    Inexpensive, Fast, Experienced & Knowledgeable!I have had sewer issues for about 6 months. Received a first quote from another company that wanted to excavate and replace the entire line($6k+). Second quote that wanted over $600+ to find and clear issue using a method I didnt understand tbh.Cassius with Economy plumbing came out within 3 hours of calling, wa friendly and knowledgeable, was able to find and clear up all the issues, and was done in less then an hour. Best part was the price was under $250!!100% will recommend to everyone

    Owner came out for estimates for our job as well as my neighbor, good estimate; was third estimate for this job. We wanted a plumber who hasnt been bought up by these conglomerates that are driving up job prices and sending out these young tech estimators who really have no idea how to answer plumbing questions or the ability to negotiate a job. The young woman, Kayla, who answers the company phone promptly is patient and professional, personable. You dont get some call center employee who doesnt have a clue about plumbing. Bryan is the owner and he has excellent customer service and personal skills. It is obvious he is a hands on boss. His plumber and apprentice that came out to do the job were on time, efficient, very polite, and explained what they were doing and why. We will use Economy Plumbing again if need be.

    E-Konomy is wonderful to work with. I called w a plumbing issue, and they were out within 1 hour. I had another company come who could fix the issue and wanted to charge $5k. E-Konomy knew what they were doing, and it was under $200 to fix our plumbing issue. Dont get taken for by the big guys. Go local with E-Konomy!

    My house is a plumbers nightmare. Built in 1959, tile roof, adobe walls, chaotic unknowable distribution of pipes changed at various times over the years. I couldnt blame the plumbers who wanted no part of repiping the house for water and gas. So I was glad to hear it when Bryan, the owner came over, acknowledged it would be a challenge but wasnt afraid to take the job on. It looked to me like he relished the challenge. And he had the team of plumbers as well as Paul, the drywaller that it would take to get the job done. I appreciated it when Bryan listened to my concerns about doing as little damage to the house as possible, and was willing to come up with a plan that took those concerns into account. When the project started, it was amazing how much they were able to accomplish in a very short period of time at the height of the Tucson summer. They did an amazing job, and by the end, the repiping was perfect, and the house looked terrific. If youre looking for honesty, confidence, skill, and courtesy in your plumber, you will not go wrong with Economy Plumbing.

    Cassius has been extremely efficient and professional with our bathroom install. We will use this company again because of the quality of his work.We had him back today for multiple plumbing issues and he took care of everything without any problems.     I had a good feeling from the start about Bryan. No BS, he was confident but not cocky about the complexities of installing the on demand water heater and filters and submitted his detailed estimate in timely fashion. He knows his business! He was flexible for install dates to fit our crazy schedule with other trades working on our house. The day of install, he and 4 of his plumbers arrived punctually, began working at 8AM, and finished by 2:30. They all answered my questions completely, patiently, and professionally. Excellent craftsmanship was on display. There was a bit of an issue fitting filters in a tight spot, but they accomplished that challenge perfectly and aesthetically and made it look easy. About an hour after they all left, I noticed a tiny leak at a union joint that simply needed a bit of tightening. I called the office and in less than an hour it was addressed successfully. I would hire Bryan and his crew again for any plumbing work in a second. I strongly recommend Economy Plumbing Service.October 28, 2024Cassius came with another gentleman whose name i forgot. The task was descaling out tankless water heater and replacing 3 filters. They arrived on time, and instantly got to work. Professional, answered my questions, and left everything in as good or better shape than they found it. They worked in a small, tight space and Cassius is a large NBA bodied man. The entire job took about 1 hour. We noticed better water pressure and hot water now comes faster to the furthest faucet. All good reasons to descale and change the filters on a regular basis.

They even fixed a flaw in our septic line that was revealed upon excavation for no additional charge.     I had a water leakunderneath pavers that needed immediate attention. Economy was recommended by my contractor. I called and three young guys arrived less than an hour later.     Our water bill went up drastically, and Economy Plumbing Service found the problem. The galvanized pipe from the street to our house had deteriorated. They planned a way to connect our water line to the main line without tearing up our driveway.They arrived on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up the area so it looked as good as new, and charged MUCH less than other bidders.     These folks are great! Cassius was wonderful. We had some older oil rubbed bronze faucets that were at the end of their life and leaking from the faucet stem.     I needed a new water heater after my previous one, which Im pretty sure had not been professionally installed, catastrophically failed. I asked for a quote on a tankless one. The estimator came out and took a look at my setup and said he could give me a quote for that, but it would probably be cost-prohibitive, and recommended a gas water heater with a tank instead as a better long-term solution that would be far less costly. When I asked how long it would take to install, he stated they could come out that day and do it. I agreed, and I think about three hours later, I had hot water in my house again. I was impressed that no one tried to upsell me and EXTREMELY impressed with the responsiveness. I would recommend this plumbing service and Id happily use them again.

    OMGoodness! I had an original bathroom from the 80s when I bought my new to me home. I searched for a contractor, that was one stop shopping for new makeover on my bathroom. Economy Plumbing was the final stop. They brought me up to the current times with new stone countertops, changed out all my plumbing fixtures, my hardware on cabinetry and installed my choices lighting and mirror. PLUS I had kindergarten toilets low and slow to new adult sized and powerful flushing toilets. All in one day!! What? Yes one day, his crew of professional, knowledgeable and personable people came in and took me out of the old and brought in the new, today - all with me in mind. I now, walk into my newly designed and updated bathroom and sing...I have joy, growing old with grace and safety with my newly installed grab bars, levered plumbing fixtures and handicapped toilets. They thought of me growing old gracefully and having the updated quality fixtures and the best of workmanship one could ask for. They are the best team! By the way, it was about half of the price of another plumbing company was going to charge. Connor and Matt were polite and professional. We had gotten a quote from another company and felt it was steep but had no clue since plumbing is not our line of work. He was efficient and did a great job with the repair.September 2023We called Economy Plumbing once again. Our toilet was flushing really slowly. My husband had already tried a plunger and two other tools we went and bought from ACE. All attempts were unsuccessful. They came out the next day, fixed the problem, and were in an out in less than an hour. It also didn’t cost us an arm and a leg. We are happy with their service.

    Had blockage in drain line in one of the bathrooms in the town home we own in AZ. (I had Economy Plumbing put in a clean out device in the sewer line a couple years ago from the home to the street in the past - they did a good job and much less less than other quotes). Well, now that I own, it was my luck to get a recommendation for a plumbing service and that was Economy Plumbing. Two young men, Patrick and Connor, showed up early and were prepared to do their thing. They performed their duties in a no-nonsense manner; yet, and at all times, were courteous to me while they worked. When they completed their work on soldering the new piping for the shower and installing and adjusting the new plumbing fixtures I had bought, I walked into the bathroom and it was spotless; their finished product was pure perfection. They also had to redo a badly installed vanity. I just knew these men took pride in their work, and I understood why these two were headed in the right direction in their chosen field.     We had a leak and contacted Economy Plumbing. Bryan came out and walked through our house, letting us know that due to the age of our home, a repipe would be best to resolve the issue and prevent future problems. He went through the process with us so we knew what walls would need to be opened up, what we needed to do to prepare before they arrived, and ensured us that they would be able to drywall, texture, and cleanup when they were finished. The day of the repipe was impressive. The Economy Plumbing crew arrived just before 8AM, and Bryan met with them to make sure everyone knew what the job would entail and they got to work right away. The entire repair and hanging of drywall were completed by 2 PM. The next day, Jeremy and Pedro came back to complete the texture, and it matched perfectly. You would never know there were holes in the walls, and they even cleaned my tile floors on their way out. Highly recommend and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

    After two water bills double the normal price I called Economy Plumbing Service based on a referral. This was by far the best referral I have ever received. I called on the weekend and my call was promptly answered by Bryan, the owner. He walked me thru a few things and told me i probably had a break in my main water line. With no hesitation Bryan offered to come out that day to 100% verify the problem, which turned out to be a leak in the line from the road to house. Being an old house we discovered old galvanized/lead piping from when the house was built in 1968. Well thank goodness Economy Plumbing Service are re-pipe specialist. Within 24 hours Bryan scheduled a Blue Stake for utilities and scheduled to have the main line replaced within the week based around our schedule.     Took care of our plumbing problems promptly, and had an electrician come out to fix a cut line that was running through the slump block wall that they had to cut to replace the rotted out drain lines. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely use them again!

    Saved me thousands of dollars and did a GREAT job..My main water line was leaking and I called three or four plumbing companies to get quotes. One guy was too lazy to dig or hire labourers, Rite way gave me a quote for 5400$, Economy plumbing was the best price and were super friendly and upfront with me. They scheduled the work and showed up on time and completed the work way beyond expectations. Originally they were going to have to saw cut my driveway but decided to underbore it for a cheaper price and much better results.There receptionist is especially great with prompt answers and courteous service. My yard was restored to the point where I had to look hard to tell where the new line went.THANKS AGAIN!

    I was referred by an insurance adjuster. Bryan arrived at the appointed time, was professional and knowledgeable, and no pressure. Within minutes he surveyed the leak under the slab, and generated a written proposal, which I accepted. Within two hours, 2 crews arrived, broke out the concrete, fixed the leak, replaced the slab.
