Richard Johnson was very personable. He was familiar with heating and AC systems that met our needs and set a time for installation within a few days. The technicians (Anthony and Henry) installing the split A/C system for us were knowledgeable and very professional. They are a great team working well with each other. Kudos for an excellent job. After a malfunction of the system within 24 hours, Noah was sent out promptly and had the system working properly. Thx for the good service.

I contacted Fusion Tuesday 12/10/24 around 1:30 pm and the tech was at the house at 4 p.m.. He determined what the problem was , but would have to return the next day to repair it. Techs, Were very polite and courteous. We are a industrial building with three large mini splits. They went through all3 and replaced the one not working. The office mini needed a control board. We ordered it and they back came installed it, also replaced the wall thermostat as it was not working either. No charge. We are now in good shape, ready for summer. I also hired Fusion to put an AC on my sons house. I trust there work.

Fusion Plumbing stands behind its work! We had a new sewer line installed in 2021. An issue with the line was identified during a recent house inspection. I contacted Fusion and Shane quickly responded and scheduled Adam to come out the next day to camera the line to validate the concern. Adam then discussed the issue with Fusion management, without us needing to be involved, and the repair was made the next morning. From us bringing the issue to Fusions attention to the repair being completed was 48 hours - thats pretty awesome - and without any discussion or hassel. In addition, Shane and Wyatts follow-up in getting us the needed documentation was timely and greatly appreciated.

We had a water pipe break under the slab of our home and Fusion gave us a very good quote. The crew of Chris, Jose, and Colton were exceptional. They were Very professional, and considerate since I asked about a million questions, they worked so well together and cleaned up after the work. We had a couple of issues after they left and they came right back out and took care of them at one point Shaun, the owner came out a 6 PM on a Sunday.I highly recommend Fusion Plumbing and will definitely be using them again in the future.Update: 2/9/23We were finally able to have Fusion come in and replace a cracked waste pipe from the kitchen. A clogged drain in the kitchen is one of the worst with the nasty smells and dirty dishes piling up. The Fusion plumer (Adam) was very good at what he dose, he was polite and likes what he does we could tell. He didnt give up when it seemed whatever was clogging the drain wasnt going to unclog. The pricing is average for these days. And would recommend this company over others that I have used.Thank you Adam and Fusion Plumbing

Called Fusion close to closing hours and they still managed to get a technician out before the emergency surge pricing through some quick coordination with their technicians and friendly dispatch. Kyle was personable, knowledgeable, and patient, considering the hour and that the problem would bleed into the following day. Kyle diagnosed the problem and laid a plan out with me before leaving for the evening. Kyle returned the following morning with Mark and they not only had the problem fixed (in the rain) quickly and had water restored to my house, but they improved upon the problem area they had been working on. You can tell they take pride in the finished product the are providing. I’ve already arranged for them to also take care of my A/C. Would recommend the company as a whole. Not only is Adam extremely knowledgeable but very patient so plumbing-illiterate people like me can understand whats happening.Also with Adam, I didnt get the feeling i was being sold stuff I didnt need (which happens way too often). The owner responded to my residence for an AC outage. The outside temperature was 111 degrees. He arrived and promptly went to work. He discovered that the unit was extremely dirty which May have lead to the outage. It should be noted I WAS on a contract with another AC company for twice a year check up and cleaning. Obviously the unit had not been cleaned in years. The Fusion owner cleaned the unit and our AC was restored. A secondary check up revealed dust on a component that was also problematic. I used Fusion plumbing a year ago and now their AC response. Both are the best when I thought I had the best. On 10-31 AC installed Tech Kyle cleaned my old AC unit and to turn on the heater it would’ve been a true fire hazard. It was decided to have a new AC unit installed. The next day Eddie and his tech coordinated and installed my new unit. I appreciate all the technicians and Shawn the owner who assisted me in financing the new unit.

House water line had a copper to galvanized pipe setup which cause the copper line to degrade and leak. Called Fusion and Kyle showed up the next day. He explained what needed to be done and did an excellent job. He got about 80% thru but had to respond to an emergency call and was unable to finish it. But, Kyle handed the rest off to Adam and Chris to finish up. They did a great job too finishing the repair and wrapping the new pipe layout with insulation as well. Everyone was courteous and professional. Great job! Thanks!!

We needed multiple shutoff valves installed. The old ones had become frozen and were very difficult to turn. Additionally we needed the kitchen sink faucet replaced with a new one. Fusion (Jake and José) came out early and did all the work. It was expensive -- all plumbers are -- but we have a subscription to their service, so we got a discount for that. All things considered, were very happy and would use them again. They were very professional.Outdoor spigot broke and had to shut off water to the house. Fusion (Abraham) came out a couple of hours after initial call to Fusion and fixed the problem. I watched and made smalltalk during the repair (no extra charge for that), and was impressed with efficiency and choices to repair the spigot. I liked it so much, I subscribed to an annual inspection that Fusion offers. I dont have much to compare them with, but Im pretty satisfied with them, and would work with them again.

Kyle arrived on time and ahead of schedule and he went over the estimate to replace my sink and was very honest that my valve was leaking for the shut off, and that it needed to be repaired, before even starting the service of my bathroom sink, he estimated me the cost which was rather amazing for what you get especially for plumbing services around Christmas.The business offers $99 a year subscription which covers 15% off services needed for your home, as well as annual check ups for water, leaking, air conditioning, heating and water heater. If you buy your own faucet, there is a discount versus them supplying a faucet for the bathroom sink just make sure you measure it ahead of time before purchasing the whole install took about two hours, but the technician wanted to make sure everything was situated correctly. I would highly recommend this business for the straightforward pricing, online account creation, and scheduling online.

The crew at Fusion was very professional and did a great job. I needed a full replacement of all HVAC flexible ductwork in a tiny, awkward attic crawlspace, and they managed to do it fairly quickly despite having very little room to maneuver. They had to cut one additional access point, but drywall repair was included, and you can’t tell that there was a hole there. The job wasn’t cheap, but the bid was competitive, and the warranty made me feel confident that this ductwork will last a long time. I look forward to enjoying much more efficient heating and cooling with my new ductwork.

I had a water filter housing inside the utility closet inside my home just blow out and start to flood the house. I was fortunate to be right there to shut off the water and then called Fusion as there was no water to my home. They arrived in less than an hour, replaced the filter housing and serviced my Renai hot water heater, since it needed to be done. Both jobs were done promptly and professionally. I have used Fusion in the past and even referred a friend who was very pleased with the service to his HVAC. I will use them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs in the future and signed up for their regular maintenance program.

Sean, Corey, and Marlin did a great job on our house. They replaced all of the pipes, fixtures, and the water heater. They showed up when they said they would and were extremely professional and kind. They cleaned each day before they left, which was much appreciated. All of the drywall they cut was cut neatly and carefully to save us money on drywall repairs. Fusion changed less than other places, but completed high quality work. After trying a different company first with poor results, I called Fusion on a recommendation, and Quincy came out and did an excellent job at diagnosing issues with my heat pump system when it was having motor and airflow issues. He came back several times to make sure he could test it correctly and I think he gave me the right diagnosis accordingly. His repair work was good. I thought the charge for his work was quite reasonable. Id use Quincy at Fusion again.

Hard water was more than likely the culprit and just needed to be flushed out, since we recently redid master shower we were running out of hot water, I expressed my thoughts on a tankless heater. Cale ran me through my opinions and was able to come back the next day for an install. We no longer run out of hot water and the wife is happy.
