Jose correctly assessed the problem with the leaking toilet and replaced it as well as replacing the flange where the toilet attached to the floor. He also cleaned out the line and found handfuls of wet wipes which were causing a slow drain. Excellent work and communication. Would recommend you ask for Jose.

I had an emergency plumbing issue with my business on a Saturday. I called several places and Alert was not only the first ones that could make it out, but also the most reasonable on price for an emergency plumbing issue. The technician that arrived was both very personable and professional. He did a wonderful job taking care of the issue, and made recommendations based off of what he saw. He even cleaned up after himself more than I expected. I will definitely be using them for both my business and personal needs moving forward.

I got a plumber named David to come out and was well pleased with the service. He started out by respecting my home with booties and was personable and professional along the way. We figured out the problem and we are waiting on a quote. Whether we use them or not to do the rest of the work is to be announced however I would recommend them to family and friends based off this interaction with David.

Guy and Brian came out today to look at my tankless water heater. First thing, we called and they came out the next day, which was great. I like that they actually listen to you and ask a lot of questions to make sure they understood the issue before tearing into the unit. They found the problem (stuck valve) ordered the part and will be back next Tuesday to replace it. Highly recommend this company

Had a leak for weeks that we thought was the waterline to the fridge at first. we called alert plumbers out and they were able to get us in that day and diagnose and gave us an estimate on a slab leak we scheduled for them to come out and do the repair it was supposed to be close to an all day deal but they finished before 2 oclock I believe and a bonus it was $300 cheaper. I thanked Brandon the plumber and his apprentice and gave them $20 Probably should have gave them $25 because of inflation 🙂🤣 thanks again for good consistent service

If only there were more than only 5 stars to choose from!Hours before an artic storm was to blanket the city in a snow and freeze, Alert Plumbing went the long extra mile for our condo complex. They installed new water service lines via underground bore from the water meters at street level to the hot water tank locations, ran main water lines, replaced shut-off valves - and so much more. Alert replaced our near century old water line. We heard about them through a neighbor. We called, and Kevin came out promptly. He obviously knew what had to be done and contacted us the next day with pricing. He told us what would happen and that it would be done in one day. They arrived on time and were well coordinated. There were no delays; they were prepared for everything! Upon completion, and before leaving, they checked every water outlet in the system. The results are amazing; we have lived here for over sixty years and have never had water pressure like this. We wiuld recommend Alert without reservation. They were a very professional group from beginning to end. Two of the crew helped a lot with getting everything just right. Alert Plumbing Heat and Air are hands down the best for HVAC and plumbing. The temps are dropping and I wanted to make sure our units were in good shape for the cold weather. Kale was our technician and he did a fantastic job and was very thorough. He was friendly, knows his stuff, and he fixed a couple small issues that may have turned into a problem if we had left it. He also changed all of our filters, so were all set for winter. Showed up on time, and no surprise charges. He even air dropped me pics of our furnace in the crawlspace, because it so hard to get to we hadnt ever seen it. He got up there without any trouble at all. Im sticking with Alert. Highly recommend them.
