    I needed a HVAC check up for the winter as well as a dryer vent replacement. Richard contacted me prior to his arrival. I was his last call on New Year’s Eve. He was polite and very professional. He measured for the replacement hose and went to pick it up. He contacted me by text to let me know when to expect him back to the house. Then he conducted the heating unit check. He was fast and efficient. He explained everything, including prices, and had taken photos of the job. Very satisfied.

    Very satisfied with services provided by Richard Davis, Perry Heating etc.over the last few years after partial replacements of heating and cooling systems. Mr Davis takes time and attention to announce all aspects of service, including inspection results and recommendations requiring adjustments to the systems. The current service by Mr. Davis is at least the third during the last 18 months.We are also very satisfied with Perry, except with the latest telephone call for purposes of confirming the most recent service schedule; during which we were exposed to an AI respondent and provided misleading information.     Tom did a great job replacing the coil in our heat exchange unit. He previously made a temporary fix to the coil which allowed us to heat our home, but last Saturday it lost all capability to heat. The replacement coil had finally arrived and we chose to wait for the scheduled installation on Thursday (today). The coil was large and to my eyes a complicated endeavor. But Tom persevered despite minor glitches and this evening we are enjoying wonderful heat in our home. We found out that coats are no substitute for our heat pump.     Excellent A/C routine visit on a system they installed 16yrs go. We renewed a 3yrs maintenance (2 visits a year including various cleanings - this one being the first of the series...). Jordan was great, ready to answer technical questions (I had plenty) and explaining nicely how the system is doing (so far, so good...). The written inspection report with pictures, emailed back after the visit, is really great too!They maintained our equipment when it was still under warranty when we bought the house 10yrs ago and they were great since day one of our interaction with them.

    Today Richard Davis did a great job performing our yearly furnace maintenance for the start of the winter season. The biggest take away was that Richard went out of his way to help with the remote setup of our thermostat which has been an issue since the day the new AC / Heating system was installed 4 years ago. Richard tried to set it up on my Samsung phone with no success and then tried to set it up on his iPhone, again no success. I told him this has happened ever since system installed and the other technicians had the same problem. The only difference is Richard made the decision to make a warranty claim to get a new thermostat and come back to install it so all things work the way it should. Thanks Richard for going out of your make to make things right when others didnt even think it was a problem, much appreciated, thanks Russ

He did a quick and thorough assessment and found the issue right away. From his assessment, he was able to pinpoint the issue and give me suggestions and quotes in order to get it fixed. Couldn’t be more grateful.

    I had a water leak on my main water service from meter to home. Matt, after digging found that it was a 1 crack in the PVC. He replaced the damaged piping, answered all my questions, turned the water back on along with the irrigation valve and was on his way! Thank you Perry for another successful job well done.

    This afternoon (8/21-24) I fell and broke our water service entrance to our home. I procured the parts I needed for the fix but couldnt get the leak stopped after rebuilding the service entrance. I tried everything but failed.To compound the problem the water would not shut off at the street and the main shut off at the house wouldnt quite shut things off. I gave up and called Perry Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.I spoke to a nice person at their office who in turn dispatched one of their very talented plumbers. Within an hour and a half =/- we had our water back. The price was reasonable even for an after hours call.You wont go wrong hiring these professionals to do the work for you. Kudos to Perry Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for a job well done.Thank you

    I am very pleased with the service I received today. The HVAC specialist named Todd was on time and did a thorough job on maintaining my heating and cooling unit. I also appreciated that he explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He had also noticed that some of my vents were not opened and explained how that could affect the performance of my unit. He made an extra effort to open them up for me as I had no idea how to do that. Todd also left the place clean and tidy and proceeded to email me some important information.     Great service, great price. Richard was quick, professional, very nice, and explained everything clearly and honestly. They could have attempted to upsell me on a couple things and did NOT (so sick of that!) We had a minor issue getting someone scheduled because the tech they assigned was out sick, and I had a low priority issue (they had all their available techs on jobs where people had no AC). While it was mildly annoying, it tells me Perry cares for their crew enough to let them recuperate during the busiest times, while not leaving their high-priority customers hanging. 5-stars!

    The team at Perry Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing took excellent care of us when our AC failed. We were on the schedule for first thing the next morning, they showed up during the allotted window (only 2-hours, so we didn’t have to wait around all day in sweltering heat), and they found/replaced our system within 28 hours. Everyone on the job was professional and friendly. And when they finished, they cleaned up so that it was like they had never been there… except for the fact that the house was cool once again. I will go back to Perry for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs.

    A friend recommended Perry Heating and cooling to me. I have to admit, they are super thorough and clear with their estimates and the real problems with my AC unit. They are also on time and reliable for their call out services. I was concerned about my AC last week, after my tenant stated it would not cool off the home. They arrived the following day and were able to complete the work within an hour to have the home cooling off again.     Todd at Perry installed a Wi-Fi controller on the furnace in the attic that resolved all previous thermostat wiring issues. We’ve had several Perry technicians in the past and they’re all on the A team, so if you want it done right at a fair price I can’t recommend. Perry stronger.

    I had a leaking mini-split AC unit in my home studio and decided to contact Perry Heating, Cooling, Plumbing. The appointment set-up was easy and Perry sent out an experienced technician and a trainee. They quickly diagnosed the issue which was a clogged condensation line. They cleared the line, tested it and taught me how to best maintain the unit! The charge was only $79 which is astounding in 2024. Thank you Perry for great service & integrity.     Its 110 today and my AC system keeps tripping the breaker. Perry sent Super Tech Cody out in about an hour. He verified the system was working properly, pointing to a breaker issue.     Todd is always great however I have made 3 phone calls to the office asking for the photos Todd took of the Reme Halo cell (air purifier) so we could see that the “bulb” needs replacing. The replacement is $650 (which we paid for). Had we known that this bulb only lasts 2 to 3 years I don’t think we would have had it installed. Not happy. 👎👎👎👎

    Perry Heating & Cooling alerted me the Friday before my Monday service that the technician would arrive between 10 and noon that day. Approximately 9:45am Monday morning g the tech called and indicated that he wasc35 minutes away. He arrived and performed all of the service checks and left me with my invoice and a pictorial review of the work that was completed. Excellent service and follow through.

    After perusing many reviews (and having a less than stellar experience with another company years ago) we decided to go with Perry heating a cooling. We weren’t having problems, but do have an aging unit that hasn’t had any maintenance in too long. We had a minor hiccup, our scheduled time was 8-10am. I called at 10:30 inquiring for an update, and somehow things were messed up and we were not assigned a tech. Two things I actually appreciated about this- no one lied and said something else happened. Just explained the mix up and had someone to the house in 15 minutes! Once he arrived, we were thankful for the honest feedback about the needs of our machine, the reasonable pricing and the same day service even with a part replacement. Lots of photos were sent showing the current condition and the after once service was provided. Thanks to Perry heating and cooling we have confidence that we will continue to have a cool interior despite the raging outside temps!

    Used goggle to find a company familiar with Honeywell ProSeries thermostat. After calling a number that appeared to branch out to different HVAC companies within vicinity, we were connected with Perry Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing Co. Well be honest about being a bit stressed out as to what it may cost us knowingly we messed up the thermostat ourselves by downloading app, adding device, and fiddling with temperature settings and others, because suddenly we had heat blasting vs cooling, turn system off, and sat in a house at 87° until they arrived. Technician Richard arrived, he was very polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and thermostats altogether. He managed to reprogram it, helped verify app on phone and its connections, advised to move Honeywell temperature gadget to a room that was much hotter than the rest of home after testing rooms, and educated us on how to operate the system when it came time to switching to heat and changing filters regularly. Also.. they were reasonably priced. Well definitely be calling Richard with Perry Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing Co. again for further help or advice, or any additional work needed in future. His card is taped to our refrigerator, since no need to look elsewhere. Thank you. 😊

    My AC stopped working when it was 100+ degrees out! They came out to the house right away. The guy who came was very friendly and professional. He fixed the issue, explained it to us, and answered all of our questions. I signed up right away to have them come out twice a year for inspection of the unit. Highly recommend them!

    Back in August 2023 I purchased a heating and cooling system for my home. Perrys technicians did a fantastic job of removing the old unit and putting in the new. Mind you, the temperature out site was easily 115 degrees. It was my pleasure to offer them cold drinks throughout the process. Now, Perry has to come and do a maintenance check on the unit throughout time to keep up the warranty. Everyone that I have dealt with is very polite and very easy to work with. He came out on a Friday and inspected my 27 year old a/c unit in my guest house and suggested it would be best to replace then repair .     UPDATE: Received a call and was able to clear up the issues.Manager was very accommodating and helpful, which shows that the five-star ratings from others are justified. Changing my rating from one star to five stars. First message asking for a contact was never forwarded to the general manager, so some improvements in internal communication at Perry have been noted and my experience will hopefully serve as a good training opportunity. ORIGINAL: Technician was very nice but I question his competency. My issue was a full house water softener which was putting out salt water. The first thing the technician said was the system was unplugged, but it is a non-electrical system. Diagnosis was the system was dead which means nothing to me. I called to talk to a supervisor to see what I may have misunderstood and to clear up any confusion and was promised the general manager would contact me within a day. It has been a week and no call. Ive had to contact another company to determine what is wrong with the system. Sorry that Perry is not interested enough in my issue to at least contact me. I would be happy to discuss the issues and revise my rating, but need to hear from someone at Perry.

    We have used Perry heating and cooling to service our 3 AC units three times in the past year. They are always able to come within a day or two of calling, sometimes the same day! The technicians are always honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Our latest experience was with Jordan. Our house is under contract, and the buyer’s inspector could not figure out how to turn on our bedroom AC unit, which is quite old, but still works very well. The inspector suggested replacing the unit for more than $8000. Jordan came out the same day that we called and ran his diagnostics for both heating and air-conditioning. The system was working fine. He wrote up a report and took lots of pictures, which he sent to the buyers’ agent. There were some other issues that cost about $500 to fix, but they were not related to the heating and cooling, only the wiring outside. Not only did Jordan provide everyone with the report and the pictures, but he actually talked to the buyers and explained that the system did not need to be replaced, that it was working fine, and that it only needed minor repairs. Clearly, the inspector didn’t know what he was doing, but Jordan did, saving us nearly $8000. It is rare to find people who are not out to make a quick buck these days. We would only trust Perry w/any future AC or heating issues! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Jordan!

    Our Trane A/C unit started running all day at low speed and unable to keep up with the heat. We puchased it from Perry Heating and Cooling 22 years ago and it never had any problems with it easily keeping its part of the house cool until now.Called Perry Heating and Cooling and they immeadiately dispatched Macah to come out and look it over. He confirmed that the unit was not operating as it should and after a lot of workin going from the inside unit to the outside unit was able to tracking the problem down to a low voltage wire. Macah was very friendly and informative and showed me photos on his phone of the steps and reading he was getting. He advised what the cost would be and obtained permission to proceed before continuing. He found the shorted low voltage wire, by-passing it, which corrected the problem, and had our A/C unit back up and running at full capacity.Our unit is back up and running like new.We are very pleased with the timely response of Perry Heating and Cooling and the pleasant and capable professionalism of the specialist they sent out.Highly recommend them.

Todd came out to see why my old system wasnt working and helped determine that I needed a new system, which was five years past warranty. The office staff who helped me with the paperwork were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The two professionals that came to install the new system were considerate and efficient.     I bought a Trane unit from Perry Heating & Cooling after having bought a different brand air conditioner from another dealer a little more than a year earlier. In less than a year and a half I had spent several hundred dollars repairing the other unit, and then it broke down again, and the dealer wouldnt even come out to look at it. Daytime temps were over 115 degrees. Thats when I called Perry. I was again looking at a several hundred dollar repair - the guarantee covered parts but not the labor.I had Perry remove the other unit and install a Trane. They did an excellent job and I havent had a single problem since. I have them come out once a year and check things over, and so far, no problems at all with the Trane. Jordan, the most recent tech to come out, was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as he checked everything out. I just wish I had gone to Perry Heating & Cooling in the first place.

    I contracted Perry Heating & Cooling to do their annual HVAC TuneUp for a great price. Steve from Perry, called forty minutes prior to the time originally scheduled and arrived twenty minutes prior after getting permission. He arrived cleanly dressed in uniform and doned shoe covers before entering our home. He inspected the air handler and approved it, then cleaned the inside and outside. He moved on to the compressor on the outside and checked the freon and electrical system, finding both approved.     Perry heating and cooling is a class act in my book. Professional and thorough, prompt, knowledgeable and honest are descriptive words to apply to this company. My ac quit blowing cold air and the very next day, early in the morning our tech Cody was there. He analyzed the problem and within minutes had the ac pumping cool air. We were given an opportunity to question Cody and he explained in detail the problem which turned out to be an issue with a burned out wire.We took a deep dive with Cody into prices, benefits, pros and cons of installing a new ac unit which we intend to do this fall. Cody explained the 3 most common types of plans generally used for the install in detail and left no question unanswered. We will proceed this fall informed, aware and prepared when we do the install with no surprises.     The Perry Heating HVAC tech (Cody) did a thorough check on every component in my 15 year old Carrier AC unit including a complete cleaning of the heat exchanger coils in exterior condensing unit.     Todd arrived just a few hours after I called to report my AC wasnt getting the house temperature down as it should. He found much of the coolant had leaked out and there was a lot of rust on the 12-year-old AC. I agreed with replacing it.     I would definitely keep this company in my contact list. Very friendly service, I called with an issue with one of our propertys mini splits. After many,many companies shooting me down for the age of the unit, being less than a year Perrys H&C was on the ball with getting a service technician out. They had availability for an appointment for the following day, but I practically begged to be put on call for an open spot the same day. I got a call from Jordan an hour later, with an ETA of 30 mins. He arrived ran his diagnostic found the issue and fixed it. Fast efficient and friendly. Thank you Jordan you did great. They had a new HVAC installed in less than a week. The guys who did the install were friendly and efficient. They worked diligently even in the 1 billion degree heat.
