Emilio was the technician that came out to diagnose and fix my AC unit. He was on time, friendly, thorough and very informative over what he was doing and what the issue was. When completing the repair, he took pictures of the entire process, and showed exactly what was replaced. He stayed after to ensure everything was working properly. He was efficient and very nice. A+ for customer service and Greta results. This was a far better experience than I’ve had with multiple other large HVAC companies in the valley. Wolfgang’s is now my go to provider!

Excellent company who attended my property to deal with a leaking water heater on a Friday after hours at 7pm. They were there within 40 minutes. The gentleman, Joshua, who attended was a very respectful, fantastic plumber who promptly attended to the leak. As he provided us with utmost confidence we took the opportunity to buy 2 x new water heaters and 2 x water treatment systems for the house. (All needed doing in reality). He came back on a Sunday to install one of the new water heaters and a few days later to install the rest. The job was nothing short of amazing, tidy, knowledgeable and the end product was SUPERB. We spent over $10,000 thank you to Joshua, the no pressure sales attitude and the fair pricing gets you everywhere and I am certain more companies should take this approach. Joshua is a credit to the company and a valuable asset to Wolfgang. Absolute 100% recommend this company, I shall be replacing all 5 of my AC units in the coming years with Wolfgang.

Wolfgang’s customer service is absolutely exceptional in every way. Amanda, Tyler, Dustin and Hernan were amazing thru the entire service call process. Hernan came for a repair and we were quickly scheduled. A text and email confirmation were sent with the details along with a picture of Hernan. Hernan called when he was on his way. He was so polite, courteous, professional, and cleaned up after he was done like he had never been there. He also was very respectful of our home and keeping it clean thru the repair process. The repair was done with excellence in the timeframe that was estimated. The detailed statement was emailed and was also exceptional. We have recommended this company to 2 family members that have used them and they have been very satisfied as well especially with the response time and the ability to schedule quickly. We will continue to use this company as the need arises.

This company was fantastic. Our conditioning went out on Saturday about 3:00 pm on one of the hottest times of the day. We first called the company that installed our new air conditioner two years ago. We were told nobody could come out until at least Monday. We were fortunate enough to contact Wolfgang’s and not only were they able to come out but arrived earlier than the estimated time frame. TC diagnosed the problem quickly, and he was helpful, kind and courteous. Our problem was solved within an hour even though TC was faced with several issues that he needed to face and correct.. Wolfgang’s will be our cooling, heating and plumbing company from this day forward. Great service.

Josh and the team at Wolfgang is nothing short of spectacular. On multiple occasions I was dealing with flooding issues in my home. Woolfgang is the real deal.We are having a little trouble with the fan on mode. Joshua investigated the situation on January 7th and told me there was nothing he can do that day. But they will find a fix and get back to me. It was kind of a complicated issue. That was the reason it took so long. We were never out of heat or cooling. It was just the fan on position. Would run at a very low speed. I had constant communication with the company over the last three or four weeks.Today is February 7. Just like he told me they came back made an adjustment to the system and everything is now working perfectly. This company is very professional and they have a great team. The installation team and everybody I’ve dealt with throughout the whole organization has been pretty much unbelievably professional. We will definitely use them again in the future.All I can say is try them for yourself you won’t be unhappy.Mark was out today 3/8/24 doing the yearly maintenance that was included with the installation of our new system. Mark is a super friendly and professional.

What a great & compassionate employee you have in Jay Hernandez! He was considerate & very hard working & determined to find the source of my leaking house water system, which is what is leaking. He feels there is an alternative way of both fixing it & stopping the leak with the least amount of damage to my driveway slab where it is underground along with the town’s water meter reader. I know it won’t be a cheap fix, since concrete has to be broken away. Waiting to hear back from the company on when it can be done!!!! The technicians who did the install were on time, courteous and professional. When they encountered an issue with the motherboard on the unit they were installing, they were able to get a new unit delivered within hours and still complete the job the same day. My house was left as clean as when they arrived. Very satisfied with my experience with Wolfgang’s.

Brian sales rep gave great advice on recommending a mini split for one area. These guys had the best price and actually had the units i needed in stock. My electricity bill has dropped 20% in the summer months. Best experience I’ve ever had with an hvac company, top notch all the way around.

I have been member of Cool touch for few years now. They were recommended by friend when I first started having issues with my old AC but they were able to fix it and gave it couple of years of work. 2 years ago I needed new unit before I left on vacation with in a week. The wait was about 10-14 days but I don’t know how they did it but I got new unit one day before I left. I could enjoy my vacation knowing I have working AC during summer. They are very professional, on time, you always get person on the phone and I feel I’m getting honest answer and recommendation. Being part of their membership also gives me peace of mind knowing I will get service if I needed ASAP! Best company!

Been having Wolfgang check our AC units for a few years now and they have been great. So when it came time to look at replacing our units they were the only ones I wanted to work with. They were very professional when they came out to see what was the best options for us and walked us through the process.The install crew was amazing. Received a call in the morning letting me know that the crew was on their way and would be here in about 30 minutes. Crew got here and were very professional, they got the work done and new systems up and running. After all the work was done the lead installer walked me through the system and was happy to answer my questions. He also walked me through the house to make sure everything was left back to how it was before they arrived.Best part about the crew is I have a 6 year old girl that was full of questions and each one of them took the time to answer her questions and were super sweet with her.Last, these new units are so quiet and so quick to cool the house.Thanks Wolfgang for the great service.

Wolfgangs has recently merged With JR Perkins.Now you have the finest residential and commercial HVAC Contractors in the Southwest under one roof..Wolfgangs maintained our older AC for many years till it finally expired.Wolfgangs made us a special deal and replaced our AC in just a few days.So, we noticed that there was no condensation line coming off the roof.It’s because Wolfgangs correctly piped the drain line into an existing rooftop pipe that the previous ACinstaller had foregone in the interest of his convenience.There is something else…..We called Wolfgangs when our AC system was failing, because we needed their professional evaluation BEFORE we called American Home Shield .Wolfgangs correctly diagnosed a tiny Freon leak , so we had to then call AHS to have THEIR tech to come out to address our problem.The chump they sent out tried to sell us an overpriced system and when I told him I wouldn’t sign anything now, he snuck back on my roof to “button up” and DISCONNECTED MY AC DURING A 108 degree day.When I called these Cretins on the phone,They said it’s AHS POLICY TO DISCONNECT YOUR AC UNTIL ITS FIXED.FIXING INVOLVES ME BUYING 3000 bucks WORTH OF FREON WHICH IS NOT COVERED!!!And the work is only Guaranteed for 30 days.I called WolfgangsThey told me it wouldn’t hurt anything to leave my AC unit operational and they sent a guy to my house within a few hours to hook it back up.Didn’t ask for any of my money, either.And the Closing Fact:I always get at least 3 prices for a large purchase.The one underbid was from some phantomJoint that I could not get on the phone to answer my obligatory questions .Yeah, try calling Wolfgangs.Because every time I have called WolfgangsOver many years, someone answers that can actually help me.Our new AC is quiet, efficient and dead solid reliable.PeaceOut

Chris was very professional, answered all my questions, helped with the issue and gave me tips on using the new fancy thermostat. I highly recommend Wolfgangs!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I called because my air conditioning went out and I have an elderly mom with health issues that would struggle without air conditioning. The service manager came out personally the same day with in hours to make sure we had our air conditioning fixed. The price was reasonable and the company is compassionate. I would recommend this company to everyone. Cody was amazing, he fixed the problem and figured out what was wrong within minutes. Great company.They came for a second visit to maintenance my unit, and Jose A was absolutely fantastic, he watched for my animals, he was very nice and professional, the greatest company I’ve worked with.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we receive from Wolfgang’s Cool Touch. Very courteous, thorough, and techs always on time. Our tech Patrick did the service for our plumbing and Heater made sure everything was working properly. Will def recommend to family and friends.
