need a plumber he is the one to ask for.

I have used Jack Nelson for my HVAC needs for 5 years, on the last maintenance visit they informed me that they now include plumbing in their service portfolio. I recently had an plumbing issue with my drain to the septic tank blocked so I gave them a call. Alejandro was at my house shortly after and I asked him to snake the main drain, he insisted that the septic tank was full and didnt want to charge me for the snaking and suggested I call him back after the septic is pumped if still blocked. I took his advice and sure enough he was right. He saved me money and earned my trust. I then told him that my wife has been struggling with her hot water tanks at her salon. Alejandro was there the next day and working on the issue. Very pleased with their knowledge, integrity, and service. Thank you!

Our sales rep, Roy Anderson, was there to answer our questions and come up with scenarios so we could find the solution to meet our needs. The next day the installation team, Frank, Scott, and Brian, arrived to install our new furnace and AC. They were very professional, courteous, and did a great job of getting us back online quickly. Thank you all for your efforts!Update: 2 Years later, weve continued to enjoy great service... we lease our equipment and 24-7 RAPID service is promised and delivered. Jack Nelson Company installed the HVAC unit for my Dad eight years ago. He signed up for the maintenance service at the time. When he passed, I continued the service so that my Mom would have no worries. They are very conscientious about contacting me for the service visits, and the technicians who come to check out the system are always friendly and professional. The latest checkup was performed today by Jason, who brought Eric along for reinforcement. Jason did the inspection, filter change, and offered additional options to help the unit perform at peak efficiency. Eric was a quiet, solid backup for Jason. Had to add refrigerant to ACs. Price over $600, which is outrageous. Bob Ward gave me quote on the Advantage Plan. I like the program, but its not affordable for us.

We moved to Tulsa recently and bought a house, and needed a tune up to be sure it was functioning properly. Jason F came out on my first contact with this company. I signed a year contract for routine maintenance. He was here early in the 2 hour window. Though I have a 17 year old unit, it is in good shape, and only needed a capacitor replacement for keeping it updated. I would rather replace and pay now, then wait until a super hot day and have it go down. Jason is friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my air didnt come back on and I didnt realize it for a few hours when it started warming up in the house. Jason dropped what he was doing, took the call ticket, instead of going home and allowing another shift tech deal with it. Turns out it was a simple fuse, replaced at no charge.I recommend this company highly.

I called Jack Nelson because I wanted my system checked before Spring set in and I was concerned about a noise I was hearing. Braxton was the tech that came and he was so courteous and friendly and he was gentle when explaining to me I needed my system replaced. :( Within a couple of days Clayton and Justin were at my house installing which took all day. They were both hard workers and explained it all to me when they were finished. A couple of weeks later I had my ducts cleaned by David and Michael. These two were great! He explained the service check list and asked if I could show him location of units and air returns. He asked if there were any problems that he needed to look at prior to starting service check, and then he put on the wife friendly booties and proceeded to perform a thorough review of our two systems. Once he was completed, he reviewed each item of the checklist and their current condition. Im not usually one to write reviews, but I feel like these guys are underrated. I hadnt heard of them until the other day when my hot water heater died. I was looking up different places because I wanted it fixed ASAP for obvious reasons. Found this company and gave them a call. First off, there was no wait. I got through with no hold and got an inspection set up. They offered me a membership to their loyalty program which was gonna make the visit (outside normal hours, mind you) free. I asked what the catch was, and all they wanted was my email. 100% worth it. You know what the big name M*llins wanted to charge me to come check it out? $296. NOPE. So they come out, inspect, and we set up my tankless installation for the next day. It was a long process because I was going from a traditional tank system to tankless, but they got me all fixed up and did a great job. Shout outs to Steven, Ryan, Deandre, Lee, and Katie who all helped me get everything taken care of. Im sure there are more people that helped me but Im terrible with names. Literally EVERYONE I talked to and interacted with were ROCKSTARS. Yall have a customer for life. Thank you!

Had a new HVAC system quoted and installed from these guys. Awesome experience, Austin was a pleasure to work with. Very personal and they went the extra mile to insure I was getting a good deal. Clayton, Ethan and Kent were great service men. Had some unexpected issues that came up and some reworking had to be done, the guys were awesome and I wasnt charged for some extra work that had to be done. All in all great company, treated like a friend from Austin, and the install was a job well done. Highly recommend these guys, I will definitely be using them again soon.Thank you guys

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Scott Jenkins for his exceptional knowledge of the Lennox systems! The contactor on the AC failed, and after replacing it, he went the extra step of improving the system controls between the unit and the thermostat to decrease short cycling. I really appreciate having someone with so much knowledge coming out on a rather routine repair. Thanks for going the extra mile for us!

Kenneth and Alex were the technicians installing our two units. Both were very professional, very knowledgeable, very courteous, and very helpful in answering all of our questions. These last two days have been very hot and humid, but they both endured the heat and finished the installation on time and with no problems for us. They even had to get on the roof. Kelly was very helpful in explaining the different types of units and the rebates associated with each. Had a scheduled appt for a guy to come to check out my air conditioner. Was told they will be here anywhere from 4 til 6 just to find out 20 mins before 6 that they didnt know when they could make it out. I told them to cancel. I understand things comes up and Im not the only one needing service. However I dont understand how there is not more then one person able to come out. Frustrating when you make time in you schedule for stuff like this.After speaking with customer service, we decided to give Jack Nelson another chance. They sent out Billy also known as Mr.cool and he diagnosis the problem. He came on time and was very nice and professional. He returned the next day with the Parts that had to be ordered and now we are cool and happy thanks to Jack Nelson service experts!

So I called Jack Nelson...scheduled my appointment. The repair man, Les Johnson was great. A really nice guy. He came out and spent the time to fix it right, and even fixed up what Air Solutions did wrong.....the fan was not properly installed on the outside unit and fell off so Les reattached it for me.

I want to say what a wonderful experience I have had with Jack Nelson HVAC Services. I had a 34 year old system in my home and when it broke down, I decided to have a new one installed. Randy Carey came out to my home and went over all options with me and helped me to decide on a system and financing that was right for me. The installation went really well, Jack Nelson offered to come out and do the install on a Saturday since the break down of my old system happened at one of my most busy times at work and I could not take off during the week. Clayton and his team member handled the install expertly. I cannot thank Jack Nelson enough for their service and their help in answering any follow up questions I have had.

Our HVAC system was getting close to 20 years old and we knew we would have to replace our entire system soon, but were putting it off. When the AC failed in July, (of course) we couldnt have been more lucky that we called Jack Nelson.Austin worked with us to design a plan that would work for our home and our budget and was wonderful to work with. He was up front about costs and time so that there would be no surprises-except good ones. :)Work was scheduled to begin on a Thursday but knowing we were without a cooling system, they came early and put in a loaner window unit to help us stay cool and started work ahead of schedule.The majority of our install was done by Clayton, who was amazing. He was friendly, considerate, and extremely professional. He also kept everything clean and left no mess for me in any area of the house.Our install included replacing the AC, Heater, and flipping our duct system from the floor to the attic. When part of the crew was held up on another project, Austin himself came and helped with the install and Clayton worked long hours to get the house cooling.Flipping the duct work was a huge task and I was extremely impressed at the precise install of the ceiling vents. Brian, Dean and Clayton all worked to make sure our vents were consistently spaced throughout the home and didnt leave any mess at all. They even filled in our floor vents-which I was not expecting-and replaced our old carbon monoxide detector. When working on these things throughout the inside of my home, I was completely comfortable being in the house with my daughter because the team was so nice and professional about their work.Thank you for taking such great care of our big project. It was a stressful situation that was made much less so because of your company and team!

AC went out on 90 degree day and weekend. Scott Jenkins came out and diagnosed problem and when Roy Anderson arrived we got the solution plan completed. Since they could not change system until Monday morning, Roy offered to go to the office and get a window unit for us to use (that is going above and beyond) . Monday came and so did Scott and his team and they started a complete change to heat/air system. Very warm day, but the work was non-stop. Roy checked in frequently, and even brought a cooler with cold waters for the install team. By 6pm that evening we had a beautiful new system fully installed and working.Fantastic Job! Thank you.

It all started last May when my AC died and my former service provider balked at coming over that evening even though we had a service contract. I called Jack Nelson who graciously accepted the service call. Within two hours that late evening Scott was at my door with his tools and headlight. He thawed my AC system and replaced the missing Freon with the caution that the system had a leak and the Freon could escape again. My nineteen-year-old AC was living on borrowed time. After recently receiving literature from Jack Nelson regarding promotional opportunities I called and set up an appointment. Randy came and presented several heating/cooling options. He methodically reviewed each option thoroughly along with corresponding features, Seer ratings, warranty, noise level, efficiency, rebates, discounts, finance options, etc. I selected the top-of-the-line Lennox Signature Collection AC and furnace. With all the rebates, discounts and predicted savings over time, I simply could not pass up the purchase. I am happy to report the combination heating/cooling units were professionally installed by Scott and Jason today. They worked cooperatively to install the system in a professional and timely manner. And Randy stopped by earlier to register the various rebates promised; I never had to do anything else. If buying cars was as smooth and pleasant as doing business with Jack Nelson... I am one very happy-camper as I enjoy my new Lennox system and super cool smart thermostat. Thanks so much!

Very polite and hardworking team of 2 got my old unit hauled away, installed a new unit and even took out a window ac unit on my request. A brand new thermostat was installed as well. They went above and beyond my expectations! Both installers were courteous and skilled. No complains and no trouble whatsoever. A special shout out to the company for training apprentices in the line of work. After the install was complete, i was shown the parts of the unit and things to look out for. Edit for spring 2017: I cant say enough good things about Jack Nelson Service Experts. Earlier this week, the technician Andy returned for his second visit to my home for the spring A.C. checkup. (This is independently impressive because usually staff turnover with tradespeople/technicians means I never see the same person more than once.) Andy did a thorough job checking things out because summer is just around the corner. My system is still pretty new so everything is fairly routine but I appreciate how detail oriented he is and also how he honestly and directly explains things to me. Overall I continue to be pleased with the Jack Nelson team and highly recommend their work.Edit for 2016 fall visit: Im still thrilled with Jack Nelslon. Andy came out yesterday and did my furnace check-up. All was well and during the appointment he checked everything, and I mean everything, out! When we went to the garage to check my attic gas line he noticed that my clothes dryer did not vent to the outside (1950s house issue). I explained that I had been looking for someone to install the vent (I already had the parts) and he said he could do it. So, about 25 minutes later, poof, vented to the outside! I appreciate this kind of attention and care to not just ignore an awkward and very fixable situation. Thanks Andy!!!Previous review: This morning, Austin was great when he came for my summer AC tune up appointment. The news about my new-to-me AC unit wasnt what I wanted to hear but Austin did a clear job explaining (and showing) what was going on with things. I feel Austin gave an honest-non-sales-y explanation about my AC and the expected longevity of the unit. With AC service, Ive come to expect an up-sell for something but thankfully that didnt happen! I would feel very comfortable calling Jack Nelson for future AC or heating service.

10/12/2017Gotta add another great review for these folks! We signed up for the seasonal maintenance on our heating and cooling system. Wonderful guy named Stanley came out, came out EARLY actually! Sweet! Stanley discovered that the new thermostat we had purchased from Honeywell was faulty. Turns the heat on but wont turn it off. Stanley went through our entire system to make sure there wasnt a larger issue at hand. Luckily that was it. Contacted Honeywell and they are sending us a new one. Thank you again Stanley for that!Our AC conked out @ 3:30p and Jack Nelson had an expert out to the house in less than an hour. Our man Andy Bergeron was great! He was very knowledgeable, very thorough. He gave us wonderful tips on making the AC run more efficiently and smoothly. He suggested a few things for our system that we had never even heard of. Best part of all: the price. We didnt have to take out a loan to pay for the repairs. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks again Andy!

Clayton and Justin installed a Merv 16 filter on each of our heating units plus a new additional return air duct. Our house has real high ceilings in the center of the house so installing the new return air duct was very challenging. Of course installing the Merv 16 filters was no picnic since it required substantial changes to the existing duct arrangement. Clayton and Justin were very neat. They put down cloth covering in all the walkways they needed to access various areas in the house and cleaned up when they finished. They worked 12 hours to complete the job in one day. I highly recommend this team and the company Jack Nelson Service Experts.

Simply Amazing. I called 3 other companies first and each time they seemed to be more worried about the money then the issue. The person who answered the phone was nice and sympathetic. I could tell she wanted to help. A repair man came out and not only checked my AC but walked me through what he was looking for. We found out that the AC was broken and needed replacing. I had no Idea what I would do. The next day I met with Randy Carey (ask for him), he was so nice, he helped me through the whole thing. After going over all options he was able to help with the financing and scheduling of the units. I was then amazed by how knowledgeable and efficient the guys who installed the system were. Clayton, Garrett and Justin made sitting in a 98 degree house less unbearable. They were so fast. When they were done they cleaned up everything. The guy who cleaned the vents (David) was so fast I almost did not see everything he cleaned. I was embarrass with how much dirt he found in my vents. I would highly recommend this company in every way.

Both the sales rep and the service tech were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, took COVID-19 seriously and from what I can tell, Dustin did a fabulous job on the AC and the furnace. I will recommend Jack Nelson to friends and other people that have need of heating and air service. I might also try your plumbing service when I have need.Thanks for the excellent service! David

I needed emergency service and Jack Nelson was ever so helpful. We arranged an appointment and early the next morning Casey called me and was able to come to my home earlier than was expected, he explained everything in detail asked me the service history of my unit and set to work. He figured out the problem and had the AC back and running. Thank you so much
