    We needed a plumber early one evening last week for an emergency repair. Boy did we have luck on our side! Mike responded quickly and after checking out the problem he gave us assurance he could help us. He patched the problem leak so he could come back the next morning. He gave us the estimate of cost and time it would take to repair. Cost was reasonable considering the emergency and amount of time repairing the problem. Mike was great, professional and very personable. We really were lucky finding this company. I do believe we have a plumber to depend on now. Thank you 1 -Tom -Plumber!!Pat and Joe

    Our plumbing was backed up due to some local construction work. Pat arrived within 2 hours of our call and was thorough enough to investigate the cause of the backup.This company saved us from having to stay in a hotel on Christmas.     Its Sunday evening about 7. 30 pm finishing laundry and water starts coming up into our showers and our stools. I called two highly rated popular plumbing companies in town and they could not get to me until Monday. We needed to be fixed asap and Monday was too far away. We called 1-Tom -Plumber and the Boss answered. He got all my information and by 10pm all was said done and fixed and we are in bed writing this review. They did a fabulous job.     Our sewer stopped up and every drain was affected! I googled who could do the hydrojet method. Plumb1-Tom-Plumber wasrecommended, so I called them. A technician came out the next day and realized this was serious and an emergency, so they contacted OKIE BUG, the technician told them it was an emergency, so OKIE came out two days later. Our sewer line was blocked, so we had to have a new sewer line. Their knowledge and service was amazing! They are now our go-to plumbing company. I recommend them to family and friends.

    We had need to replace our kitchen disposal. Not having a regular “go-to” plumber for our normal household plumbing needs, I did some research on line and determined I would “take a chance” and contact 1-Tom-Plumber to discuss the possibility of them installing a new disposal for us which in fact they ultimately did. Now that this work has been completed, my sense is that I finally DO have a “go-to” plumber for any future home plumbing needs.Through each step of the process, I was met with professionalism, competence, courtesy and patience to all of my admittedly (too?) many questions. The answers, however, were always provided with a “personal touch” such that I felt like a true customer instead of just another job order.Each of the qualities I mentioned above are applicable to everyone at 1-Tom that I dealt with: from Amanda and Brent Richardson on the office-end of the process to our installing technician, Matt. They were each very helpful and pleasant to work with and, with regard to Matt, he was punctual with his arrival time, steadfast - and competent - in completing the install, and just an overall likable person to have in our home, i.e., a great ambassador for 1 - Tom - Plumber.In summary, I believe I may have found our “go-to” plumber for any future needs in the form of 1-Tom-Plumber. I would highly recommend their company to anyone with need of plumbing services and am confident that in the event something didn’t go quite right after a job was completed, 1-Tom is the type of company that would come back and “make it right” without any questions.

    We had to call a plumber during the holiday weekend. Thankfully we used this company and they had a very fast response time for it being later at night. Matt came out and got the issue resolved quickly. We had called a few other companies and this one had the fastest response time.     I would first like to thank Amanda of 1 Tom-Plumber for being patient with me and my familes situation over the weekend and helping us stay calm when our water was off and with kids in the house. Absolutely great professional.On Monday the technicians showed and displayed a great level of professionalism and a caring attitude. They had to crawl under the house in a muddy, confined space, only to find other leaks due to old cracked pipes and broken fittings. Pleasant, professional guys at a reasonable price.     Had a great experience today. Matt was very responsive, and the job was much larger than what was planned coming in. This did not phase him at all, and he gave it the time and attention needed.     I been meaning to do this review but i was dealing with a leak under my sink for the longest. i gave 1-tom-plumber a call and i was on the phone with Matthew Livingston and he came by and did his diagnostic. Told me it was bad sink pressure valve, he let me know that the part had to be ordered. which i completely understand. a day goes by and matthew calls and let’s me know he’s on his way. he comes and he got straight to business assessing the situation. only took an hr and half to complete the job. made sure the pressure was right to the sink and outside as well. a job well done.     Seriously! Had a broken garbage disposal. Called and he was going to come immediately! (That was too quick for me, so he was there first thing in the morning.) He could have said yep its broken and replaced it and I would have been happy paying the quoted price, but NO! He unclogged it and showed me how to fix it myself in the future!!! No time at all and just a service fee! 10/10 would recommend!!!

    My home had two water leaks in the ceiling that needed immediate attention. I called several plumbers who could not come until after Thanksgiving and was about to give up. On a last ditch effort, I called 1-Tom-Plumber. They provided me with top level customer service and came out same day! Michael and Matt were very clear and explained the plumbing issues to me in a way I could understand along with an estimate for what the cost would be. The estimate had no hidden costs or fees and was exact. They even credited me their $79 service call charge towards the cost. After agreeing to the estimate, they began work right away. When Michael gave me his business card as he was leaving, my 6 yr old asked if he could have one. Michael went back out to his work truck and brought him back one. That made his day! My day was also made knowing that going into the holiday, my upstairs toilet would not be leaking in my kitchen as I cook Thanksgiving dinner. Overall, I was very pleased with their work and though I hope I dont need to use them again --- I will only use this company from now on. Highly reccomend!!!!

    I called 1 Tom Plumber because they were referred to me for an emergency gas leak we were having inside our house, and we needed an after hours plumber. Needless to say, we needed someone out ASAP. They showed up quickly, checked everything out, and thankfully confirmed that we didn’t have a leak, but helped with the repair anyway. While they were there they offered to help me with our water filtration system that hadn’t been working properly for the last few months.     Our plumbers name was Matt. We have had previous plumbers come before and the experience was not good. We were very reluctant due to having our grandma with dementia at the residence living here, previous plumbers treated her poorly and didn’t treat the job as they would as someone who is mentally sane. Matt was wonderful, got the job done in less than a few hours in extreme heat in black clothing. He handled our grandmother with care along with her plumbing problem. He fixed everything as it it was brand new. Matt needs a raise for this, after this experience we would recommend him to anyone. Ourselves included in case we ever have problems again.     I cant say Thank you enough for Michael. I had a pin hole leak in my hot water tank line on Saturday..     My hot water supply pipe had a tinny crack and the leak was on and off. Called them this Saturday and received an answer right away. I was told the diagnostic fee was $140 or so for weekends and $79 dollars for regular weekdays. Then, I decided to have them come over on Tuesday since it was not urgent. Matt came and give me an quote of $400 for the job which was a little bit higher than I expected ( my expected range could be around $250) . Originally, I thought it was $79 for diagnostic and also $79 charge per hour. Since I already had them over, I decided to accept the quote. In 25 minutes or so, Matt cut off the pipe and replaced a section of bad PEX pipe (shown in the picture) with a new one. Overall, I am satisfied with their responsiveness. However, $400 dollar (minimal on the material and mainly for the labor cost) for a less than half hour job (excluding their drive time) is a little bit too expensive for me.
