After having a few AC Companies come and diagnose the problem with the air erroneously and estimate thousands of dollars, I decided to try one more company --- Cool Breeze.Cool Breeze specialist Samuel came down the same day, and within a few minutes had identified and shown me the problem with the AC. He suggested their 2 year plan as a way to save money on the job.I bought the 2 year plan which fixed the issue and guaranteed years of check-ups and repairs of common issues, and it all was much less than what anybody estimated.Samuel was extremely professional, respectful, honest, helpful. He got the AC blasting cool air within 30 minutes. The best AC Technician I have ever met. I will be calling Cool Breeze and request Samuel every single time I have an issue in any of my properties.

My first service was with Hector, he did a great job found the immediate problem at the time and quickly resolved it with a great deal of professionalism. Second go around (week later) with a series of different problems was indicated by James. It was a simple matter of a failing A/C system that had seen better days and was no longer repairable. (I saw it, knew it and agreed with him in his conclusion) He doctored up the system as best as he could for the time being while a replacement unit was ordered. I had met James once before while he was employed by a different company (years prior) and he remembered me also, he has a great deal of professionalism, and found him to be very honest. Later Justin and co-worker (did not get a name) came to replace the failed unit yesterday. Things that come to mind: Professional, hard working, honest, and courteous. It is not easy work on a HOT rooftop working to replace a gas pack unit. I know, I had spent several hours the prior 2 days prepping the rooftop area and removing damaged wood and scraping old roof tar and finishing the roof deck. My profession is an Architectural Design Professional and Licensed General Contractor (not your average homeowner!) All of these guys worked very hard at their jobs, and their professionalism really shows. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Recently had Cool Breeze install new 2-Stage 3 Ton Rheem Heat pump. Contact six different HVAC companies.....Four never followed up or provided a quote. One came back with a crazy and outrageous price. In the end, Cool Breeze provided a clear proposal with very fair pricing. We locked in timing and installation and everything went like clockwork. Unit is working beautifully and we are very happy with the entire experience. There are a lot of shysters and shady companies serving the residential HVAC market. Allen and Cool Breeze are honest, fair, and I really appreciate their professionalism.Thank you.

I just had my semi-annual HVAC unit serviced. I cannot say enough good things about the service technician, James. He was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. He not only changed the filter that I cannot change myself, he actually cleaned the grill work before actually changing the filter. He even cleaned all the edges around the grill area. I was thrilled. I have three very fluffy cats and their fur can be a real problem. He remembered to reset the t-stat to its original setting when he was done with his inspection and explained the benefits of owning a Rheem unit -- which no one ever had. Although I am a great believer in having a service contract, he explained all the options available since it was time for me to renew.So, if you are having problems, or need a new unit, I highly recommend Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions. They are awesome and James is a five star employee! See you in six months James.

I just wanted to take a second and express how pleased I was with Keven Greene, the Cool Breeze technician that came out to service my AC unit. He was both professional and extremely courteous in his handling of my scheduled yearly maintenance. He not only explained everything he was doing but also took the time to point out some practical maintenance tips that I could do myself between visits. At the end of the service he then explained the value of a surge protector for my AC unit that may help protect it in case of power failure or a lighting strike. Information that was not only practical but could save me money in the long run should that occur. As a renter, it can get complicated when you need to communicate the issues Cool Breeze found to the property maintenance team. After a bit of back and forth and both my property maintenance and Cool Breeze (both Dave and Colt) coming out a couple times, Cool Breeze was able to clearly communicate to my property management what the issues were. Today, finally, my property management came and spent over two hours working and after a week of no heat (and it getting as cold as 56° inside), Im now sitting in a toasty 72° home. Huge thanks to Dave, who not only called me after hours on Friday, but also showed up at my house on Saturday morning - you are much appreciated!

Colt investigated the source of the coolant leak, gave us a very reasonable estimate and fixed the faulty unit under warranty plus labor and we were cooled down within a few hours. Cool Breeze installed a new unit for us in Jan 2023; the service was excellent. Had tech come out to do the summer inspection and all good! Last Sunday the house started to feel warm, and sure enough it was at 76 not the 73 setting. Tried turning it off and back no to reset but still the same. Turned off the unit and called Cool Breeze the next morning. Said tech would be here between 11am -3pm and around 10:40 Samuel arrived. He found a freon leak-ugh! Brand new unit! He checked everything out and when I say that I mean he took it all apart and put it back together looking for any other leaks; none were found.. Well of course somehow between summer inspection and last Friday the unit had lost 4 pounds of freon--not cheap. I negotiated a lower price for the freon but was not happy that a brand new unit was leaking freon and I had to pay for it instead of being covered by the warranty. The next morning I received a call from Cool Breeze and they said that the freon would be covered under warranty! Yay! Thanks for working that out for me! :)Samuel was so professional and such a pleasure to work with as were all the folks I dealt with during this unexpected HVAC issue.We will see you for the winter inspection--that is if we ever have a winter here in Tucson! Cool Breeze sent their representative out the same day I called even though it was a busy time during the first cold snap. The technician worked diligently to find and fix the problem. It ended up being a damaged circuit board which would have been very expensive. However, Cool Breeze honored the warranty on the furnace they installed. We appreciated their timely service as we had just brought our daughter home from the NICU. Thank you Cool Breeze for keeping us safe, comfortable, and able to pay our other bills!

We just bought a home in the Tucson area and needed to know what condition our AC unit was in. Our thermostat had Cool Breeze and a phone number so I called them to see if they had any information. The receptionist was very helpful and there were old records for the home. I scheduled a tuneup service and was able to get an appointment just a few days later. Chris, the technician, did a thorough job, identified a part with a problem, gave me a very detailed report on the unit and its condition and explained the lowest cost option to replace the part. I signed up for a year maintenance agreement and will be using Cool Breeze later for other services. It was great to find such a professional and honest service company just weeks after moving here. Highly recommended because of Chris professionalism and exceptional service.

Great job! Installation from start to finish took 7hrs even in 111℉ conditions. Installer Justin along with his assistant where very professional, punctual and took pride in their install. So far so good with the A/C system it is functioning as to be expected. It was just a routine pre-summer A/C system check/maintenance, but Juan went above and beyond to really give the entire system a good look, and he provided explanations where needed. He also noticed something that had been incorrectly installed in the past, and he fixed it free of charge. Its just nice to have someone who actually cares about the quality of his work and who demonstrates true professionalism maintaining my A/C system.

I was really needing a new A/C unit, mine broke at the end of summer last year. I was having a hard time figuring out where to turn for help. From word of mouth I heard good things about Coolbreeze and setup an appointment to get a quote. I was able to get someone out to the house in a matter of a few days. Colt arrive right on time looked my place over made a few calls and gave me a quote in maybe less than half of an hour. He was very professional and I trusted his opinions, I can always tell when people are honest and not trying to push extras on me and over sell. He was knowledgeable and made me aware of things I was not familiar with. I really appreciated that it saved me some money. After he sent his information to the office I got a pleasant call from Marixsa or Monica I cant remember which one called me. I have spoken with both of them from time to time and they are both very personable and always a pleasure to talk with, I like them both. I was told I was approved for my installation and all I needed to do was schedule a date for the install. I couldnt believe how fast this was going. I wanted to get this done as soon as possible because summer was on its way. The install was scheduled again in a few days, this company is out to please its customers. I had my install scheduled during the week, on a work day. Two installers showed up right on time, I wish I could remember their names because they were awesome. Again I had a good feeling about them so I showed them the fridge and said they could help themselves to any soda if they got thirsty and I went to work. They said the install would be done around two in the afternoon and it was, they called me at work said they were cleaning up and everything went together just fine with no problems. After I got home they had locked the front door and there was no sign that anyone had been there except I had a big brand new A/C unit. The unit is more efficient than my 23 year old unit, it is great to have a A/C unit that works so well. I could have made this review less descriptive but I wanted credit to go where it is deserved. Coolbreeze is a family run business and is closer to their customers than a large global company. You are treated with respect and feel like you are important, they will go out of their way to get you up and running and comfortable in your desert dwelling. I have had my unit for approximately 3 months and a day doesnt go buy that I dont appreciate walking into my nice cool home and thank the induvial that told me about Coolbreeze. I would do it all again and would recommend their services to family friends and strangers. Thank you Coolbreeze!!

I have had 3 AC units installed in 3 homes, not only are they professional, prompt and friendly, they also have vast knowledge of their product in order for me to make the proper choice for my familys needs. Their maintenance program is also on par! Their friendly staff will call me when its time to set up a maintenance visit for a day that is convenient for me. James, the technician that came out, arrived right on time, was very courteous, fixed the unit quickly with just a recharge. He also explained to us the changes coming in the future in the availability of the coolant in our old unit. He didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need, just informed us so we dont get caught in a crisis mid summer in the future. We had an excellent experience with Cool Breeze from first contact to HVAC installation. Our old HVAC unit clunked out on the Friday morning before the big chill. I called Cool Breeze at ~7am--the CSR was professional and courtesy and said someone would be out between 10am-2pm. Around 11am the technician, Colton, showed up. Colton was very knowledgeable, professional, and courtesy. Told him what happened during the night with the loud metal to metal sound--and he pretty much had it diagnosed before getting up on the roof. Did his exception of the HVAC unit, showed me photos of everything going on, gave me an estimate for repair as well as the price of unit out-the-door. Gave me cash price, card price, financing price--Colton had all the numbers, which I appreciated very much! Went ahead an requested new unit at cash price. Colton made some calls, the unit was on-site, and installation was setup for the following Monday at 8am. Come Monday 8am, the installation crew arrived and we were all setup and running by 11am! So sorry I forgot the crews names! They were both great and very professional and polite! I really appreciate the customer service we received from Cool Breeze, especially from our comfort specialist technician, Ron. Our AC quit blowing cool air overnight in the peak of the heat wave a couple of weeks ago, and I called first thing on a Tuesday morning and they were able to see us later that day. Ron made sure our unit was working even though a storm was approaching - he worked efficiently to solve the problem, and came back a week later to do a complete check-up on our unit as we signed up for their maintenance plan (totally worth it!!) Ron was very honest when it came to what parts were necessary and which ones were optional for us to replace, so I never felt pressured to spend more money than was necessary. My AC went out on the 4th of July at my home on the West side of Tucson. I called Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions and they scheduled me for the next morning. Ive used Cool Breeze in the past for maintenance and service calls and have always received exemplary service. This time was no different. The service technician, James, was right on time and got right to diagnosing the problem. He identified it within minutes and then walked me through the problem, showing me every part of the system he was talking about, what it is supposed to do, and why I had a problem. After making sure I understood what the problem was and what the repair would consist of, including cost, he got to work and had my system up and running in less than half and hour. He also took the time to walk me through maintenance ideas for the AC and heating and things I should be doing on a regular basis to cut down on wear and tear and to keep the system clean, all to avoid future repairs. Based on James professional and efficient service call, and based on my past experiences with Cool Breeze CS I acquired a maintenance plan with them for the next year. Each tech has been on time, professional and clearly explains what was done or what needs to be done each time (2 times per year) they come do a service.Currently I am selling my house and needed them to come out and evaluate my a/c unit to satisfy the buyer to be. They did right away and sent all invoices and a letter from the owner to the buyer assuring them everything is in great working condition. But when my aging unit failed on a weekend, I called on a Saturday evening and actually got in. They scheduled a tech who happened to be James, their service manager, to come by early Sunday morning. He was not only skilled, he was articulate, serviced the unit to operate until I could contact my warranty company for a complete fix or replacement and gave us valuable information about operation, thermostats, and the kind of unit to insist on for replacement. The Sunday morning call was free as part of my 2-year maintenance agreement with them. Ive had many other HVAC companies over the years. This is by far the best.

We are hoping to stretch the life of this unit another year and we’re glad that he was able to recommend some things that didn’t break the bank. He was incredibly helpful, transparent and quick! He worked hard and even pulled some of our weeds in the side yard. We will definitely work with Coolbreze and James when we are ready to replace our HVAC system. Highly recommend. I cannot say enough about the service I received today. It exceeded my expectations! James came out and checked my heating unit, as it had stopped working. He explained that the copper prongs had lost contact through wear and tear. He happened to have an electrical box so that he could show me, exactly what had caused the issue. Aside from that my two boxers were all over him, and he was not bothered! He said he has dogs of his own and is used to it. I was planning on keeping the dogs at bay in another room. His customer service is exemplary!

We had Cool Breeze come out through our home warranty program. We had a bit of a bumpy start with some miscommunications regarding work and expected services. HOWEVER, the owner personally made things right and then some. As a business owner myself I understand that nothing goes perfectly no matter how great a business is, the important factor is how well a business handles such occurances. Had AC issues start up with the coming of the monsoon weather; AC was working almost non-stop and barely delivering flow or cool air. After a couple of misdiagnoses and persisting issues despite a change of inside flow motor and motherboard, they dispatched James to our house to re-evaluate the situation. This guy knew his stuff from the literal moments he stepped foot into the house and assessed the state of the air; his work behavior in general leaving a heavy impression of diligence and professionalism used to solidify his craft.After a few quick diagnostics and a thorough check of the situation it was revealed that severely clogged vent coils in the indoor unit were obstructing airflow and freezing up the pipes before proper condensation could take place, hampering the performance of the unit greatly. Personally came back the next day and cleaned the coils, and patched up the entire unit to factory seeming condition. Gave considerable advice and clearly had our interests at heart with the work performed, showing us what went wrong and going through the work step by step. A +++, a clear choice for me to recommend to any friends in coming days for AC service. Going to save a decent chunk on electric bill too. Thanks again James !
