We worked with Arico through our warranty company for our AC coil that wasnt working. Tim did a great job diagnosing the problem and getting all the necessary information to the warranty company. They kept us informed during the waiting process and made sure we got the right parts. Tim came out and finished the whole exchange in an afternoon and was very patient with my questions, he even went the extra mile to help us get our outside unit cleaned up and prepared for the summer. I will definitely use them again if the situation arises.

I can always rely on Arico for excellent,reliable service. Many years ago I had a water pipe break outside & I called three well known companies to get an estimate but I also needed service soon. Arico was the first to arrive, the best price and the friendliest. I only call them now. I recently have needed to call them for two different services and both times Josh was my serviceman. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and finished each job in record time I couldnt be more pleased!!

We have been customers of Arico and have never been disappointed with their quality of work and service. For our most recent call our technician John showed up on time and was personable and professional and made sure not to leave a mess behind when the job was done. My Joe Homeowner attempt at plumbing that had gone sideways was quickly resolved and he gave me the names of a couple places in town that I could try for the hard to find parts for our 40 year old faucets. He even took the time to give me some pointers on how to finish up another project that is going to save me time and avoid some aggravation. I highly recommend Arico in general and John in particular.

I received 3 quotes to install a new water heater. The quotes were comparable but I chose Arico because the gentleman providing us our quote gave us a great explanation of the services we were looking for.. The Arico Technician, Angel, arrived promptly and advised the steps he was taking to remove our 12 year old water heater and install our new one. Then he provided a detail info on the water heater itself. Everyone was very professional from the time I first called through the installation.

Had a plumbing issue where we were rerouting some water pipes in the kitchen. A craigslist plumber I was using because he was inexpensive couldnt figure out why some pipes under the floor were still leaking. Arico was able to come out the next day, and after I explained the issues one of their plumbers was able to figure out where the issue was. They made the correction for a very reasonable price.

Knowledgable, professional and courteous service. Arico was sent out to deal my kitchen sink plumbing issue on a home warranty claim. They called and scheduled a time, called again when the technician was on his way, which was ahead of schedule. He did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing the problem, trying natural means of loosening the clog before employing a chemical solution to the problem. Will definitely use this service again.

I am so impressed with the service from this company!! I called many HVAC and plumbing companies in Tucson and these people really are the best, in my opinion. Steve, who is awesome, came out right away and gave me an estimate - which was great - and had the work done with no up charges after the estimate. He explained the process and kept me in the loop through the whole installation. Completely knowledgeable, he walked me through everything - never had such great customer service! A house I just bought had polybutyl piping that had to be replaced and the AC was trashed. Steve lined up the whole project and executed it on time and on budget! I cant say enough about Steve because he has integrity, knowledge and customer service that cant be beat. You dont see this kind of service so much anymore these days - no headaches, just the best service! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Arico Plumbing / HVAC and Steve!

Im glad that I found Arico Plumbing. I had been dissatisfied with other plumbers since moving to Oro Valley. I decided to try the offer on the website for a Toto toilet.The technician Mike could not have been more friendly or professional. He did a great job with the installation, even running out to get caulk that would better match the grout on our bathroom tile. He even gave suggestions on cleaning water stains off of our other toilets. I tried his suggestion and it worked like a charm.I will definitely recommend Arico and will be using them again in the future.

The staff on the telephone are extremely polite, knowledgeable and were able to help me prioritize what order I should make my repairs I. Have been an ARICO customer for nearly 20 years, from a minor faucet installation to a complete repipe of my home. The staff have always been courteous and professional, from the receptionist who deals with phone calls to the technicians in the field who do the work. My last call was to replace a kitchen faucet. I wanted the same type of faucet and since the current one was over 15 years old, wasnt sure if they were still available. The General Manager did some research and found the part number for the faucet and I was able to order it on line. The technician came out and installed the new one. As always, the tech did a great job, and cleaned up the area when he was done. Would highly recommend ARICO.

My water heater went out over the holiday weekend. First thing Tuesday morning I called for help and explained my situation. Arico sent a man out right away and Roger went right to work. By 10:30 am I had a new water heater and plenty of hot water. The man I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and easy to talk to. Roger was also very friendly and experienced with a good work ethic. Ill be calling Arico in the future if needed.

We have a whole house hot water recirculating system and the piping sprung a leak near the pump behind the hot water heater in a tight space. Josh with Arico removed the bad section of copper pipe, replaced and re-soldered the connections in a short time. I asked him questions about the rest of the system which is up in the crawl spaceabove the ceilings. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, presenting a new idea (new to me anyway) using manifolds and a different pump should the need arise for more repairs. My wife and I are really impressed and pleased. In addition the bill was TOTALLY reasonable. Well call Arico everytime we need a plumber, and if you can request the service tech, well ask for Josh.

Arico was very professional in their work. I had 2 men show up on time and they did a nice and clean job. They replaced my 20 years old Rheem AC system on my roof. I was a bit worried when they gave me an estimate of $3250, compared to one estimate of $9500. Seems there is a large possibility of prices out in the market place. Well Im happy so if you paid $9500 I feel your pain.

Ive always called ARICO for all my plumbing needs but last week I had heating issues so I called ARICO. A very nice friendly person answered and set my appointment in just one hour. Tim arrived on time and diagnosed my heating issue quickly then repair it with in an hour and for a few cents less than his estimate. Tim also gave me great helpful tips on using my heat pump for more efficient use then showed me how to set my vents for heating efficiency. The water shut-off valve for our house was not working, and we were preparing for an extended trip. We had visions of a water catastrophe with no way to turn off water. At just the right moment, we saw Aricos television ad and decided to call. The next day, Aaron and Alex were at our house, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in short order. They had to go for a part, but Aaron was quick to say there would be no charge for their time away from the house. We felt Aaron and Alex were 100% professional, and the charge was more than reasonable. Aricos card is on our go-to bulletin board at the top of our list for plumbing needs.

I have a home warranty who sent 3 companies out to my house to diagnose my ac unit. All three companies spent 10 minutes in their diagnosis to tell me nothing was wrong with my unit. We got Arico out and Tim, took his time and was incredibly thorough in his diagnosis where he found several issues. Ultimately, the unit was in such bad shape, I was told the parts needed to fix it were more expensive than a new unit. They scheduled me quickly, got a crane to my house and removed the old and installed the new unit in lightning fast time. Tim was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and had an answer to my every question and explained things so that I understood. I am thrilled with the service I have received from Arico and highly recommend them!!

We had a water leak in our kitchen of which the source of the leak was unknown. We called Arico and the person who took our call was very polite, very helpful and scheduled a technician out to our house for first thing the following day. Josh arrived on time and went right to work to find out the source of the leak. Josh was very polite, very knowledgeable, very professional and very thorough in determining the source of the leak. He checked out everything, left no stone unturned and found the leak. It turned out it was not a plumbing issue, rather it was an appliance issue as the dishwasher was the source of the leak. The problem was the dishwasher had been disconnected and moved out of the way so restoration folks could come in and tear out the wall and dry everything out. The leak was behind the dishwasher and never appeared on the kitchen floor. Josh did a great job and we will certainly use Arico again whenever we have a plumbing problem. I would recommend them to anyone as they are quick to respond and very efficient. Thanks Josh and thanks Arico.

I called them in panic due to propertys vendor being unreliable and not showing up when hot water heater failed. Luckily a friend recommended these guys, I called at 4pm and made next day appointment. Gal was great on phone, asked right questions etc... said they would see me at noon, they called to confirm that morning and were right on time. Gentleman showed up and did the R&R and was done in less than 2 hours. Cleaned up his mess, hauled old one away. Did everything for quoted price with 2 code upgrades that property required also. I hope I can convince board where we live to use them all the time for all plumbing issues and I am getting AC quote from them soon. I love people that do what they say they are going to do....

EXCELLENT service and price without the BS high tech sales pitch of some other companies. They come with the basic required equipment and get the job done. For my particular situation (roots in sewer line creating blockage) the costs for Arico was under $200. The other guys spent 4 hours at my house without accomplishing anything... then quoted a price of $1500-$3500 to get the same job done. Arico spent 1 hour and solved the problem. My neighbor recommended I call Arico as he has used them for years. Next time theyll be my first call.
