ATI is still in the process of restoring Extensive Hail Damage to our home in Tucson. The work they have completed which was smoke damage was done with absolute professionalism and efficiency. They were very easy to deal with and on that part of the project I cannot praise them enough.

Big huge thank you to ATI for your beautiful and amazing work! I highly recommend ATI for your home or business. Clemente and his team worked on our apartments which unfortunately were damaged caused by a fire. Walking in the apartments today you would never be able to tell it was damaged. They left it better then before. Thank you ATI team!

This team was responsive, went above and beyond, and really answered all my questions. They restored my kitchen after a flood and did mitigation when the restoration uncovered a leak and mold in my laundry closet. Gary and Daniel especially were detail oriented and communicated clearly. I would call them again if needed, although I do hope I’m done with water damage for awhile now.

Excellent customer service. They’ve been to our home several times over the past 2 weeks to help with water damage we had in our laundry room. Everyone has been courteous and responded to our numerous requests with someone in our home within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

We thank the employees at ATI for their great attitudes and customer service! We are thankful for their compassion and kindness during our restoration period. They were accommodating and especially considerate when some had covid and did not want to expose us, so rescheduled for a better time. Very thoughtful. We were also in the midst of medical issues, which they gladly accomodated, relieving us of scheduling pressures. Bryant, Alfred, Armando, Zach, Michael, Claudio,Clint, Josh, Daniel, Torey, AJ, Omar, and the move crew. We are thankful that we had a great relationship with each of them as they cared for the restoration of our home after 2 major leaks.

My family recently needed restoration to our bathroom and kitchen from water damage. It was a horrible situation that many home-owners have to deal with. Bill, Martin, Rob, and Anthony out of the Tucson office were super-human when they came and fixed everything back to pre-water damage! They were very helpful, professional, and were always willing to listen then advise the best course of action. I can’t be more thankful for your team and service. Tucson ATI knocked this one out the park, and I will recommend to all those I know with similar or same problems in the future!

We had significant storm damage to our house a year ago and Erik Meyers did a superior job in dealing with our project. The team was very professional, and responded to all issues in a timely manner throughout the restoration project. We can attest to the fact that they stand behind their work for three years, for when a problem came up over Thanksgiving weekend Rob Ledbetter stepped in to get the repair completed quickly. Hats off to ATI and their fine managers!

I had the absolute please of having Bill (Project Manager) Rob( Financial Manager) Martin (AMAZINGLY TALENTED worker) and Anthony ( Hard working cheerful talented worker) replace my entire kitchen after a pipe broke inside the wall and caused a black mold issue. SERIOUSLY Talented guys and AMAZING work ethic. I literally can’t say enough good things about these guys. I’m SUPER happy with the end result of my kitchen. Throughout the process Bill was available to answer any concerns at virtually any time. I even texted his work phone on a weekend figuring he’d get back to me on that Monday and got a response the same day. My kitchen and master bath both look amazing. The easy communication and timely repairs mean I can’t recommend these guys enough. 10 STARS!!!

ATI worked on our burned units. They were very professional they were here every day to answer any questions we had and very helpful with the process. They finished our project before the deadline. I would definitely hire them again for our next project. Clemente Noriega was very patient and knowledgeable.

Michael and Tyler responded to my house within a couple hours of the insurance calling them!They were both very professional very friendly great attitudes despite the mass destruction on the Eastside of Tucson. They boarded up my home and did great quality work !These guys were the best and deserve kudos from their employer! Doug also responded as the estimator and was very nice professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company and I am a tough critic!
