Dale was very friendly. He went straight to work and had to go get some parts. I knew that was coming cause we didnt know how they would be able to fix it. Dale took care of all that needed to be fixed. Both bathrooms are in great working order thanks to Dale. He also cleaned where he was working at.. Job Well Done! -
