Chris Andrade was great! I was able to call on a Sunday and have them come out the next day for a clogged sink drain that couldn’t be fixed with multiple applications of drain cleaner. Chris was very professional and timely, and he did a great job. Unfortunately, I didn’t qualify for the $99 drain clean out special because I don’t have the right kind of clean out for our sink, but the repair fixed the problem and seems comparable to prices in town.

Couldnt be happier! Javier provided my family with excellent knowledge and customer service from start to finish, even shook my cats paw, such a chill guy :) We initially were going to just go tankless with a salt free system, but thanks to his expertise about our water and the type of household we have, we saved a lot of time, money, and headache down the road, cant thank him enough. Both him and Chris did a wonderful job with our new filtration unit as well, walked us completely through what to expect, what we should do in case we need to turn something off or replace it, the benefits the system provides, everything. If we ever need maintenance or other plumbing done down the road, I hope theyre still with Mr. Rooter, because we would ask for them by name. 10 stars!

On Saturday I had an emergency plumbing situation. Our sewer backed up into a shower stall filling the house with a rather unpleasant odor. After trying all the usual snaking options myself, I called Mr. Rooter. George was out within a couple of hours and, once he asked all the pertinent questions, was able to clear the problem quickly. I was very grateful. I was even happier when George applied the coupon I’d seen on line and the visit from a plumber on a Saturday cost me only $95. George was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mr. Rooter for any future plumbing need.

The leak, at 44 gallons an hour, was under the driveway between the main and the house so the water had to be turned off completely. I had a major septic tank problem and we were completely down. I called one plumber and they werent capable of fixing it but charged me their full repair cost for general repair anyway, so I called a second plumber and they couldnt show up on time - twice. Then I called Mr. Rooter and not only did they show up on time, they showed up with a team that was prepared and they got to work right away. Keep in mind at that time none of us knew what the entire problem was, but somehow they were already prepared for it. They got to work right away and had it fixed that morning(on a Sunday btw). And it was a big project with digging and underground pipe installation. I thought the price was very fair and they were professional, courteous, friendly, efficient. I am so grateful to them. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Skip the rest and go straight to the best.

The drains could not be fixed using the electric snake so we went with the High Velocity Hydro Scrub. The drains and all pipes were cleaned and there were was no problems. Everything was fixed properly. There was one minor mix-up in performing the video inspection to assess the piping condition. I called the office and a supervisor came out within an hour and did the video inspection. I received good service and will use Mr. Rooter Plumbing in the future.

He was very thorough and took the time to explain to us what was going on. He didnt leave/accept payment until after the job was done and made sure we no longer had a problem with our clogged pipe. If we ever need work again we will definitely be a return customer

Mr. Rooter was great! Francisco and Miguel arrived on time and began taking care of the problem right away. They were polite and efficient. Every step they took was thoroughly explained to us. The charges were also explained before any work was done and again after the work was completed. They also explained that the work was covered for 30 days, so if we had the same problem again within 30 days it would be a covered repair for free. Thats integrity.

Jose C took our call and dispatched 5153 Daniel. My kitchen drains had been slow for a while and I had babied then along. One evening there was no movement... Both sides standing... Supper complete and dishes to do (I dont own a dishwasher - washing by hand requires the sinks). When I called Mr. Rooter It was after regular business hours. I was expecting to make an appointment for the service. To my surprise Jose C said they are a 24 hr service.. No extra emergency charge... And technician Daniel would be at my home soon. Daniel arrived, worked fast and friendly, fixed the problem, explained everything as he went, and left with my drains running perfectly and a bottle of solution to maintain them. Very happy customer. Will use Mr. Rooter for any other needs.

We had what I thought was a simple drainage pipe clog, but after Mr. Rooters thorough job we came to find out some of our drainage pipe was cracked and had roots growing in them. They came within 2 hours of me calling in about my issue. Their team is extremely professional, friendly and provide various repair options to choose from (depending on your financial flexibility). I highly recommend their outfit if you are having any plumbing issues.

Mr. Rooter responded the same day of our request for resolving a blocked drain line. David R explained the services he would be performing in order to restore service to our drain. Our home is over 40 years old and the plumbing has been a challenge for do it yourselfers. This time we needed an expert. As we progressed through the repairs, David kept me apprised and even had his supervisor stop by and explain that this indeed was a major repair. There were no surprises on the cost of the repairs, as each repair was documented, priced as quoted, and the warranty is hard to beat. David patiently answered all of my questions as this was our first experience with a significant repair. He was very professional, took extreme care in working with old fixtures, and cleaned up his work area before leaving. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter, and service tech David R. and his supervisor Robert for staying in touch as the work progressed. Very satisfied with the service and repairs. Thanks guys!

Our septic system went down on a Saturday. I called and someone was here within an hour. There were, at that time, multiple possibilities as to the cause. They clearly explained those and the cost to diagnose. Once they figured it out, they gave a firm price to repair. It involved digging up a portion of the grass, which was done with concern and care and put back to its original state. Although it took portions of 3 days, including a weekend, they were professional, courteous and always on time. The final cost was exactly what they said it would be which was a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

(THAT was refreshing)He did the repair quickly and reasonably. I called Mr. Rooter due to all of the drains in my home were draining very slowly or not all. For years, my father had been told by another company that the clean out drain had concrete poured over it when the driveway was installed years ago and that there was a clean out on the roof supposedly. Not only did Steve perform a thorough investigation for another possible clean out, he ran a camera through my main line to check its condition. As it turns out, that prior information about a clean out on the roof was inaccurate. Furthermore, he explained based on the age of the house (built in 1961) and on his research, there was not a clean out under the concrete. The good news - the main line was in very good shape and I would not need to worry about having new pipes installed which was a big concern of mine. However, he explained the tub and bathroom sink were on a different line and had to be cleared separately, which he did. It was pretty nasty what he got out of there. He devoted all this time to tell me how to keep this old plumbing running smoothly, and all the while dealing with my 13 rescue dogs following him around trying to play with him. Steve makes calling Mr. Rooter worth every minute and every dollar. I will definitely be a lifelong customer of Mr. Rooter. This house is everything to me. So thank you Mr. Rooter for sending an employee like Steve to my home.!
