I called Rooter Hero because they advertised 24 hour service. I was hoping they could come to the house right away, but was afraid that being three days before Christmas, they might not. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that a plumber would be out that day! They kept me updated, and very shortly, I got the call from Matthew that he was on the way. Matthew arrived when he said he would, and was friendly and courteous. Matthew inspected where I saw a water leak, and knew immediately what it must be. Suspecting water and damage within the walls, he explained that we should get a restoration company involved. Matthew called them for me, and they came right out. Once they in did an inspection together, Matthew opened the suspect wall and found the problem. A hot water line had burst. Matthew shut off the water and got to work. Matthew inspected the rest of my 50+ year old plumbing in both bathrooms. He discovered additional plumbing issues that needed to be brought up to code. I also showed Matthew a problem with one of my toilets, and vanity faucet. Matthew was extremely helpful, explained everything to me. After fixing the leak, we made an appointment for him to return the next morning and complete the remaining repairs. Matthew was always willing to stop and explain everything to me. Matthew did a fantastic job on everything! I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Matthew and Rooter Hero!

We had a clogged kitchen sink on Black Friday at about 5:00pm. I called and the dispatcher said someone would be getting back to me shortly. Soon I received an email saying that Matthew was assigned. Shortly after that he called and said he was on his way. He arrived on time and quickly took care of the problem. Service was first class all the way and the charge was very reasonable. I will use them in the future and will recommend Matthew to my friends.

This was an emergency call on Christmas. I had a water leak from the second floor bathtub.Matt N. came sameday assesed the issue and came back first thing in the morning to fix it. They didnt charge extra.He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and coordinated everything.He gave us his phone number and responded to any questions we had. They sent out Alex to hydrojet but unfortunately that didnt work. They ended up sending Daniel and Calvin to work on the main. They were courteous and gave me their phone number to let us know when they were coming or had any questions.They cleaned up after their self and worked really hard on getting the job done on time and get us up and running.I would definitely recommend Rooter Hero plumbing.

I called to have some preventive work done on my rental in Gilbert. Water main to house was installed really some 20 years ago during original construction. Next door neighbors broke unexpectantly and Id rather fix at leisure than during a shower. Called and got Matt as my technician. I have been in construction but suck at soldering copper especially used stuff in the ground. Matt was the perfect fit. Drove by, took a look,gave me a price and went to get the needed supplies. Did i mention the original install used odd duck sizes! Anyway came back and got it plumb square and added vales that were need to insure no isses in future either. WELL DONE. Thanks Matt!

I contacted Rooter Hero on Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday morning to fix my broken toilet handle. They didn’t give me an estimate over the phone but they provide a free estimate in person so I was okay with them coming out to check out the issue. Their price ended up being more affordable than what I was quoted via phone from other companies! Elifonso was great and very nice even when my puppy kept bothering him lol. I’m happy I went with this company and would use them again in the future. They also offer a 90 day warranty which is nice.

This company is amazing! I had an old cast iron sewer drain that would back up almost daily. When it did, it affected 7 suites in the plaza. Rooter hero was there many times to clear the drain while we came up with a plan to repair the pipe. The solution was to dig 3 holes inside a restaurant and pull a new pipe through. The crews had to do this between 2 and 8 am to not disrupt business hours. They did an amazing job, they were professional and accommodating to the environment. The cleaned up everything and made it like new. I have used them since on smaller jobs and they are always quick to respond and do great work. They are literally the best plumbing company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Great job Rooter Hero, you’ve got a customer for life!!

Plumber spent 3 hours Friday night and 1.5 hours Saturday but completed job to perfection. It was a leaky pipe that finally broke. Flooded floor in bathroom and floor in hall. We turned water main off at 3pm Thursday I called for help. They couldnt come Thursday night. Friday i called to find out they will be there sometime Friday. Supervisor visited, gave quote, left about 130pm. About 14 hours after water shutoff, plumber came. 3 hours later he needed a pipe, so called it a night. However, I totally appreciated him making sure we had running water. Saturday he came, did more work, supervisor showed up near end of job. Price was interesting, more than we expected but plumber replaced 2 shutoff knobs that were frozen, the main water line from wall to faucet, cleared trap and plugged drain, and we bought new faucet, so they just installed it. Very pleased with work done. They cleaned up their mess before leaving.Will have them do more work for us. Very nice people.

Excellent, affordable and knowledgeable. Carlos was able to help us replaced a pipe that was corroded and gave us suggestions as to what to do with the other pipe that was vented by the House builders. Highly recommend. He will be doing some plumbing work for us in my kitchen replacing the faucet and garbage disposal.😊
