I had an awesome experience with their service team! Technician was out with a a couple of hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem on the same day. He took the time to explain the process to me, detailing how the work would be completed and why. I really appreciated his care in handling the adobe brick surrounding the pipe.Will use them again for any plumbing issues.

I had a shower head that was leaking and after the plumber came out the first time to fix it a week later the leak started again. They sent David the second time and he was very professional, diagnosed the problem and took extra steps to ensure the leak had definitely stopped before reassembling everything and cleaning up. RG & Sons is the only plumbing company I use because they are a locally owned company that is honest, fair and stand behind their work.

This is my 2nd job with them and they have been great both visits. They helped diagnose leaking problems in our residential facility and fixed access points, commercial kitchen sprayers, and got both a newly purchased water heater and an old water heater back up and running. Purchased a project home and had no idea how bad plumbing was. They came out to look and were honest and transparent about what the job would take and didn’t try adding on unnecessary work like some of the other quotes we received. The price was more than fair. The work was fantastic, I even had some other trades come in and compliment how good all of the work looked. Definitely would recommend and use again!

7-10-2023 Kasey was at our home taking care of older home stuff. We showed him a flex line that corroded in less than a year. It was fixed in a jiffy. A year ago he put on a timed instant hot. We do not waste water while waiting for it to heat up. Only runs during peak times. Update. 6-29-2022. We have since last review used Kasey at our older home. He and his crew have modernized the plumbing. Very easy to work with. He installed a toilet that is pretty much self cleaning. Everyone should have one./// Casey was great at 2 properties. He scoped the 1 property for us.

--> Just to add: RG & Sons (Kasey-hope I spelled that correctly) came back out because there was a problem with another high water bill. Turns out the problem was the valve theyd replaced, specifically the solenoid. He came out one afternoon, determined it was a faulty valve unit, and then returned the next morning with a new valve and installed it. And, no charge as it was a warranty issue.Thats what I call integrity and standing behind your work! I highly recommend RG & Sons Plumbing.We had an ongoing problem with a water leak that caused us much angst (and money from Tucson Water for high monthly water bills...), so on the recommendation from a NextDoor Neighbor user, I contacted RG & Sons, specifically Kasey.Im very, very pleased with their service. In assessing the situation, Kasey identified that it was our main irritation valve that needed replacing. Having been told that by another company, I was hesitant. However, I made it clear to Kasey that if it didnt fix the problem, hed help me take care of it.Also, he recommended using brass rather than the lovely plastic valves put in by the builder and original landscaper. It wasnt cheap, but it made sense.After back and forth, and once the part came in, Kasey came and replaced it. It was not an easy job and it ended up being 20% less than Kasey had quoted me! Their work also comes with a guarantee.Go with RG & Sons, you wont be disappointed!
