I had an emergency plumbing issue over the holiday with a house full of people. Maston’s took my call on Christmas Day and had a technician at my house first thing the next morning. Samuel arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and professionally. I am not an expert on plumbing issues and I had a lot of questions. He was so patient with me and explained the problem and the solution (several times) to make sure I understood what was going on. He also coordinated the repairs directly with my landlord to save me the trouble. Their prices were very reasonable for the work that was performed. Thank you for rescuing us Maston’s Team! ❤️

Welcome to the Plumbers Inn!If Mastons Plumbing & Drain were an inn or a hotel (The Plumbers Inn) with a staff comprised of Kale, Chris, Brandon, Sam (the man!) and Joey, they would not only own but knock the term hospitality so far out of the park, their competitors would not even come close to touching the level of service received from Mastons Plumbing & Drain and the staff.I recognize off-the-chart hospitality, customer service, professionalism and passionate employees from personal experience having worked in Human Resources and hospitality.I cannot say enough. Our aerobic system warning light came on during a Friday afternoon (I dont know much about aerobic systems). My wife was worried because both little kids need a bath and we have laundry and dishes to do, but obviously dont want the system backing up into the house. Its Friday at 1pm and Im calling everyone I can find to see if anyone can come out in the next day or two. The plumber at Mastons said he lived a few miles from us and would stop by tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon, and wouldnt even charge us the weekend overtime rate (he wasnt even going to ask more than $70 for a service call to diagnose it). I was lucky about and hour later and found a local plumber that was able to come out that day, but Mastons Plumbing and Drain were willing to sacrifice part of their weekend just to help us out of a bind, and I think that says a lot about what good people they are. I recommend them to anyone needing help with plumbing issues.

Patrick was great. Had food/grease build up in the pipes that led to some flooding into my nearby laundry room. After cleaning out the pipes and vents, some dirty water flooded back into the laundry room. Patrick made sure to clean up the best he could. There was still debris leftover, but not a big deal! Plumbing gets stuff dirty. Overall, he was patient, courteous, and professional.

While I cant stand the prices...I think they are all in cohoots...Please get 2nd opinion for any major work. 1st plumber was going dig in wrong location..Mastons was my 3rd..and went with them. All same price but they have a veterans discount I needed..So onto the job. My pipe broke under the slab in the kitchen. They needed to break through everything to fix it...I get home had I not seen it I wouldnt have believed it. Brandon took out portion of slab and dug pretty deep to get to pipe.THERE WAS NO MESS WHATSOEVER... he had all debris in buckets and was cleaning as he went. Not only that. The first 2 plumbers said they had to demo out floor boards and I would have to replace them myself...OH NOT BRANDON 😆😆😆 when he finished he put boards back and screwed them back in...When he was done you couldnt even tell he did anything except to make holes larger for new pipes.. THAT was soo incredible I was expecting to have to do a big cleanup. And there was nothing for me to do except pay. HahaBrandon was friendly and my Dogs liked him😂😂. ..From the receptionist to the big honcho who 1st came to inspect to Brandon....all great people.. hey lets up veterans discount to 15% 😂😂

Sam P was my main plumber. The project took a little longer than expected, but he did a great job and tested everything. They also came out, and showed up everyday until it was finished and never left me without water overnight or anything.I am very happy with the service and I would use these guys again, 💯They completed a rather large job of adding an entirely new bathoom, and an additional utility sink. It was a lot of work and the price was reasonable.

I called about 9:30 or 10:00 and she said someone would be at my house between 12 and 2:00. I received text updates. At 12:05 they were ringing my doorbell. Tom and Cale were so nice and very knowledgeable! They offered a couple of options, explained the cost of each, and what to expect for results. The work was done really well and was reasonably priced. No price gouging here! I couldn’t be more happy with the service! They were the best!

Minutes later, I got a text from her indicating that the plumber would arrive within the hour. I then received a text message with a link to track the plumber, Chris (the manager), on a live map interface as he headed to our house. Harmony was quickly restored, thanks to Chris and Mrs. Wiggles. Again this company is the best.

Thomas arrived on time and was very kind. We have a large dog who is sweet but looks intimidating, and he was great with her. He took his time making sure to diagnose the drain clog issues that we had in two separate parts of the house. He was able to solve one of our problems today, but the larger issue will be something we will have him back out to fix at another time (financially pretty costly, but because of the issue, not the company). Brittany helped schedule me on the phone and got us set up for next day service; she was very helpful and easy to work with. The company text us reminders of the appointment and a your technician is on the way text as well this morning. We really appreciate supporting small businesses here locally, and would definitely choose Mastons again.

Cale and Chris were the ones who helped us and they’ll be who we call for any further work we do.Cale was upfront and honest in his assessment and quoted price for what we’d need done. The fee was reasonable considering you’re paying for the time and labor of someone else to handle your problem and it was a night and day difference in the prices set by the other companies. Chris did the actual work and he showed up on time and had everything fixed quickly and easily. No one tried to hassle us into extra repairs and there was no add on pricing, just the upfront costs agreed to before the work started. As new homeowners with zero plumbing know how it was nice to be able to have our problem solved and not feel like we had been taken for a run around.

I’d like to share my experience with Cale and Coby. My shower door was leaking. I had hip replacement surgery and am 68. I was afraid of falling. Coby came out and gave it his best to repair the door. It was still leaking. So they sent Cale out and he tried a few things but it did not work. Cale thought why not put a shower curtain in my shower which he did and that now prevents the water from coming out the door. Between the two of these men my problem was successfully fixed and I don’t have to fear a fall. If I get the money someday I can always purchase a new shower door. We are first time home owners, and due to a mix up when we originally got our homeowners insurance, we did not have the proper insurance to cover a sewer repair. They 100% understood where we were coming from when I explained about our insurance and not wanting to pay a ridiculous amount until we had the insurance to cover it. Mastons Plumbing and Drain is the only plumbing service I will use from now on they advise me on plumbing upgrades to be compliant with my insurance they installed a new shower and all the plumbing for a remodel cleaned up and it was like they was never hereI would recommend Mastons Plumbing to any one they are very respectful and prompt
