1/28/24: Wade was EXCEPTIONAL!! Everyone was accessible and friendly. First, I spoke to Brian at the service desk to ask where to find a Klein Level. He directed me to aisle 31. I got there, but couldnt find what I was looking for. Close by, Wade was happy to help. He found my item was available in store, found where it was stored, and grabbed a ladder to get it for me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I walked past another girl on my way out, and she asked how I was doing. This store is full of kind people, attentive, and good at what they do.
