    UPDATE: Today my new water heater was installed.Ezekiel arrived exactly on time at 8am and got started. He finished up at 11am. The water heater is in a closet in the garage. The weather had turned cold. I am very happy with the professional service provided by Half Moon.So glad I called Half Moon! Noah arrived today and installed an upgraded gas connection and shut-off valve for my new gas range. Home built in 1980, so old connections were out of date and needed to be replaced. I also signed up for the membership that saved me money and I am having a new water tank installed next week. Noah is so friendly and personable. He was a delight to have in my home. I highly recommend Half Moon and Noah!

    Had a great experience getting a super old and leaking shower valve replaced.Noah was our technician and was great throughout the experience.     Outstanding plumbing service! I had a bad water leak in my main supply line and they were great to work with - friendly, quick response, excellent communication, nice & extremely knowledgeable techs, and fair priced!     Matthew a technician for Half Moon Plumbing came out to my house yesterday and fixed my leaky sink. He was professional and did a good job. My garbage disposal was leaking he took it off of my sink put it back on and tightened it up. Stopped leaking. Andrew came out today and gave me a price on changing two exterior faucets and repairing a toilet. Two thumbs up. They were very courteous and diligent in their duties. Tomorrow they will come back and fix my problem. James came out today and rebuilt an old toilet in my bathroom. Today is 4/23/2024. He also replaced two outside faucets. He did an excellent job. I recommend using this plumbing company for all of your plumbing needs.

    Had a dripping faucet in my mom’s. The shower had tile. They installed a brand new complete faucet assy without any tile work. Had them do the other bathroom they did such an amazing job. Highly recommend Half Moon for your plumbing needs.

    Speaking with half moon was such a wonderful experience! I got to speak with Dani on the phone and she was able to schedule me on my only day off which was a blessing, and Hudson came out and was so thorough! He measured everything when I dint even think to measure the doorways! 10/10 would recommend any time!

    Danni the receptionist took my call. She was very nice and compassionate. And when I asked to have a supervisor come out she obliged. Levi Hudson came out and assessed the problem and checked all problem areas. He was very nice, proper and mannered. All in all I would recommend them and use them again.

    I recently had my water heater tank replaced with a tankless system. The technicians were incredibly polite and punctual. They had the old tank removed and fully replaced in about 5 hours. The tankless system is mounted sturdily and the piping going to/from the system is organized well. The previous owner in my home made some questionable self installations and Half Moon was able to correct those mistakes to give me a lasting and dependable water heating system. My family gives thanks to Half Moon and my technicians; Evan and Remington.

    Called Half Moon out to find and remove a clog. It turned out to be much more complicated than a simple clog but they did a great job trying to figure out the problem and working to resolve it. Remington was very timely and professional and did a great job of communicating the process. He had phone support from Zach who was also very helpful.Update: Day 2 of trying solve this issue. Spencer and his teammate had it figured out and fixed within an hour.I cannot say enough good things about this company. Great service. On time. Fair and reasonable prices.

    I called regarding repair for my garbage disposal that had broken glass in it. Daniella was happy to set up an appointment, but mentioned that I could also try using an allen wrench to get the blades unstuck. I gave it a try and it worked! It goes above and beyond for a repair service to make a small suggestion that ended up saving me $$. I will definitely recommend them to others and will use them for future plumbing needs.     I was pretty upset w another opinion I received from a plumbing company. Caleb was very kind in dealing w me as I was pretty discouraged by what I was hearing. Caleb had a different opinion worth checking out and further investigating before tearing out concrete. If there is going to be a dollars spent for a repair I would like for the money to go to the actual problem. We are going to take it a little slower and try a couple other things rather than just ripping up my basement. I appreciate that! AND, it all started w my first phone call when I spoke to Hayley. Really nice representative of the company! As this continues, every single person I have come contact with from Half Moon has been a superior encounter including Caleb, James, office staff….highly recommend.

    I rarely write a review. However, the service we received from Half Moon Plumbing through Nathan excelled our expectations. First and foremost, Nathan listened to our background story that might be the cause of our issue. Then after performing routine inspection, he clearly laid out our options and, answered our questions. Once we madeour decision, he clarified changes in cost, and proceeded according to our specific request. He was then able to locate the problem and repair it saving us thousands of dollars. We have found it rare to be able to work in conjunction and harmony with any service company and, believe us, we did that all summer long.     Our Half Moon representative today was Evan Quarterson. It was a joy to work with Evan because he went over and explained every thing they would be repairing today. He and his assistant worked tirelessly through their time here, both repairing and explaining each repair as they went along. Then showing me the final product and made sure I totally understood how to operate each of them. It is refreshing to have people that are kind and respectful as they complete the job!

    Caleb and Levi came out to run a camera down my floor drain that kept having problems with backing up and not draining. They found that it had something stuck in the drain about 18 feet down. They brought in a water jetting system to try to flush it out. It didn’t work so the spent 2 hours meticulously trying different means to fish the foreign object out. They were determined to get it out so they wouldn’t have to cut open the lead drain pipe which would have cost me a significant amount of money. They finally got it out and it ended up being a 2 foot long piece of twisted metal. I am so grateful for these guys hard work and going the extra mile! I will be calling Half Moon Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

    Pleasantly surprised. Good reviews led me to choose this company. They have showy, but well done, signage everywhere and sometimes that covers up less than great service. I have to say, my skepticism was unfounded though. Service was great and price was reasonable! Both the person who took my call and our technician were very kind and professional. The man that came out even tightened my door frame screw, noticing they were loose. Hard to find good help, I think these guys are doing it right. No wonder they can afford such nice billboards.     This soft water filter system changed my life! I didn’t realize how awful our water was. We (me and my husband) have lived in BA for 4 years now. I’ve noticed my hair is the worst it’s ever been- thin, brittle, dull.. I thought it was a consequence of having covid back in 2020 shortly after we moved here but it never really improved.Finally this year we saw a report of the BA RWD4. Shocked was an understatement. For years we have been putting PFAs in our bodies through the water that we shower in, cook with, and drink. It was a number much higher than the acceptable number. And so was our water hardness. It was an 8-10 out of 18 which is the highest they’ve seen. Once they got the water filter system and softener hooked up, I noticed an immediate change. The water feels like it has lotion in it, it looked pure and was free of sediment. Every time I would turn the bath on, black specs would come out of the faucets.. not anymore. My hair is much softer, shinier. I’ve noticed I’m losing less in the shower as well. There’s also a knob we can turn to bypass the filters and softeners for when we water the yard.I’m so happy with this home and health improvement! Around $7k for a 2200sqft house. Maintenance and upkeep is said to be minimal and easy enough to perform ourselves. Thank you half moon plumbing especially to Evan and his assistant (I didn’t catch his name my apologies), and Andrew! We will be using half moon for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

His professionalism and knowledge were commendable. I particularly appreciated his ability to send estimates and pictures via text message, which was extremely convenient given my night shift work schedule and helped minimize disruption to my sleep.The resolution of my plumbing issue, however, came at significant cost, exceeding $1000.     I had a leak under my sink. They were able to come and take a look at it the same day I called. Caleb accessed the leak was coming from the garbage disposal and the issue was very easily fixed. During a general inspection, he discovered the pan under my water heater was full of water and it was ultimately determined that the water heater was failing. They were able to come out the next day and install a new water heater and everything is working great! The technician, Eric, even helped resolve some questions my home warranty company had. I dont know when I would have noticed the water heater leak as it is not something I regularly check so I am really thankful for the general checkout they did. I choose Half Moon Plumbing based on their excellent customer ratings and the fact that they did not hide their Christian values and I am glad that I did. I would definitely recommend them!

    Half Moon Plumbing was able to come out next day and fix my issue. When the technician arrived he was very polite and fixed the problem. He then went on to explain why the problem was occurring and how to best fix it. He explained everything in easy to understand terms.     I had a slab leak. They gave me an estimate for fixing it in the slab and replacing the piping so it would go through the attic instead. I went with the replacement option.They got it done in three days. They did say Id have water after the first day but that didnt end up happening until the very end of the third day at 7 pm. They had some issues digging through the ground from the water meter due to tree roots that broke their machine. Not their fault. They were very apologetic for it. (Im sure they were just as annoyed at the delay.)They were very professional the whole time, didnt pressure me I to any upsells, and cleaned up after themselves.I highly recommend.

    I like the process half moon uses. They have been more than helpful getting to the diagnosis of the water leak. I talked to them 3 different times and each time they were very helpful. They even did a site visit to inform me a little more about what needed to be done. Once I got to the point of getting the repair done they got me schedule quickly. The guys arrived on time.     I reached out to Half Moon when I ran into an unusual issue while installing a new shower faucet. They called me first thing Monday morning and were able to come out the next day. Our plumbing tech Nathan called me that morning to give me an idea of what time he’d arrive. He gave me another call when he was on his way as well as a text with his picture and some info about him.     This company is top notch! After calling several other companies to get someone out and being told it would be at least a week, these guys were able to come out the next day to help find why the sewer line was plugged. A couple of days later they had a crew onsite and were able to get a new sewer tap and line installed. Even though the mainline tap was deeper than suspected which caused more time excavating, they stuck to their original quote. Eric was great to work with. He kept me informed of what was going on and did excellent work.Anytime you hire a skilled trade to do a job, its not going to be cheap. But these guys did the job right and I feel like it was worth it now having peace of mind that this sewer line will not have any issues for the foreseeable future.

Sam offered to speak directly to the roofing company contact if they have questions about what he saw while he was on the roof/in the attic.+ Sam and Andrew both introduced themselves to my dog, which always makes things easier since the dog isnt wigging out about who is in the house the entire time.+ While Sam and Andrew were at my home, my kitchen faucet began to leak. Sam very quickly identified the issue and filled me in how common this sort of minor leak is with a sprayer hose and showed me what to check and tighten if it happens again in the future.

Two additional circulating pumps were recommended for replacement, as well as a small electric water heater to provide instant hot water for the master bath faucets and shower.All work was done on time. Tommie performed these services. He was timely, knowledgeable and efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

    Spencer was great. Arrived on time, was very professional. He installed a pre purchased kitchen faucet and fixed a leaking outdoor faucet.     Nathan called to say he was on his way. A short time later I was texted his photo along with a bio about him. Nathan showed up on time as promised, looked over the two jobs we had and gave the final quote. He began work quickly and fixed both our issues. The work was excellent and was exactly what we pictured and wanted. After the jobs were completed, cleaned up and leak tested he walked the home inside and out and inspected all our other plumbing and sent a report on things that should be looked at or repaired that we may not know about and sent pictures and explanations.     I had a water leak in my location two and a half weeks ago and my brother suggested to call Halfmoon Plumbing. Darlene answered my call pleasantly. She was very friendly and answered my initial questions and after a more detailed description of my situation, she said it might be a slab leak. She scheduled a service visit at my location to do a leak detection.On the day of the scheduled service, they texted me a courtesy notice 30 minutes before arriving at my location including the name and picture of the technician. Sam Keeley introduced himself politely and we talked about the problem I was encountering. He explained the leak detection process and how much time the process might take. I was curious to see what he was doing and he had this equipment trying to detect where the leak was. After a while, he found the leak behind the bathroom lavatory, updated me, and told me how he would fix the problem. It would entail removal of the sink and vanity cabinet, opening up the floor and wall below, doing some excavation, and do the necessary fix. Darlene from their office accommodated me at the soonest possible time which was the following week instead of two or three weeks, and I appreciated this so much. Sam was on time, removed the sink and vanity cabinet very carefully, opened up the floor as little as possible, cut a small piece of the bottom wall, excavated the small area well, and completed the job in less than four hours. I expected it would be a whole day thing but it wasn’t. In the process he found small problems like replacing parts of my shower to make it more functional and a faucet that I thought wasn’t working but he found out the valve was just shut off. Included in the job was replacing the toilet bowl. Before he left, he cleaned his work area well, took the waste, and everything was neat and tidy. He answered all my questions with confidence. I contacted him the next days for some more questions and he responded quickly. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I waited a week to do this review so I can observe the changes after he fixed the hot water leak problem. Since then, everything seems to be working well now. I highly recommend Halfmoon Plumbing and their technicians for your plumbing needs! Five stars for reliability and professionalism, promptness, quality service, competitive price, and value!

    Spencer was really nice and had the best customer service skills out there. He was able to unclog my main line and with the camera they use afterwards was able to give us the condition of our main line. He also went above and beyond and looked at my tub drain and found out what was wrong with that. Had a window break by accident but without hesitation he already called his boss got a solution we all could agree on! Definitely will be using these guys for now on ^_^ they make sure the job is finished and done :)

    We called Half Moon for some help with an upstairs bathtub/shower that was leaking constantly and to replace a toilet in a downstairs bathroom. The house is an older house, and has older plumbing, so it presented a few challenges when doing the faucet repair and toilet installation that were unexpected. Spencer Johnson spent most of the day working through these problems with the utmost patience and professionalism, and in the end, the cost was very reasonable considering the amount of trouble they had to go to to accommodate us.     After trying another plumber who used old technology, I called Half Moon who guaranteed they used updated equipment with a grease cutting fitting and higher rpm cable unit. It took some doing but Evan broke through my grease clog and then scoped out line and found I had a belly area in my clean out line where the pipe wasn’t sloped correctly. He made some suggestions on how to keep line clear and offered a product I could apply monthly to keep line clear as a preventative.
