I have had two major water damage events in the past year. I used Steamy Concepts both times. My project manager, Bryant, was excellent. He and his crew worked quickly to solve my problems and dry the house out. They were very respectful of our property and made sure the mess was contained in the area. Bryant came and checked daily on how the drying was coming along. If I am unlucky enough :) to have more water damage they are the company I will be calling.

His customer service was top notch.I also have to mention the billing department. Mark, whom I dealt with, was patient with me as I worked with my insurance company. Tucson Mold Removal Pros rebuilt my bathroom, which had a lot of water damage from 60 year old plumbing. They immediately detected the damp walls, came up with a game plan, did the necessary demolition (while removing rubble as they worked), and neutralized the mold. The plumbers came and replaced the pipes, and Tucson Mold Removal Pros helped get new cabinets, etc. and did a seamless restoration on my bathroom. Absolutely NO mess left behind. They were the most polite and honest people Ive dealt with in a very very long time. Bravo guys!

Chris and his team were amazing. Got to my house super fast. My house was flooded and they gottthe water out and were already drying and prepping that night. Fredy was very professional, and obviously experienced during our inspection. We had a leak behind our cabinets and he was able to have that area inspected by removing cabinets and had them back installed same day after inspection. He also secured my dishwasher which was never installed properly. Thanks Fredy!
