    Many great things to say but my favorite thing about A2B Plumbing is that they have always explained to me the work theyre doing, why theyre careful to do it certain ways, and the advantages for doing it that way. Theyve been great at communicating the options we have to approach the project. The work was done carefully and efficiently. Everyone I have worked with at A2B was a great communicator and kind.     I called with a sewer backup and technicians were here in two hours. I had to get sewer line replaced and Brian and the crew worked expeditiously to get me up and running. They took great care to level out the dirt and work around obstacles in my yard and rerouted pipes so as to not tear up my new deck. Highly recommend.

    I had an inch of water in my basement due to a water meter line break about four feet outside of my foundation. I had six different plumbers in town come out and quote the meter line repair, some very cheap, others very expensive. I went with Brian at A2B plumbing because he simply knew more than anyone else I had come and quote it. There was no question about it with the level of care he took to help me understand it. He is extremely knowledgeable, and has a ton of experience out in the field, and it definitely shows in his work. He came in and essentially gave me a crash course on what was going on, what the codes for the city required, what my options were, and what he would do personally. No one else took the time to help me understand my issue the way he did, and I can truly say I enjoyed talking with him. While he was working in the basement, he even came up and fixed a water pressure issue I had going on in the kitchen upstairs free of charge. He is the type of person to help you out on things like that, and I could not recommend him enough. He was able to pull permits from the city extremely quick and had my issue fixed within the very next business day. He was not the cheapest option in town, but there is a lot to be said about quality work and great attention to detail in everything. Will absolutely use Brian again in the future if need be. Not a single bad thing to say about my experience.

    In the middle of the arctic freeze they came when they promised to fix the busted water line. My leak had created a skating rink down the street. The escalator saved my sidewalk and was amazing at getting as much dirt backfilled as he couldThey were the only plumber who gave me an estimate. The other came and looked and forgot my number. Brian save me waiting till spring and also helped me with ideas for my water bill with the city.I have found my permanent plumber. Thank you for the excellent service.

    This company is fantastic everyone! I called in the morning with a water heater issue, they were able to send out Brian within an hour to check out what was going on. After a short time he was able to tell me what happened and gave me my options. I felt he was very knowledgeable, honest and fair.     I am happy to say I have a new plumber. He installed a new gas water heater. But after the way another company had set up the way the pipes went out to my back yard, he did not feel comfortable leaving my plumbing the way another company had left it. It was leaking gas and I had carbon monoxide happening. So he took out the gas water heater, went and got an electric one and called an electrician to install an outlet. And reinstalled an electric water heater. It was supposed to be just one installation that day and he did two. Ethics is a huge thing that some people have forgotten about. But Brian is not just a great plumber but a very responsible and ethical man. I will never call anyone else. Best service in Topeka EVER!! He might of even saved my life.

    We had A2B replace our sewer line, and we cant thank them enough. We had a broken connection to the main line, as did our neighbor behind us. Brian coordinated with us both during a complicated situation. We opted, based on his quote, to go ahead and replace not just the connection, but our entire line, and were really glad we did. Brian discovered that our neighbors line had been tied into ours for decades, which could have caused enormous problems down the road.What was already an involved situation became even more complicated the further into the project A2B dug in, as the old plumbing from these turn of the century homes was exposed. Brian ended up having to coordinate with not just two homeowners as originally anticipated, but five! In spite of the headaches this caused, A2B communicated with city officials to properly resolve the issues the project unearthed, and Brian had to deal with the unfortunate task of breaking some very unexpected, expensive bad news to a few other homeowners as a result of city codes. It was a tough situation to be put in, through no fault of their own, and they handled it professionally and resolved the situation in regards to our property.We are so glad we chose A2B for this project because of the way this was handled, and for the honest and clear communication that was provided throughout the project to keep us apprised of the new developments. Brian even kept us under budget, which was very much appreciated with what turned out to be a very complicated situation.We highly recommend Brian and Amber with A2B Plumbing for any plumbing needs. They are honest, professional, good people to work with.We’ve had them back out recently for more plumbing issues, and we couldn’t be happier with their services. Highly recommend!

    I contacted A2B after another company gave us a 2 page list of things they “needed” to repair or replace as part of a sewer repair/replacement. When I asked for the video from their inspection, they said they would provide it but never did. Their bid was astronomical, so I sought out 2 more bids to compare. A2B and the 3rd company agreed that many of the things I was initially quoted were in fact not “needed” and there were other options.I went with Brian because of the time he spent explaining the problem and answering our many questions. He’s very knowledgeable and honest. His camera inspection showed that the damage wasn’t as bad as the initial bid claimed. He clearly isn’t in the business of trying to take advantage of customers. His ethics are admirable, putting quality work and honesty above the bottom line.Brian was upfront about additional costs that we could incur depending on how bad the damage at the main connection was once they dug down to it so that there were no surprise expenses once the work began. He’d included the cost of the “worst case scenario” in his bid, which would require excavating the back yard and removing sections of the fence.We did end up needing the “worst case” repairs but we still ended up with the same new sewer line at a cost that came in much lower than the others.Brian and the other companies were clear in their bids that they do not replace any fencing that they have to remove but Brian’s crew did in fact replace all of the fencing, staying late into the evening in bitter cold temperatures, saving us from the additional expense of hiring another contractor to do it.My son, who was present when the crew began and finished up, said that they were all exceptionally nice, and made a point to explain what they were doing each step along the way.Replacing a sewer line is a big expense and trying to choose the right plumber was really stressful. We definitely made the best choice and would hire him again and again. You often hear you get what you pay for, and the lowest bid isn’t the best bid. In this case the lowest bid resulted in high quality work and excellent customer service. I absolutely recommend A2B Plumbing!

    These people do quick, very good work. They are more reasonable than anyone else we called. We had them install a bathroom in the basement, a shower in our upstairs bathroom, and they replaced the sewer line from the house to the main sewer line off the property. These things were not all done at the same time but over a period of several years as they came up. If there is a problem with the work, all you have to do is let them know and they are quick to fix it. I highly recommend them. If you have trouble money wise, they will try to work with you.

    We had a difficult time finding a plumber to service our critical and immediate needs in the Topeka area. We called A2B and they worked with us in an expedited and professional manner. We had a total plumbing remodel on our exterior lines and they had the work finished in 2 days. They also worked with us on some other remodeling needs such as flooring and fiberglass insulation installation.     Bryan was very helpful and professional. He got the job done and even cleaned up the area afterwards. He even shared tips for cleaning our kitchen faucet and disposable. We will be calling them in the future if needed. I actually had them come back in two weeks to clean another drain that he noted badly needed it.     I called A2B plumbing Tuesday mid morning and they were there that evening after he had completed some other work. I had found out (From another company )that I had a collapsed sewer pipe at 25 feet, he made it a priority to complete this project Within a week. Brian was very straightforward honest about al the cost and the time involved and answered all my questions. He then went home that evening and wrote the bid and emailed it to me that Evening! It was very straightforward without any clauses of potential rates to go up, although we did encounter a problem, he made sure that it was completed according to code. He was very professional and straightforward about how the project would be completed which also increased my knowledge about having sewer pipe replaced. He didn’t just tie onto the the clay wye at the city sewer and replaced a new wye with city inspection to ensure that I would not have any further issues in the future. The other Company had left my toilet Off and placed a cap over the sewer...Brian was gracious and placed that back in place, although he didn’t remove it! Brian coordinated all the correct necessities for new sewer pipe correctly!!! I now am confident that I have a complete quality long lasting warranted sewer pipe replacement by A2B plumbing for 20 years (it id in the bid)I am impressed! He’ll be the #1 plumber for this house!!!!!!

    We first called A2B several years ago to install a bathroom in our basement. We then had him put in a shower in our upstairs bathroom. Recently he had to replace our sewer line all the way to the city sewer main. I called around each time and then called A2B. Each time they showed up both professionally, fast and ontime, and with a better estimate for the job. Now I wouldnt bother calling anyone else. He knows what he is doing, and does it well. What he tells you it costs is what it costs. If there is a problem, I can call him up and let him know and it gets fixed.

    Brian is an experienced plumber who helped us work through a complicated sewer line repair on our property. I appreciated the time he spent in talking through our project and the different directions we could go in with the replacement of our 104 year old clay pipe sewer line. When surprises happened during the project (the line ran in a different direction than anticipated and the pipe was a different size than expected), he capably adjusted what needed to be done without extending the time of the project. It was a huge project and he had the most intense part of it completed in just a few hours.     I called in the afternoon after I discovered a pipe attached to an outside faucet had sprung a leak. It was spewing water 4 to 5 feet into the yard. We had to shut the water off. Trey showed up mid morning in freezing weather the next day and got everything all straightened out. Thank you Trey. This company is expert in ANY plumbing problem you could have. They are friendly, professional, trustworthy and explain everything they do. They have rescued me many times. No long waiting time and very reasonable compared to other companies I have called.
