    Hi, I was actually about to call the company and brag up your workers on my own accord and then I got the text to write a review. I had the opportunity to deal with both Oscar and Jacob. Oscar came out to do the initial assessment and Jacob came today and did the actual job. I found both men sharp and knowledgeable. They both were informative and answered my layman questions. I had to call Oscar back at one point and though I got the front desk he was quick to respond which says something in my book. Jacob was super friendly and efficient and both guys gave you a feel you were dealing with a company not too large as to make you feel like a number or dollar sign. So yeah great job! Your lucky to have em both!

    I wanted to post this review first by giving a major shout out and a huge thank you to Jacob. I had a few plumbing issues that were occurring at my newly purchased home. I went through home warranty, so I was a little skeptical at first since I have had bad experiences in the past.Jacob showed up and started handling business quickly. Very professional, courteous, mindful, and very cautious while working. Some of my repairs were pretty straight forward, but the seized valve required a lot of work. I was very appreciative of how Jacob minimized the amount of wall that needed to be cut and placed back so that I can take care of the work for patching. Jacob was also very knowledgeable and kept me very well informed as the work did take some planning overtime. I had a great experience considering the work that needed to be completed. I would highly recommend My Plumber to anyone based on my experience.

    Woke up on a Friday morning (of course things always break on a Friday or the weekend) to a leaking water heater. Call My Plumber and within 4 hours Oscar and Tony were here. They went right to work draining the heater, checking available for a new one and worked us into the schedule to get it installed ASAP. They came on Sunday and got the new one installed in a few hours. We highly recommend family owned My Plumber. They do professional work, they are efficient and reliable.

    I had some plumbing issues in the bathroom with the shower head and tub spout not working properly. Jacob was our tech and was very personable, explained thoroughly the issue and solution. The service was quick with a 24 turn around to get a couple parts. Pricing was fair and reasonable and decided to have him address another issue in the laundry room. Thank you My Plumber Plumbing for the great customer service and professional staff. We highly recommend this company!

    I cannot recommend My Plumber enough! Our water heater gave out and we ended up having water damage from our kitchen sink from a leak. They were not only patient and kind but they gave me peace of mind and helped guide me through this process step by step. They were a better deal than Home Depot for replacing the water heater and when the Home Depot contractor told us we needed a “special” water heater that we would have to order and wait on, they let me know that I in fact didn’t need this special one and got it replaced the next day. It works great! They have taken care of everything when it comes to the water damage. Oscar helped us file the claim with our insurance to assure that everything was taken care of. This is a wonderful company and they are spectacular people! Helpful, kind, great communication, and efficient. Give them a call!

    We have not had the need for a plumber since we moved to Arizona so we did not know who to call. We checked online and talked to people in Green Valley. My Plumber was recommended. When they came to the house they took care of the issues we had fairly quickly. We were happy with the work and the cost was very reasonable.     My Plumber is local family owned and operated in Tucson, AZ. I talked and got to know Tanya, Joe and Tony a little bit during the replacement of my water line to my home.     My Plumber have very competitive price and lower than other plumbing companies. Tony was very gracious to work with your schedule and was very prompt at return calls or messages.     Thanks to Jacob for terrific service installing our new kitchen facet and replacing the angle stops. He was respectful of our home, provided thorough clean-up and made sure we were satisfied. Upon request, we asked him to check other angle stops and lines in our home and he made recommendations as to what needed to be replaced and what was fine. We received a quote on an additional repair within a short period of time and got the work scheduled. Thanks to Tony, Oscar and Jacob - well done!

    Both Oscar and Tony were so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They were honest and completely replaced our garbage disposal instead of doing a quick fix. Oscar completely cleaned and organized under my sink once he was finished installing the new disposal! They were so kind and even whispered when talking to me because I was holding my sleeping newborn. Not necessary but so thoughtful.     Amazing! Our hot water heater started leaking Saturday morning. We called our home warranty company. This is who they dispatched. In 2 hours, being 60 miles away from us, (very surprising!) Two men arrived and our new hot water heater is now in place! It doesnt get better!!!

    Biggest shot out to Oscar!! I had to call for service once again, and once again My Plumber did not disappoint. I had a horribly clogged pipe and some jimmy rigged plumbing set up from the previous homeowners. They replaced everything and even came later in the day when I was expecting to have to take off work and make an appt for the next day. Unfortunately I didnt take a before picture, but here is a picture of the new pipes!

    What a good experience. I bought a tankless water heater from Home Depot. And I found my plumber that would put it in for me for a reasonable price. Juan came out and surveyed the job. I got a wonderful price for installation and took them up on it. Juan came back and he put it in in one day. Well done I had asked for a permit and Tony in the front office. Assisted that request it was fabulous.

    I couldnt be more happy with the service that I received when I had to have my water heater replaced. Everyone that I had contact with in this company was polite and professional. After the water heater was installed I was told to wait about an hour before I wanted to use the hot water. After I waited about 2 hours I had no hot water so I called Joe the owner and he and his wife came back within the hour to troubleshoot the problem. Turns out that one of the fuses in the junction box on my electric water heater was bad. Joe and his wife personally drove to a nearby Ace Hardware and got some replacement fuses and installed them for me which I believe was beyond their scope of work because it wasnt a plumbing issue. The problem was fixed and I am happy to give this company a 5 star review. I highly recommend them.

    It seems like lately when a Home warranty company sends someone out they are usually a little on the shady side... My Plumber was anything but that! We had a wonderful experience! We found out via an inspection report selling our home that there was a small leak in the bathroom, a pipe on our water heater needed to be updated and the condensate line on the HVAC needed to be cleaned and replaced. Tony was AMAZING at getting scheduled fast for that emergency leak but also took into account our closing date. Oscar and his team came out and were FANTASTIC to work with! Everyone was kind, personable, educated NO plumbers cracks or any of the other shenanigans you usually see. They even cleaned up after themselves! They did a wonderful job rectifying the individual situations and made sure to walk through their work with us before any walls were closed back up etc. They also saved us thousands with their honesty as the shady HVAC company was trying to lie to us to get crazy unneeded work done that they knew our warranty didnt cover. We have already given their card to friends and family and will definitely call them next time we need a plumber! Thank you, MY PLUMBER!

    If I could give a 100 stars I would- not only did My plumber come to my rescue today but in a previous incident, I hired my plumber to come out and do work but little to my knowledge my maintenance person had another plumber go out, so unfortunately, I had to cancel last minute project with my plumber and they were so respectful and we’re more than understanding. My plumber Tucson came out to an emergency water service for an entire community today. Not only to fix the issue, but at a very reasonable price! They have no gained a customer for my businesses needs but for my personal needs. Customer service , the technicians everyone I spoke with was able to make this possible was so pleasant - a GREAT family company to work with! Thank you all so mucho!

    I used this company based on what my home warranty set me up with. I could not have asked for a better plumber. They were so responsive and respectful. The warranty company was a nightmare to deal with, but these guys worked as well as they could with them.
