Gabriel at Mr. Electric did a fantastic job of installing my Tesla Wall Connector. He was timely and efficient. He communicated with me well enough for me to understand what was being done and what i needed to know. He made sure that everything was picked up and cleaned when he was finished. The new wall charger looks great and is perfectly located for me to park in the garage forward or backwards and still reach the car. Will definitely use them in the future.

Caleb was very courteous and professional the entire time, and always kept open communication with me. He was also very punctual. He cleaned up completely before he left for the day. I am a first time home buyer, and this is the first time I have been solely responsible for all repairs to my home. Caleb made the entire experience run smoothly! Mr. Electric and more specifically Caleb was fantastic. Very professional, and willing to answer a ton of questions so that I could make the best, informed decision. Already have a few more projects that I will be going with Caleb again. My only critique is of the appointment confirmation system. You will only be reminded of the day, no where in the text, email or even the link it sends you to will say the time range of the appointment. So it’s on you to remember what time on that day you scheduled it for. This should be a fairly easy fix and something I highly recommend be updated in the future.

Mr Electric sent a top-notch electrician — Angel — to upgrade my breaker panel and replace an outdated wired smoke detector. A non-functioning hall light was also replaced. The very kind and thoughtful electrician helped determine that what I thought were non-functional outlets were actually controlled by light switches, some at a distance from the outlet. The work was well and quickly done. The new breaker panel was considerably larger than the original, but Angel made quick work of it. And all the debris was dutifully cleaned up. Angel was a pleasure to deal with: personable, cheerful, extremely competent in matters electrical. I highly recommend both Mr Electric and Angel.Also the customer contact app used by Mr Electric was exceptional, providing appointment alerts that included the electrician’s picture.

Very happy with our service from Mr. Electric, specifically Andre. Andre was very knowledgeable, patient answering questions and explaining things, friendly, and professional. We called about a GFI plug that quit working and ended up learning we had an out of code fuse box in our garage and some very old breakers (25 years+) in our main box that were in bad shape and needed replaced. We were living in the ignorance is bliss mode. Once the dangers were pointed out, I couldnt unsee it... So, while I wasnt expecting a bill of a couple thousand dollars Im grateful the repairs were made before we had big issues or even a fire. Thanks Andre for doing a great job - we learned a lot!

Andre was thorough and helpful in recommending the two options for the repairs. As it turned out, the more expensive option was not needed. He replaced electrical components that were not up to current standards. He repaired the wire connections in a junction box and replaced the rusted cover on the junction box. He also recommended replacing my old power strip with a waterproof power strip.

Very nice tech and knowledgeable. I called because my CO2 monitor going off. Ended up looking at other things to also fix that were not violations but nice updates. The estimate came to over $4000.00. A bit overwhelming. Instead replaced CO2 monitor and fire alarm in bedroom that needed rewiring. I was very happy with that. I will use them again.

I have had my fair share of electricians. Come over to my house and try to diagnose issues. Caleb was both within the timeframe and very professional. He quickly diagnosed my issue, explained it in a way that I could understand and relay to other family members. His safety report showed me some issues I’ve had with my house that I need to correct in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest electricians who are both on time and courteous.One big thing of note That I really appreciate it was the fact that Caleb wore booties every single time he went to my house as he didn’t want to track mud in from outside. A lot of other companies wouldn’t even go this extra mile for people. Finding a good electrician is very difficult I very much trust Caleb and I would like him to come back to my house to complete the long I need to have done.

Left message on their website in the morning, within an hour had a call asking if it would be possible to schedule an appointment for the same afternoon. The technician, David, arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem with the fluorescent light and discussed replacing the worn out switch for the overhead light. David was very professional, explaining the process as he replaced the ballast and installed new LED fluorescent bulbs. He also replaced the wall switch for the overhead light. Was very pleased that they were able to make the repairs the same day I contacted them. David was personable, professional, and an experienced/knowledgeable electrician, who completed the repairs in a timely manner. Had called Mr Electric in the past and would do so in the future. Excellent service, recommend without reservation.

Absolute 5-star service from the Mr. Electric Service Professional Matthew Y. Called for a quote to replace three outlets, with new GFCI receptacles as the home built in 1963 was not wired with grounding wires on an outward facing wall. I share this context as material condition of the wiring, wall outlets and panel boxes are much more challenging to work with after ~ 60 years. Called Mr. Electric on 6/4, Matthew arrived and provided a quote on 6/5 – we approved the quote the morning of 6/6 and Matthew was out that afternoon to execute / complete the project. Couple key points: Matthew was an absolute professional, no ifs, ands or watts about it! Never felt upsold, he explained all of my options and clearly walked us through the pros and cons of each option. Matthew was patient and confident. For example, the faceplate screws on one outlet box were cut off and required a punch and to be drilled out….Matthew handled it like a pro and all three new outlets are level, work wonderfully and he conducted a thorough site cleanup – also very important, the quote was more than reasonable.Shout out to Mr. Electric and thank you Matthew for the great service.

I have been having problems with our air conditioning for some time, and I had been told by the AC repair folks that the problem might be with the breaker boxes. Mr. Electric were the third electrician company that I called regarding the issue. They were the only company of the three who were willing to send someone out on the 4th of July.Their technician Damian Martinez and his trainee were very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were able to quickly ascertain that the problem did not appear to be with the breaker boxes or external wiring. They went beyond their normal area of responsibility and checked the inside of the exterior AC unit, where they discovered a short which they were able to repair and restore AC service. They also noticed and replaced two outlets in my kitchen which were not the proper type.I was very satisfied with the service and intend to call them again should I need any electrical work done.
