I dont run into service like this often..really never! I thought the owner was the most honest and quite frankly one of the nicest fellows I have had in my home. Wish my Thanksgiving guest would be so polite and respectful. Anyway he came the next day and was on time...and very professional looking. The quote he gave me which match what his website posted were about 800 dollars more affordable than the exact same product offered by other water heater services. The only reason I waited more than a week was the price was so Dang good, I wanted to wait a week to make sure my waterheater was working like when he left. Its perfect and nice to take a long hot shower now. He took the time to explaine how to use the water heater and even explained the parts he used. would give more stars if the system let me.

100% recommend. Jim replaced our twenty year old gas hot water heater in our garage a couple weeks ago. It looks and works perfectly. This guy only does hot water heaters so you are getting a true expert, not a run-of-the-mill technician from these fancy-pants huge plumbing companies that do it all and overcharge for everything and spam us with their slick fake marketing campaigns. I was quoted well over 2x by one of these companies versus what I ended up paying here...wow!

Jim is an extremely friendly and professional man! I had leaks around the dielectric nipple after replacement, and it turned out that I needed a new water heater. I contacted him yesterday afternoon and he promptly responded, despite being on leave. He even took the time to call and provide a thorough explanation. Its probably more than I need to know, but I do appreciate his honesty and transparency. Also, he charges a very reasonable price, and I dont think anyone can beat him in the valley.Jim and his son, Sam, came out this morning and installed a brand-new water heater. I really enjoyed the conversation with them and learned a ton more! Jim inspected everything before he left and fixed a minor wiring issue. His exceptional focus on details distinguishes him from ordinary technicians. Its unfortunate that he has shoulder surgery later this month, which will keep him out of action for a few months, but Im sure he will come back stronger!

Beyond excellent service! Our water heater started leaking internally and I immediately started researching companies for replacement when I found Water Heaters 4 Less here on Google. Before he even came out, Jim gave me some really good and honest advice regarding our heaters existing warranty and also recommended shutting the water supply off at night to make sure the leak didnt get worse and flood the garage overnight. Not even 24 hours after I discovered the leak, Jim had a new heater beautifully installed, including some upgrades, all for the price indicated on his website. Jim is a super nice and honest guy and I highly recommend him.

Jim did an AMAZING job replacing our 20 yr old water heater! Old one rusted out and flooded a large portion of the garage. Water to the house had to be turned off. He came out the morning after we called and had a new one in place before 10am! His upfront website price was exactly what he charged us, and he did a wonderful job re-soldering our pipes to fit the new heater (old water heater was much shorter). Noticed late Sunday night that our 22 year old water heater had a new self draining feature! Called Jim- on the recommendation of my in laws who had used him a few years back, and he called us back within an hour! Was at our house bright and early with a new water heater at 8am Monday morning. Fair pricing, on time, worked cleanly and efficiently and was in and out in about 2 hours. He ensure our new water heater was installed correctly and working before he left. The previous owners had installed the former water heater alittle sketchy and Jim was able to fix that and ensure ours would last, and he hauled away our old water heater! Used a Rheem heater for the new one, which Ive heard its a higher quality. Swapped out all of our piping for no charge as well. Super friendly guy who hooked us up! Also gave us the names of other people he knows in the business to fulfill the warranty if we ever need it, plus some people in other housing industries (A/C, etc.). Super happy with our service!! Im normally a DIY guy first, because when Ive got a problem around the house Id rather just fix it myself instead of trying to call contractors, get bids, schedule time off, and all of that headache. So when my electric water heater stopped working, I had originally planned on replacing the elements and thermostat. Once I got the panels opened up, I saw a rusty wet mess and realized that after 17 years, my old heater was just plain done.I thought about swapping it myself, but decided to at least look around at just having it replaced. Jim has his pricing laid out extremely clearly on his website, right down to listing out all of the things he includes with a new installation, like the drip pan and supply lines. On top of that, he brings the new heater to you, and hauls the old one away. I dont have a truck big enough to do that, so Id also have to add either a truck or trailer rental, along with dump fees, just to get the new heater home and the old heater gone. All told, I maybe spent in the range of $100-$120 over a DIY job, and all I had to do was clear a path in the garage.All it took to schedule Jim was one phone call, followed by texting him a few photos of the existing heater and work area. He was flexible on scheduling, showed up right at the time we agreed on, and got right to work. Hes got a few tricks up his sleeve getting an old sediment-filled water heater to drain without making a big mess in the process. Jim got the old heater disconnected and removed, cleaned up some of the damage the old heater left, and soldered on new supply lines, a new supply valve, and extended the pressure relief line to fit the slightly taller new heater.Less than two hours start to finish, and true to his word the final bill was exactly what is laid out on his site. I have hot water again, and better yet, the peace of mind that I no longer have a ticking time bomb waiting to flood my garage. Thank you again Jim for reminding me that there is a very real value to paying someone who knows how to get it done the right time the first time! I could not be happier with the whole process.

I called on a Sunday about replacing my leaking water heater, to my surprise I got an immediate response from Jim the owner. He quoted me an amazing price and set up the installation the following Monday at 8am. Arrive on time and was super friendly. Immediately pointed out a few options for the water damage. I’m hand’s on so when he suggested for me to get some 3/4 plywood from Lowe’s for the damaged base where the water heater sits I was all over it. He said he could do but if I wanted to save a few bucks he would give me the measurements so I could get the plywood myself. Worked out great got a professional grade water heater and he added some extra necessary items at no extra cost. The final bill was exactly what he quoted me nothing more even though he did extra. Let’s face it, service has gone down hill in our society and this was a pleasant surprise and tremendous value. I give my highest recommendation and I am hard to impress. Needed a new water heater and Jim and his son were here the next day. They are professional, punctual, clean, honest, and outrageously affordable. Go price out your own water heater, valves, supply lines, pan, etc and youll see that for about $150 more you can have yours professionally installed, the old hauled away, and get a professional grade water heater by hiring Jim. They were in and out in under 2 hours. Id recommend him 100x over if you need a water heater. Thanks Jim and to your son(sorry I forgot your name sir) too!

Called Jim (owner) at 8:30a... he was at my house at 10p (on time) and I had a new water heater installed in about 2 hours. A few other phone quotes I received were like $900/$950 for a 50-gallon gas heater, which does NOT include tax, drip pan, nor new stainless steel hoses.Jims quote is $825 (which included tax!). Further, if you paid cash, he would take off $45 from the price! So, out the door, I paid $780. Saved me $200-300 from the other best quotes I had. And he is a water-heater specialist... that is ALL he does... so hes the expert. He had the best reviews on Yelp, and now I see why! Great price, fast service, high quality work, thanks Jim!

My water heater went out in the afternoon and Jim was there bright and early the next morning with his son. Service was great and they did an excellent job. Jim communicated via text making the whole service call super easy. He even worked around my Dr App . Would definitely recommend.

In my last house, I called Jim and he had Richard come out to take a look at my water heater. After two other companies told me it could not be fixed and needed to be replaced, they fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and saved me wasting around $1000...and the heater worked great after that and never stopped.So when I knew I needed a new water heater in my new place, there was no doubt who I was calling. Sure enough, Jim answered the phone right away, suggested the best size for the home and he and his son were over promptly to have it installed. The installation was smooth, the heater looks great and has been working perfectly.There are very few folks in the valley I would recommend to anyone else. Jim and Co at Water Heaters 4 Less are an exception. Great service, great price, honesty and great customer service.

When one needs a water heater replacement, its always hours after the need arises. Today was my turn. I called and got two quotes from the heavily-advertised companies, both of which were quite high. Then I found Water Heaters 4 Less and called. I got a call back in less than ten minutes and Jim was here (from across town) in less than an hour, as promised. He was friendly, informed and offered explanations of what he was doing. The repair was done very professionally, and in short order the new Rheem water heater was installed and they were cleaning up the work area. Jim took the time to explain the warranty process (should the need arise) and with minutes after he left, I had water warm enough in which to shower. My experience could not have been any better. And most importantly, the price that he listed on his website and confirmed on the phone was precisely what he charged - complete, including tax and all necessary parts. The installation included very important things like a drain pan, etc. Call Jim! You wont regret it.

My water heater started to drip from the drain valve. I contacted Jim and he gave me advice to cap it off. It would have worked except the leak then moved to the seals of the drain valve. Called Jim and he came out the next day . The price was $850 out the door with additional piping that I needed to have installed for free. My old one broke during the process of removal and Jim cleaned up all the water. For the quality water heater and the price you really cant do better. Other plumbers wanted almost $1,000 so had to go with Jim and I am very happy with his work.

I called Jim today around 8am and he was at my house at 9:15am to replace my water heater. Not only did his price beat everyone elses, it included all the pipes/hoses/drip pan etc that everyone else said they would charge me additional for. He was very professional/polite and did a great job. FYI in 40 years this is my first positive or negative review I have written online. That is how impressed I was. I have never felt better about spending money on something that I didnt want to have to spend money on before. Thank you Jim!

#waterheaters4less, My waterheater was 14 years old and needed replacement. I called Jim Richardson at Waterheaters4less on a Saturday, he got back to me Sunday and could come right over, I preferred another time and we set it up, Tuesday between 8:15 and 8:30. He arrived at 8:15, rarely do you get that service these days!Jim is courteous, dependable and knowledgeable. He brought along his son that is learning the business and would be dropping him off at tech school after my appointment.Jim knows his stuff, he went right to work and an hour later we were turning everything back on! No drips, electricity working right, another job well done! He finished up, cleaned up and got paid, we were both happy!Thank you Jim and I will recommend you to everyone!!!
