They provided a detailed contract so we would be clear on exactly what their work would include. The house was power-washed, stucco repairs made, and painting completed within the promised time frame. The area was left in neat condition daily. Our home looks so fresh and beautiful, we are absolutely delighted with the job Stetson did!

Services performed: Stucco patching, priming stucco for 1st paint job, full exterior paint on color-integrated stucco, sealing all wood on patios.Working for a local government, I have a lot of exposure to a wide variety of contractors. I cannot recommend Stetson Painting more highly! Jerry and his team were outstanding to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, and delivered an exceptional product on time with no surprises in budget. The best part was putting the trust in them to get the job done to the clients satisfaction without needing to be home to monitor them on a daily basis. The very few issues regarding some drip spots, touching up some sealer on wood posts on our patio, touch up of paint, etc... were promptly addressed to ensure 100% satisfaction.Its so refreshing in this day and age to have a contractor that demonstrates extraordinary integrity in their work....thank you Stetson Painting.

We recently had our entire house painted by Stetson Painting. This company is very conscientious, professional and thorough. Jerry Stetson came out and looked at our house - he advised stucco repair and referred us to a great lath and stucco company. He coordinated the painting schedule with the stucco schedule. The painting crew who came out were friendly, professional and very thorough. They were on time and worked efficiently. They masked everything carefully. The end result is BEAUTIFUL! Stetson uses high quality paint AND puts on two coats . . . and it shows! Our house has never looked better! I would recommend Stetson Painting without reservation.

UPDATE: I still recommend them (see below), but was quite disappointed with a follow up call I made. As stated they filled all the joints on the exterior of my garage and repainted it. But within a month some of the filler was already done splitting apart. I called, they said it needs to have better joint sealant applied. They chose the sealant!! They were very stand offish and offered no help. So their follow through did not impress me, even if the original work was exemplary.Jerry Stetson came to my property to inspect the garage we had asked Stetson Painting to repair and repaint the exterior of. There was damage due to bad sealant application between the composite siding panel joins on the exterior walls of the structure and rust stains from the use of cheap nails during the original construction. He provided a reasonable estimate by email in the following few days detailing everything we had discussed in a contract for me to electronically sign. I sent him a check for 1/3 of the total to start the job. I had requested estimates from three different companies. Stetson Paintings estimate was clearly the best. I have solar panels on the roof, he made a point of saying they would be covered before the walls were spray painted. That avoids serious damage due to splatter. He said they might not be able to get all the old grout out, but would try. He was honest and his price point was reasonable for the work that needed doing.The two man team he sent were exemplary (Francesco and Gilbert). They were very diligent about prepping and managed to remove nearly all of the old grout before applying new material. They replaced popped nails (with screws per my request), sunk and covered the nails they could not pull and covered them with wood loaded filler which they sanded smooth. They also painted a coat of Kilz on the roof fascia boards to reduce the risk of rust stains returning.They completely masked the area and applied two coats of paint to the body of the garage, and hand painted all the trim in our chosen highlight color with two layers of that paint.The end result is excellent. They were a very competent and respectful team, and worked efficiently together. They left our property clean of any debris. We could not be happier with the result, and I will favor them for any future paint jobs that I cannot do myself in the future.I strongly recommend them.

Stetson did a very careful and detailed job, workers were very helpful and friendly. The painting of the exterior of our 2,400 SF house only took 2-1/2 days. They repaired porch ceilings, stucco on a seat wall, and painted a site retaining wall. We have lots of vegetation, so it was no easy task. We highly recommend Stetson.

Stetson Painting repaired and painted the walls around one of our HOAs swimming pools. The project was more difficult than many because the walls are made of burnt adobe with several areas needing repair before painting. Stetson Painting was very timely in getting the work started and in spite gusty afternoon winds forcing work to stop early a couple days, the project met our communitys deadline. Good work with careful attention to details, Stetson Painting did an excellent job.

I would like to thank Stetson Painting and the owner Jerry Stetson for coming out to our Home in a timely manner (Bill & Carolyn Kerr) and finding the small leak in one of our bedrooms.Jerry was very professional and found the leak in one of the rainscuppers and did a temporally repair until we could get the roof scheduled for a complete roof recoating. Once scheduled Ashley contacted me and kept us informed on when the work would be completed. On the scheduled day, Bill , from Stetson came out on time and did 2 coatings on our roof. I also wanted the exterior of the house repainted and David & Bill of Stetson Painting were always on time and very professional. We would highly recommend this company if you are interested in a quality paint job that will last. They do a top-to-bottom, leave nothing out prep of all surfaces, including a power wash to start the process, followed by a meticulous patching of any surfaces that need it (ours needed a LOT, both adobe brick and wood), and then even caulked around windows and doors as needed. And no skimping or rushing through the work either! The paint was applied twice, first sprayed, then brushed in where needed. It looks amazing. The experienced team was friendly and considerate, and the job site was completely cleaned each day before they left. One of our neighbors hired them a few months earlier, and we saw what a great job they did on that house, so we didnt even bother to look around.

Best professionals in town! After comparing 5 different quotes from the most popular commercial paint pros to the neighborhood handyman, I decided Stetson. The prices werent the cheapest, but were not the most expensive either. What helped me was the attention to detail by Jerry during his site visit to quote. He was honest and pointed out what didnt need to be addressed to save money and what should be. The job was finished ahead of schedule and his staff is fantastic! The kindest and honest paint team. When I had a question they addressed it immediately, explained what they were doing, and stopped to show me exactly. Even entertained a conversation with my very curious preschooler. I would hire this local small business again in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Originally referred by our realtor, Stetson has earned our trust. Jerry, his crew(s), and bookkeeping departments are easy to work with, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and reliable.We are thrilled with the quality, thoroughness and professionalism of the entire Stetson Painting LLC crew! We scheduled painting then considered postponing due to COVID-19. Stetson Paining worked with us to arrange a mutually agreed up, but slightly extended payment arrangement.The quality of the job was OUTSTANDING. The exposed wood needed a lot of attention. They treated, patched, primed then painted the exposed wood. They did the same with the stucco, especially around the recently replaced windows. Stetson applied a product I believe to have the best water sealing performance for block and cement (Lastiseal, which is expensive and not readily available locally.) I found them easy to reach, responsive, timely, and they performed the work for time and miscellaneous extra materials. I would recommend them for any painting/sealing work.

Stetson made it easy to get the high quality of work I was looking for. There were cracks in the parapet stucco. After examining the stucco, Jerry described the construction flaw which led to the cracks and how it should be repaired and the materials that should be used. He uses only the highest quality paints (including roof coatings). His bid was thorough and reasonable. His crew is professional and focused on quality work. The work (stucco repair, stucco painting, roof painting and cleanup) was completed as promised. Highly recommended!

UPDATE: 4/7/24Felt we needed to give out more kudos to the team of workers who carried out the additional job of a roof coating. Since they did such a great job on house painting, we also contracted Stetson Painting for a 2 coat Tucson Rubberized ultra durable pro roof coating top coat. Jerrys quote was extremely fair. Once again, the workers were professional and efficient. Everything was done with quality and care. It was a pleasure to deal with a company that all the workers have extreme pride in their workmanship on a job. Thanks to Jerry and all your staff.We are extremely happy with the price, process and final results of having our house painted. Jerrys quote was honest and very fair. He had two workers complete the job with David being the painter in charge. Both were constantly busy performing their duties and making the most of their time. Jerry said they would need four to five days to complete the work and they completed painting our 2500sf home with 1900sf garage plus an exterior privacy wall around 3/4 of our property in five days. This included caulking where necessary, a little stucco repair, two coats of paint with a back roll of the paint around the home and just two coats of paint on the wall. Our 15 year home was originally painted with Dunn Edwards paint which held up wonderfully and Jerry uses Dunn Edwards paint which was sprayed on thickly. David found a soft spot of roofing of which Jerry provided a recommendation of company for repair. We are so impressed with our experience with Stenson Painting that we are waiting for Jerry to come out and give us a quote for recoating from 7 years ago. Jerry and his crew are true professionals that can be trusted at their word and work ethic.

Jerry Stetson once again does a great job for me. My dad passed and I was preparing his house to be sold. Jerry painted the inside, making suggestions and repairs. While doing the final walk through they showed me some cracks in the parapets. Jerry made the repairs and matched with the same color paint as he used five years ago when he painted the outside of the house. It looks so good I raised the price on the house.

The best house painting job ever for me from a great company.The price was very fair, communication was excellent and they did an awesome, high quality job, finishing today in just two days. The paint coating is very thick and looks great, the crew is efficient, fast and very detailed. Nothing was missed and I am 100% sold on Stetson and their whole crew. I have not found a single drip or misstep anywhere. My wife and I have been staring at what looks like our now amazing and new (35 year old!) house. The job quality is just amazing. We recently had Stetson Painting paint the interior of our home. We looked at several other painters bids - and chose Stetson not only because they were the lowest bidder, but also because when they came to our home to see the work that they would be estimating, they were clearly very knowledgeable about different paint brands and painting in general. When they showed up to do the work, the team was very friendly and professional - and were EXPERT painters! The work was completed on time and on budget. Ill definitely call them again for future painting needs!

I would recommend Stetson Painting.I had a home exterior painted and they bid the job within my budget. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive but they did perform all the work that I wanted done as part of their quote. They pressure washed, repaired cracks, caulking, masking and prepping areas, top cap of the parapets were sealed with elastomeric coating, sprayed and back-rolled the first coat and then sprayed a final coat. David, the lead for the project, was professional, informative and very helpful.

Stetson Painting LLC did two jobs for me. The first job was minor roof repairs and re-coat, which I had had a lot of trouble finding a contractor to tackle. Everyone wants to just replace the whole roof, and there was general agreement that I didnt need a new roof. The second job was exterior painting. In both cases Stetson people showed up on time, did a professional job, and left the property neat. They always remembered to lock the gates into our back yard when they finished for the day.
