    Workmanship: Kevin was very detailed and allowed me to decide where the grab bars would work well with my disabled husband. During the of workdays he left the job site clean and uncluttered. The finish was smooth and pleasant to the eyes.Materials: I’m especially happy with the window wrap. The color and materials look great. We have not used it yet so we’ll see about the wear and tear. Though the company guarantees their work. So far, we’ve had a great experience.

    Dale and Izaiah did a phenomenal job with our shower installation. They protected the floors and furniture in the room joining the bathroom, and extended the floor protection out to the garage. At the end of day 1 they uncovered everything, then recovered the next day. They let us know if/when they’d need to shut off main water to the house. Dale did the final caulking around the entire shower and took it upon himself to continue the bead around the rest of the bathroom to give the whole room a nice, clean appearance. The shower is beautiful with not a flaw in sight. Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous and professional. I’d hire either one or both with no hesitation if ever a need comes about.

    I would highly recommend Luxury Bath if you are looking to replace a shower or tub shower. Jose text the day before arriving to confirm install. He arrived on time and worked all day. He prepared the area to protect surrounding furniture/flooring/countertops etc. and cleaned up after. The completed shower is beautiful! I also enjoyed working with Candace, my sales rep. She was responsive and polite in all interactions.

    Dale and Isaiah were absolutely the very best craftsmen/tradesmen I have seen in many decades. They are both a 10. The great length they went to to cover our floors entering the house into the bathroom, the meticulous detail they gave to everythingwas beyond compare. They gave up their weekend to make sure our job went great and on time.Home Concepts and Remodeling are 100% top notch. Their salesman Austen and the production manager Sam are awesome as well. Sam bent over backwards to make sure all was right. We went through some shower conversion companies to get bids that make car sales people look tame and gentle. Very high pressure sales tactics from those companies but for the initial meeting with Austen right on down to Sam the production manager and then to our installers Dale and Isaiah the entire experience was great and the workmanship just totally awesome.Dale and Isaiah have such a wonderful eye and ability for detail. Were so glad we went with Home Concepts Custom Remodeling!We highly recommend this company.

    I cant say enough about everyone I worked with. Kasey was pleasant and professional and set up my appointment with Larry. Larry came to the house and went over the entire project with me and left me feeling so comfortable that I called the next day to go ahead with the conversion of taking out my garden tub and installing a walk-in shower. Brian came to do the work and he was beyond fabulous. He worked long hours for two solid days to get it done before we went out of town. He was always pleasant and when he was finished he made sure everything was clean and nothing was left behind. I honestly cant say enough about this company and the people. If you need any work done, make sure you call them first. Honest, reliable and the work is outstanding.

    Jenna was our In-Home Design Consultant and James was our installer. Id highly recommend working with both of them.As so many other reviews have said, they were helpful and professional during the entire process, so much more so than several of their competitors I contacted throughout my selection process.They took care to keep my house as clean as possible, and cleaned up between days.They helped us configure a setup with a diverter that selects between the tub or shower functionality, rather than the typical diverter tub spout.

    Dale & Izaiah removed our bathtub and replaced with a shower. They were careful with our flooring covering all surfaces with tarps. They were able to repair the underground waste piping, replace the leaking valves and then install a beautiful shower. Their work was professionally done. Both were personable and approachable. We are pleased with the end result.

    The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around.     My experience with them was great, right from that first call. They walked me through everything. When the design consultant came to my home, he was very polite and made the process super easy from selection and to answering all my questions and easing my concerns. I had estimates from other companies, and by far his product was better, and so was the price . I am so glad we found Home Concepts before we signed with another company.When they came to install the shower, they were on time, they went over one more time what they were going to do asked if i had and questions. When they were working in bathroom they were clean and very professional. They didnt leave a mess at all. I was very impressed.

    Excellent company. The installer, Kevin Horn is a Perfectionist. Hes a ten. Augustine, Jen, Phil, Sam and all of the crew were great but make sure you understand exactly how long this procedure will take from the beginning to the completion. I highly recommend this company and would rate them higher than 5 stars if it was available. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

    I received a courtesy call from Home Concepts that they would be at my home at 8:45am. They arrived on time and was represented by Tom and Kevin. I walked them into the bathroom where the walk-in shower would be installed. I was quoted by the sales associate that the project would take 1-2 days to complete. Six hours later, Tom and Kevin had completed the project. Upon arrival they asked where I wanted grab bars, shower controls etc. Half way through, they had me show them where I wanted to shelves positioned in conjunction with the seat. These gentleman worked quickly and remained absolutely focused on this project. They laid down protective cloths throughout the house from the front door to the bathroom. They cleaned up the entire area and replaced all the rugs in their original place. They then explained in detail about the features of my new walk-in shower. One thing that I and my wife really appreciated was as they were going in/out of the house Amazon delivered some heavy packages. Because of our disabilities, they informed us that we had packages on the porch and they brought them into the house for us. How special is that. These gentleman worked nonstop and focused. If anyone reads this and is ever in the market for a walk-in shower; definitely give Home Concepts a call and don’t forget to ask for Tom and Kevin. They work so well together. Only 6 hours on this project and it is simply beautiful. I wish I could post a picture of my new walk-in shower. Just to let you know, I’m a disabled retired Marine veteran with a amputated leg.

    I had 2 bathrooms remodeled with Home Concepts. It was a very smooth process, not stressful at all which I appreciate. I had a consultation where someone came out to my home, they took measurements and asked for what I wanted. I got the estimate on the spot as well. Within weeks I had the first bathroom remodeled and it only took a day and a half. The second bathroom was completed soon after as well. There was an issue with the first bathroom remodel (not having cold water), but when the guy came out again for the second time he was able to quickly take care of the issue. They were professional and I just really love my showers!

    I am very pleased with design, product, cost and installation of the tub to shower conversion. I would highly recommend and would contract with Home Concepts/Luxury Bath again for any future bathroom conversions. The timeline to install was also expedient and reasonable to get on the schedule for install. Iraj Bozorgmehr has a keen eye for design and assisted me in my shower selections. Customer service was excellent at calling me with status and returned my calls promptly. Kevin Cook was my installer and was meticulous in the removal and installation of the new shower. Kevin cleaned up everyday and at the completion he had me do a through inspection to ensure I was satisfied with the cleanup. I am not sure why my photos didnt upload but I can tell you this...It is beautiful. Will try and add photos later.

    We recently had our walk-in shower replaced by Home Concepts Custom Remodeling. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. From the start Doug Parks, the salesman, presented the company and the products in a very professional and caring manner. He was not the typical salesman. He was not pushy and he was attentive to our needs. He made it an easy decision to choose this service. Chad, who installed the shower, was extremely kind, nice, caring, yet professional. The gentleman who installed the doors was also excellent and professional. The whole process took 2 days and was stress free. It is absolutely lovely and completed much earlier than anticipated.

    Overall i had a very good experience with this company. They contacted me through Angis list when I put in an inquiry for a bathtub replacement and I opted to with them due to their high reviews on Google.The salesman thay came out, Jason was good and not pushy at all. They scheduled my install within a couple of weeks and the guys Dale and Isaiah that did the work were on time, did a good job and left my house as clean as they found it.I dont know if I could have himmed and hawed and tried to nickel and dime for a lower price because the treatment I received was 1st class all the way. Everyone was polite and professional which left me feeling like I paid a good price for a full service professional treatment. I would recommend.

    At the initial meet and quote we were disappointed. We did not receive the quality/professionalism the company speaks about. They reached back out apologized and had someone come back out to take care of us. The second time was much better and answered all of our questions. We picked exactly what we wanted and the process began. The service was great, Tom was very professional and attentive to the work. He communicated very well. The timeframe itself took a bit longer than we anticipated so that was hard, but overall a good experience.

When we thought it was time to take action on this project we attended a Phoenix home show and found a superb product that would suit our project. From day one at the show all the sales personnel were very knowledgeable about the product they represented to us. We agreed to have an on site sales representative oversee our project. Jim is very knowledgeable about the product and very detailed about how the project would proceed. We were very impressed and signed a sales agreement. I had a question for Jim that required a higher level of expertise so he had Steve promptly return my call, I was surprised at his quick response.     I had a very positive experience with Psychic Center Of Hunt Valley. The tech came out and did a fantastic job explaining the company, and how the product works, and he made things so easy and simple, which was just what I needed. Another thing that was great was that the owner of the company has vast experience remodeling bathrooms, so they are so knowledgeable! We were able to remodel my bathroom in one day and I absolutely love it!
