I want to express my appreciation and thankfulness for the exceptional service provided by Paramount Home Services. When the AC went out in the back part of our office, we called them midday. Despite the extreme heat and their busy schedule, they had someone out within a few hours.They sent a nice young man named Victor, who quickly assessed that the condenser fan had failed. He gave us a reasonable price, especially considering the short notice and the middle of summer. Victor had the necessary parts on his van and fixed the problem immediately.The owner even showed up to assist Victor, ensuring the job was completed quickly and efficiently. They topped off the refrigerant, which was a pound low, as an added touch.I highly recommend Paramount Home Services for their quick, efficient, and solid service. Thank you, Easter Bunny.

We purchased an HVAC system through newac.com which I feel was a great deal. They subcontracted the installation of the system to Paramont Home Services. Initially Jordon came to our home to insure the system we chose was the right one, unfortunately it was not. With his knowledge and expertise the right one was finally chosen and an installation date and an installation plan finalized. Three knowledgeable young men showed up for the installation process Jordon, Jeremiah and Victor. They removed the old system and installed the new one. All three did a stellar job. Very satisfied would definitely recommend.

Paramount Home Services recently installed our new heat pump. They were very professional and communicated well every step of the project. I really like the text messages with how soon the driver will arrive.The technician came out right away to review the old setup and make recommendations for the new unit. Less than 48 hours later, everything was brand new! The new system is quiet, blows cold, and works perfectly.Jordan and Victor did great work on the install, cleaned up after themselves, and were such nice guys! We will absolutely use them again when we need to replace the unit on the other side of the house. Thank you for the excellent service!

Jordan came to replace AC unit and heater. Couldnt have asked for a more professional service. He first came to asses the situation where he realized wrong unit was ordered. He called landlord to let them know and corrections were made imediately. Instalation day Jordan came at time mentioned they got done and left area clean with no trash. Apreciate the courteous and friendly manner Jordan and assistant conducted themselves.

I recently had the pleasure of using Paramount Home Services to repair our air conditioning dampers, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their service was exemplary. The staff was extremely professional, arriving on time with a positive attitude and ready to tackle the job. They were super friendly and made sure to explain each step of the process, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed.One of the standout aspects was the text notifications we received with the technicians time of arrival. This level of communication and consideration was incredibly convenient and reassuring. Paramount Home Services truly went above and beyond in every aspect. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

I run a business in Tempe. One of my employees referred me to Paramount Home Services when our A/C stopped blowing cool air. The 1st visit was by Samuel. Very professional and nice young man! We thought it would be an inexpensive fix unfortuanetly the compressor went out after only 6 years. They were not the ones that installed. Side note, dont buy coleman units!! Anyway, Samuel had us up and running on the next day as he had to order the compressor overnight delivery. Once installed we had a nice cool breeze. Unfortunately, it went out again after only a week. Samual honored the warranty and replaced it a 2nd time. He spent along time diagnosing and verified nothing else was wrong. Once again 3 weeks later the air was blowing hot. This time Samual came out with his supervisor Adrian. Very professional and knowledgeable also! They spent about 45 minutes and found that one of the casings holding the fuse/ regulator was loose casuing it to misfire and not run properly. It was also determined that it will probably come loose again at some point and I should replace when it does or keep tightening. Alls good now!! Icy cold this morning in the office. My take is that any comapny that stands behind there work needs to be shared to the public. I would recommend Paramount Home Service. I plan on using them for both my business and my home needs!

Paramount Home Services is the best company for HVAC install and customer service. Just ordered a new AC unit from Goodman Air, Adrian and his team did great installation. Unfortunately the manufactorer used faulty contactors that failed after 3 weeks of use, called Adrian on a Friday morning, Jordan came out the same afternoon. Simple fix at first became a difficult one after the initial burned up transformer led to the discovery of the burned out contactors. Jordan Cliffton worked tirelessly until the problem was found and solved. My 90 degree house is now cooling down to 74 degrees thanks to Jordan and Adrian at Paramount Home Services. 5/5 customer service

They had all the parts in the truck and fixed my problem and within an hour and a half, everything was back to normal. They took a potentially terrible problem and made it all right for me.

My A/C was fixed in no time and the bill was less than expected. I also learned from the women who took my call that they also have license plumbers and electrician if i ever needed. Also, replace my water heater on a reasonable amount of time and good quality. Hats off to the Paramount team! Discovered a leaking water heater leaving for work and needless to say, it was not anticipated. One call to Paramount and within the hour I had a technician to evaluate the problem, which was new water heater. Several hours later I had a new and working water heater for a very fair and reasonable price.I wish more companies operated with this level of integrity.

Ive very pleased with the service and guidance I have gotten from Pinnacle Air. They were able to work with my packed schedule and the gentleman who came to my house was right on time and so friendly. After an in depth check up of my full system he was able to do some maintenance to make sure my units were ready for the summer. I originally reached out to get a quote on a full replacement on two units. I was provided this quote but also the knowledge that my two units are in good shape and should be ready for another summer or two. Im glad to have this quote on hand so Im prepared when the time finally comes to replace them. Im happier though knowing I wasnt coerced into early replacements and that the techs at Pinnacles main focus is extending the life of my current units. Excellent company and very professional. Definitely my go to AC company moving forward and I would highly recommend them!!

Jordan came by and checked out my AC unit and found a leak, then saw that the motor was bad. Kelly in the office was fantastic and said that Jordan had explained the part we needed to fix my unit had to be custom made, she reached out to my leasing company and requested a portable AC unit be placed in my apartment until this morning when Jordan came back and installed the new motor. Hes extremely nice, informative, and even showed me the nasty gunk that was clogging up my air conditioner. Thank you all for a great experience!
