The technician responded VERY quickly to our emergency call and quickly replaced and repaired a burst pipe (one of the main water lines to our house) so we could turn our water back on. The pipe burst on a Friday evening. OTW Plumbing was not only kind enough to come out on a Friday evening but also arrived within less than 20mins of me calling. He patched things up so we could have water that evening until he was able to return the next day with proper parts to replace the corroded pipe. Very professional, responsive, and charged a fair fee for the service provided.

My husband and I had the luck of having to replace all the sewer pipes in our house due to age and them collapsing. It was stressful even to fathom. We had several companies out for an estimate. When the need for a plumber arose, we found On the Way Plumbing online, didnt know anything about them, but the reviews were good so we gave them a try.We had to have 2 toilets replaced and Sergio came on a Friday and the new toilets were installed Monday morning. from the beginning we had nothing but the best of all kinds of service, Sergio was always on time, knowledgeable, polite and considerate. and he was in and out in two hours, cleaned up after himself and took the time to answer all our questions. I had been working my way down the Plumber listings and could not get anyone to answer and/or call me back, Sergio picked up on the second ring and was at my house to diagnose the problem and provide a free estimate a day later. He made a very difficult repair to an underground water line and provided me with someone to make drywall and concrete repairs as well. He also did a great job installing a water softener. He (On The Way Plumbing) was very professional, kind and trustworthy. Sergio did what he said when he said he would do it.

The on-line reviews lead me to give OTW Plumbing a chance when the main water line from the house sprung a leak. Sergio was very responsive to my call to repair the main water line leak. He also provided reasonable pricing for a new water heater and the plumbing and installation of a new water softener. Sergio completed the entire job within a few days as planned. My all round experience places Sergio & OTW Plumbing as my go to resource for all plumbing needs.

Sergio was recommended to me by Alan of Loyal Lab Irrigation when my main water line failed. Sergio arrived in a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote on the spot. Two other plummers failed to respond and Sergio was hired two hours later. Got the necessary pipeline scans done and had the line replaced in just over 24 hours. From now on if we have plumbing needs hes out first call. Hands down!

I called OTW and they had somebody here within 30 min! They made an optimum and economical fix by simply splicing out the damaged section. Theyre first on my list to call next time.

Our neighbor recommend them highly to me. We had a clog in the drain between the house and the septic so neither toilet would flush. I called at 7:30 am and explained the problem. Sergio indicated his schedule was full but that he would work us in. He came bout 12:15 pm and unclogged the drain in short order. Very professional and courteous. Nice young man, lives in the Vail / East Side area. I will absolutely use them again.

We used this plumber for our home inspection when purchasing our home. We also used the realtors recommended plumber. On The Way Plumbing services were much more thorough than the other plumbers inspection. Sergio took the time to explain everything and give us quotes for work that needed to be done. Thanksgiving Day, I moved into my new home built in 1999, and the hot water heater (original) was leaking. It passed the pre-move-in inspection then died. Im also new to the area so didnt know who to call. I looked at reviews and reached out to 2 plumbers and left 2 messages. On The Way Plumbing Returned My Call .. On Thanksgiving Day .. A Holiday! They fit me into the schedule early the next morning, identified the problem, identified other issues with the 20 year old plumbing, attended to my request for a whole-house water purifier, removed the old/dead hot water heater, and Returned the very next day to complete All The Tasks. OTW plumbing is an excellent company. I had someone installed a new garbage disposal recently but somehow the connector between the left sink pipe and the disposal always slipped off so water dripped out and it was a mess. Then I decided to call OTW plumbing. Sergio was very polite and understood what I explained on the phone. He was able to check it out for me the same day between his service calls. He examined the sink pipes and noticed that the way the pipes installed were wrong and a lot of extra parts not needed. He was able to fix it and my sink has much more space underneath now and the pipes are all connected securely. They are also a modern company by accepting credit card and send email invoices. Oh and they wear special shoes cover so they will not bring dust into your home! I will definitely call this company again if theres any plumbing issue! Thanks Sergio and OTW team.

We cant thank Sergio enough! Our main line broke in the middle of the night on a Wednesday before a holiday weekend. He was at the house Thursday morning and then gave up his day off to get it replaced for us. He was prompt to pick up calls and answered all of my questions.
