So pleased with the installation of our new Naveen NPE Condensing Water Heater and so grateful to get rid of the big tank water heater! Thank you Rey, for the great job with installation; you are awesome! And Paul, thank you for your time and patience yesterday with our inquiry of water heater options and reverse osmosis and for scheduling the timely service today, as well as updating our reverse osmosis system with new filters and a new tank! Gold Star Plumbing team showed up early, dug up yard with care, kept me informed on stages of repair service, cleaned up mess, finished job in one day, referred me to additional service personnel for cement work. Team Leader Anthony was courteous, professional, friendly, addressed any issues I had with prompt attention and satisfactory service. Gold Star was great! Recommend them for your major sewer repairs, etc. They showed me a snake video of the problem before any work was performed and completely explained the repair process. I felt I was in good hands.

Cody Morgan was professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He was training Nate and not o ly did he take time to answer my questions but also was an amazing trainer for Nate. Nate was so helpful too. He is going to be well on his way, after spending time under Codys shadow. He took time to show Nate how he immediately knew what was going on with the leak and where it was coming from. Customer service is rare in many industries but not at GOLDSTAR. They care about their customers.

Paul Navarrette and his son did great work on my sink drain and we had great conversation while they were here. They make you feel comfortable having strangers in your home. They were done in less than 45 minutes with a little help from me by turning on the faucets inside and the weather. Whenever we have a plumbing issue, we ask for Paul Navarrette.
