Weve used Wildcat twice and both times, theyve been quick and professional. This last time, after cleaning our coil, there was an unexpected issue with it draining and they rerouted our condensation line free of charge. Devin did our work and took time to explain what was done and answer any questions we had. A good experience.

My HVAC finally bit the dust and needed to be replaced. Devin provided me with a couple different options as well as an optional fix that he could do if I wanted to attempt to get another summer or two out of the unit. I ultimately went with purchasing a new unit and I am very pleased with the choice. The service from Devin as well as the installers was stellar...which was greatly appreciated given the cost of new units these days. After comparing the bid I received from Wildcat with other companies, I decided that Wildcat was the best option and had the greatest value for both service and price. After the unit was installed I ran into some issues with my old EcoBee thermostat. Devin came out and replaced the thermostat ensured that the new system was properly communicating with the thermostat, he spent nearly two hours working through this. I will definitely be using them when the other unit on my home goes out. Its important to note for those who havent received a bid on new units in the recent past - the cost of systems has increased by at least 30% over the last couple/few years...so when you read reviews regarding prices, keep in mind that there is a sticker shot regardless of the company you go with - especially if your going with a company that uses quality systems like Wildcat.

We had an ac freezing up. They came out quickly and knew the issue. Which was what I had expected with past dealings with industrial ones that have had the same problem at work. They got it up and running right until the part arrived to fix it permanently and were super helpful and up front about everything through the process. Luke was great. Highly professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the service and repair. Great company would highly recommend and will be going to for all of our heating and cooling needs. Joined their yearly service plan and would recommend to anyone owning a home. For the peace of mind of great maintenance and service. Plus good discounts for any issues that may arise and need repair or replaced. Ive found on the business side trust in these types of repairs and service isnt the easiest to come by. Its refreshing to have such a great company and techs that we can for our home.

I had the best experience with this company. I called this morning due to my A/C not working properly and I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to see me on the same day since it was so short notice. The lady that answered said no problem that one of the service techs would call me as soon as possible, and soon it was. Devin J. called me and said he’d be there in an hour to hour in a half. I got a call probably less than an hour or hour at most saying he was here. Devin was great! He was a true professional, very knowledgeable and educated me on how things work as he was doing it. Sometimes techs lack customer manner where they just ask what’s wrong, don’t say a word, fix it and give you a bill. But not Devin, even in 100 plus weather (hottest part of day) he gave great customer service while fixing the problem. Just a great experience overall with this company but Devin was just truly the key factor that took this experience to another level. You can tell he loves what he does, just a great employee to represent this company. 5 stars all across! I recommend this company to anyone that needs there A/C fixed.

On time, polite, helpful, careful, they cleaned up, asked permission for everything, explained how the new thermostat worked, etc. --everything youd want from professional installers.Luke was great too. A wonderful experience overall! It was great to be able to schedule an appointment late at night for the next day! The called promptly when they were 20 minutes out and arrived right at our requested target time. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed our AC problem within minutes and had it fixed in about 30 minutes - including a follow up temperature test to make sure everything was working properly! I couldnt be more please d and will definitely use them again!

We had wildcat come out after we got a high quote from D&H about parts that needed replaced after our tune-up. Luke was very nice and told us that all our parts where within spec and didn’t need to change them out. So glad we got that second opinion, saving us over $600. Our AC went out in a rental home. Luke came out at 11:30 pm and temporarily fixed the unit until the new AC arrived. We were in a bind and needed the AC to be fixed as soon as possible so we could get our renters back in the rental house. Luke made a couple calls that night and arranged an installation day two days later on a Saturday. We were very impressed with their professionalism and understanding of our situation. The next day we received a call from them and they had a cancellation on Friday, the day before the scheduled installation, so we got the renters back a day early which saved us money. I would recommend this company to anyone needing an honest HVAC company.

This was the most amazing experience I have ever Had with an HVAC company. TLDR: Call them now!I initially called them because our AC had gone out. Before calling them I had tested several electrical components voltages and knew something was wrong. (I know just enough about HVAC to make me dangerous) I had replaced some main fuses and was testing some other aspects of the electrical system. but when that didnt work I knew it was time to call the professionals. when I saw their van on their website I knew they must support other local graphic design businesses so I called them. They had sent Devon out, when he got to our house he was the pillar of professionalism, As I was talking to him as he was diagnosing my air conditioning system I learned about his 20 years experience in the HVAC trade and before I knew it he was finished with the repair.Overall we had spend less than half a day with our AC system down.If you are looking for your next AC person. Call Wildcat!

Luke was amazing! Highly recommended! He came out Monday after my AC breaking over the weekend and stayed 3 hours to diagnose the problem. Tuesday he came back to install the part and found he came with the wrong part on accident. He still hooked it up so the fan would run for air then came back AGAIN Wednesday to re-install the correct part! Phenomenal service and would definitely call again for future issues. A++ service!

I called a few 24/7 AC repair places when it quit working on a hot Sat evening, wildcat got back to me promptly and had Matt out to my house within an hour. He fixed the problem and had the AC running again in 45 min. The other place that called me back couldnt send anyone out until the following afternoon, and their emergency service charge was $75 more. Matt was professional and explained the problem, as well as checking to make sure things were running before he left. I will use them if I ever have another problem, and highly recommend them.

I called the office number, and they picked up right away, even on a weekend. Luke came out to help fix the issue multiple times. Once, I called the office right before 5:00, and he came 20 minutes later and helped me fix it before I had to go to work at 6:00.Having an air conditioning break down in the hot Tucson summer is stressful for anyone, but I was extremely reassured by the service and highly recommend this company to anyone. Outstanding experience, working with Devin and his crew at Wildcat ! They have earned another customer who plans on being loyal. From the late evening troubleshooting service call (at our house within 90 minutes of me hitting the submit button on the Home Advisor website); With the diagnosis of completely dead Compressor on a 19 year old system, I decided to bite the bullet and replace everything (except the duct work ; } ). Proposals at 2 different price points (and the he waited while I got other quotes), and the Wildcat team began the installation within 36 hours of my acceptance of their proposal. They loaned us a portable AC for our Master Bedroom, for the couple of nights we were without air. Superb Operation. They are on my Call First list !

Our AC was making screeching noises at night, so the following morning, we called a couple of places we had used in the past, and the best we could do, was get a technician out the following day. I found Wildcat Heating & Cooling online and told my husband to call them. Sure enough, they said they could send someone out but it would be late in the day, which was fine. Around noon, we received a call from Matt and he told us he could come by in 30 minutes which he did. The fan motor was out and lucky for us, Matt had two with him. He replaced it and within 30-45 minutes, our AC was running smoothly. Matt was a very courteous, nice young man and explained everything to my husband. We will definitely call Wildcat again, when we have AC problems.

Just want to say, I was told by a coworker that this local company was good. So I took the advice and can honestly say I’m very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge on the job. A+ company. My service tech Andrew Dicken did some duct work in the attic, indentified some kinks gave me great solutions. He took time to educate me and replaced a fried capacitor AC unit (the actual reason for the visit). If you have any HVAC issues USE THIS COMPANY! It was obvious to me that they take great pride in their company image and customer service.

I cant say enough good things about the service I received from Wildcat Heating and Cooling. Starting at 7:00 a.m. when one of the service technicians, Devin, took it upon himself to answer the phone because the switchboard operator hadnt shown up yet, I received professional, experienced and quality attention and service. It was absolutely amazing how much Devin extended himself to take care of fixing my air conditioning problems. He not only has top notch service skills, but excellent P.R. and the ability to empathize with his customer. He send out a technician who soon determined that compressor could not be repaired. This was on a Tuesday. By Friday I had a completely new system installed and working. In the interim Wildcat had a temporary AC that worked great. Wildcat sure earned 5 stars for this help.

Ive been using Wildcat Heating and Cooling for years. They have always come out same day, even when our old a/c broke at night. Devin and all of his techs have been knowledgeable, patient and through. Ive been a home owner in AZ for 20 years and dealt with several a/c companies, they are by far the best. When it was time to upgrade, they helped us compare different units and were not pressing us to buy the most expensive. The system we chose decreased our electric bills by $200 each month in the summer and my house stays cooler.

They provided a temporary cooling source for us which was appreciated. Jacob was awesome as were the guys who did the installation. They seem to be competitively priced.
