    Brain was so professional and got the job done fast. He saved us 1000s of dollars fixing a clog we didnt even know we had. He even cared enough to call and make sure it was okay to drive his truck in the yard. He kept me updated the entire time. Gave us advice to follow for the next few years to make sure we were set. You can tell He really cares about the quality of his work. He seemed like one of those good Ole boys.I can not speak highly enough about A-1. Awesome service, great communication, and you cant find a better price. He may even throw in a joke or two. Definitely the one to call if you need any septic work. A-1 will always be the one we call.

    Brian came out same day and emptied the tank and let us know of a clog we didnt know we had. He also corrected the clog and helped us know how to prevent it in the future. Gave us some other preventative advice as well.Was a great price for all he did. He was very personable.Highly recommend A-1 for all septic tank services.

    Have used A-1 for years for regular septic tank cleaning. Unfortunately we had a clog somewhere and things backed up. My plan was to call A-1 to clean the tank and call a plumber to find the clog. I was hoping someone could get out within the week. When I called Brian he told me to hold off on the plumber and let him have a look. 1 hour later he shows up, pumps the tank, digs out and removes the cap, unclogs the pipe, and seals everything back up. Everything back to working normal within an hour! Really went above and beyond and saved the day for us. Great service!

    A-1 septic went above and beyond in the service we received. Completely flushed our tank. Just to find out line coming to the tank was almost plugged. He vacuumed the line to remove all the debris from the line saving us calling a plumber to fix the problem. I would highly recommend A-1 Septic

    Over a year ago I had issues with our septic tank system and gave a review to A-1 Septic for their help and highly recommended them.Nothing has changed except to once again praise this company for their assistance when I needed it. The only one at fault during the situation that took place is me for not getting this review out there sooner. My apologies to Brian and his wife.I had (still have) so many different issues going on in my life but A-1 Septic helped relieve worry in one aspect of my life at the time and will never know how grateful I am. Its scary how this world has become. No more one for all and all for one but more like every man/woman for themselves.Not A-1 Septic. They are about caring for their neighbors and helping their community and providing quality service to each and everyone. That seems to be a rarity these days with businesses and with people in general. So once again thank you to A-1 Septic for going above and beyond. For returning a call at the end of your Friday. I truly expected it to be Monday and was ok with that but not only did you call, you once again provided me with information to try and do it myself, then you cared enough to call back to see if it worked out for me and when it didnt you showed up at my home and fixed it even though I stressed it could wait until Monday.     Our septic tank was backed up and we couldnt run any water in our house, which is very difficult with two little ones running around. Brian was so quick to get back to me on the phone and was able to come out and get our septic pumped within 2 hours of me calling him! Wed had an issue with foul smelling water in the yard and though he was only expected to pump the tank, he dug up the area and explained the issue in detail.     Very professional both on the phone and on site. Brian figured out my circa 1936 septic tank is partitioned and both sides needed to be pumped. But there was no opening for the second part where the sludge was. He could have easily just pumped the part that he could get to which was all water and would not have solved my problem. He went the extra mile to find the second part, dig in the ground to find the top of it only to find no opening. A concrete company had to come out and drill a core so he could get to it. He came back out for a second trip to finish the job and put in an opening so this doesnt happen again. His charges were very reasonable. Even though he could charged me for two services, he didnt. And he left it better than he found it. I would recommend A-1 to anyone!

    I called Brian on Monday about cleaning out our septic tank. He came out on Wednesday to do the job after calling to confirm the appointment and my location. He was on time and very friendly, even to my dogs. As he performed the work he explained to me that our system was working correctly and told me what to do to make sure that continues. He let me know when we will need him again (not for several years.) His price was $50 lower than anyone else I called, and he didnt complain about how far out of town we are. 100% recommend A1 for prompt, professional and courteous service. Thanks, Brian!

    The best experience i have ever had calling someone out to my house to help! He started pumping out of one of my clean-outs only to tell me that was just an inspection tank. Poked around in the yard a little tell we hit solid. Then we dug with shovels to find the tank(extra work that he didnt charge me for).
