Tim, Landon, and Efrain were very helpful. Had a pipe crack in the bathroom sink so water would drain into the wall. They got me in touch with Salt Water Restoration and the process was very easy and painless. Everything was straight forward and communication was always great from the repair to any questions I had. These 3 guys are who I’ll be requesting to do any more future work if it’s needed.

My husband noticed our water heater had a leak. We knew our home warranty was not going to cover this particular issue, so we looked up local plumbing company’s and found ASAP Plumbing. They answered right away and got us scheduled with a technician within an hour after calling. The technician, Cole, called us and let us know he was actually coming off of a job earlier than anticipated so he would be able to come by early if that worked for us. We were thrilled! He did a thorough assessment of what we needed and was able to put together a list of options which included prices, warranties, etc. Their prices were fair and reasonable and we were able to select one that worked out great for us. Cole was able to replace our water heater same day with no problems. He did a fine job and spent time educating us on how everything worked and how to ensure we stayed on top of the heaters maintenance. His finished product was neat and exceeded our expectations. With a multigenerational family household, hot water is a must, so ASAP and Cole’s sense of urgency allowed us to get this taken care of same day. We are happy with our experience and would recommend Cole and ASAP to our neighbors. Thanks for taking care of us!

Had water pooling in the front of my yard for a few days. HOA came out and investigated and left me with not associated with our irrigation.ASAP plumbing answered the phone and told me theyd be out that day. They didnt charge me for emergency same day services as some places do when youre in a panic.David came out and helped me identify the joint in the main line entering the house that was broken. He had the line fixed in about 2 hours with new piping. He waited with me for it to dry and turned on the water to the house. Everything passed inspection!Thanks David!

If you call this company I hope you get James! He was so committed to getting our problem solved in one day. Our park model hot water tank was odd sized, he went to get one that would fit and returned after hours ( no extra charge) to make sure the job was done in one day. In addition, James was so joyful, his laughter is contagious and he truly loves helping others. What a wonderful guy!

Vlad saved us from an emergency sewer drain pipe backup caused by a root infestation. He dug 6 feet down and removed the old pipe and replaced it with a new one! I cannot emphasize enough how thankful and appreciative I am of his service. ASAP plumbing sent Peter to clear our drain the day we had the clog which was a an incredibly helpful but short-term fix. The next day they had Landon send down a camera to see how bad the roots were and we unfortunately found that it was a bigger problem than anticipated. The next day, Vlad came in and did the entire job by himself in ONE DAY. Out in the summer heat!! A Google review just isn’t enough to express how thankful we are, but I hope others get the benefit of experiencing such great service too!

What an amazing company! I had an issue with my tankless water heaters and have had several companies come out to look at it, all said I would have to replace them. I believed it was to do with the control panel, Issac came out and told me he believed it was the control panel. A very simple fix, he also fixed an issue that I had another company come out and look at the prior day but did not fix. Excellent value and amazing customer service! Thank you so much for being an honest and transparent company, a very rare find these days!

If I could give more stars I would! I called ASAP due to a running broken pipe. Within 1 hour the technician, Nathan, called to say he was on his way. In the end the pipe was repaired (excellent job by Nathan) and all well. I would highly recommend ASAP!!!

Josef and his team are amazing! Prompt call to an emergency pipe burst in the master shower that flooded the master closet. With attention to detail, they were able to find not only a water heater that was leaking and needed to be replaced, but also found out that a previous plumber installed our water conditioner system backwards which caused the pipe damage. They fixed the broken pipes, installed a new water heater, and a fantastic new water softner. If youve ever wanted the same type of soft water that you get in a hotel, ask Josef. His team will hook you up! (pun intended). Thank you for the great service.

I recieved a very large water bill.it was 44 thousand gallons for a single person. This was my first clue.I called ASAP and they scheduled an appointment for the same day. I went online and found ASAP plumbing I talked to a lovely girl named Sasha and she scheduled a same day appointment with Salvatore. He arrived at 6pm-ish and he was here until 9:30 pm-ish. He had to come back today to finish fixing the broken pipe. He left me with water last night which I was greatful for. I got a new hose bib in a better location. Beween Sasha and Salvatore I had a very good experience! I will use them again! It was an inconvenience for sure. For me it was a win win! Thanks for the great service!

I never leave reviews but these guys saved the day. 6pm the night before we were leaving on vacation our washer shut off valve sprung a nasty leak. Cole arrived within 1 hour of our call and had us back in business by 9pm. Cole was polite to our family and courteous to leave our home cleaner than he found it. The water heater was leaking from the bottom, whoever installed the previous water heater, didnt put a catch tray underneath. He went over and Beyond and contacted a restoration company. I had just bought a house and the tub wasn’t working. The house was part of an estate and hadn’t been lived in for awhile so I had no idea how long it hadn’t worked. Efrain came out the same day I called and was able to get the handle unstuck easily (due to not being used it was hard to pull out). Took him less than a couple minutes to get done. I thought it was a more serious repair and was happy to pay a service charge but since it was so quick he said no charge and to just call them next time I needed service, which I will 100% do and I will request Efrain for his wonderful customer service.

I was a little skeptical but I was in a pinch and needed my drain open before the weekend. I called ASAP plumbing and within 15 minutes. I had a confirmation and within an hour Genoro was here unclogging my drain. If I could give 10 stars I would! Excellent experience from start to finish. Our water heater went out and we were living on borrowed time with needing a new one. I did a quick search to find ASAP Plumbing. Not only did they show up less than an hour after I called (late in the day too!), but they immediately addressed my concerns, gave a diagnostic report (free even if we didn’t decide to do the work today or with them), and gave various options for me to chose from in terms of replacing. Our plumber, Jorge, was incredible. Very professional, prompt and extremely courteous in respecting our home and its belongings. He always asked for consent before moving or doing anything, which was necessary, but really made his service stand out. When he said he treats customers like family to ensure the job is done to their satisfaction, he wasn’t kidding! While I wish we didn’t need a new one, I was beyond pleased with our entire experience! 10/10 recommend!! Thank you ASAP, you have our business in the future!

Fantastic experience. After realizing my hot water heater was leaking I called ASAP and scheduled my appt for the following morning. Justin came out and assessed the situation. He provided me with multiple quotes and options but I never felt like he was hard selling me or trying to bump the price. After we established the course Tyler and Oscar came out and made quick work of it, much faster than I expected. ASAP are now my go to Plumbers should anything pop up in the future. Highly recommended.

This was the 2nd time that I hired ASAP plumbing and they were terrific! My toilets were slow to go down and my sewer cleanouts were overflowing in the front yard. I called ASAP on a Sunday night and reached a live local person. They scheduled me and were able to send someone out the next day. The technician, Saul, sent me a video of the pipe. Saul then was able to determine that the break in the pipe was not caused by a tree, but was caused by a Fiber optic company that had just done work in all of the yards of the subdivision! Saul from ASAP worked directly with the company that caused the issue and got them to pay for the repair! He saved me about $5,000 by being able to accurately determine what and who caused the issue!! The people in the office are also great. AMAZING SERVICE!! We had clogged pipes, leaking out in the front yard. We immediately called several companies, no call backs and some maybe we can get to you. ASAP said theyd be out in 30 minutes. David showed up and was very professional and able to help. We had a bigger problem than we knew. Days later he and Nathan came out and dug out the front yard and replaced the broken pipes. They didnt try and upsell us, they didnt try and BS us...straight to the point this is the problem and price. Everything was fixed quickly and we couldnt be happier! We were skeptical because so many trades are sketchy and unprofessional. These guys and the company were on point! Highly recommend!!

After contacting the courteous dispatcher, the ASAP tech showed up within 1 hour of my urgent call. If not for the prior cheap outdoor irrigation setup, I wouldn’t have needed ASAP. Leo instantly read the situation, explained 3 options with estimates, and then got right to work. All needed material was right in his large van. He was knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and reasonably priced! I strongly recommend ASAP and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

Update: ASAP eventually did make the issue right. It was fair and Im satisfied with the outcome.I had ASAP replace a small section of sewer line that was leaking within a block wall and hydro jet the line after that. It was expensive but they were able to start the work promptly, its for my mother who is in her mid 90s and requires 24x7 care. The techs who worked on it fixed the broken pipes and tried to hydro jet the line but could not get far after they started. No issues with them or their work. I talked with Landen about having to reroute the line which would have cost a fortune. They then tried a less expensinve method to clear the line with an auger. That worked and I was quite relieved. The tech said Landon would be back to camera the line since it was cleared, but never did. Landon did ask for full payment. The next day I realized I paid for the line to be hydro jetted but it didnt work, so I should get a partial credit back. I called their office a few times asking to have Landon call me, he eventually did and said he saw my point and would get back to me. I never heard back, I tried calling the office again asking to speak to a manager (Cory). The nice lady on the phone said they are unable to transfer calls but would give him the message to call me, he never did.Bottom line is that I dont like paying in full for something I did not receive and being ignored when I inquire about it.

I had ASAP plumbing do a full replumb on my house. I had a few other companies bid for the job, and initially ASAP was not the lowest bid, but when I let them know about the other bid, they under cut it by $1,000. They were at my house the following week. Alejandro did all the work and was extremely professional and efficient. He talked me through everything he was doing and made sure everything met my expectations. A job like this requires a good amount of holes to be cut in the walls and ceilings, and Alejandro made sure all the cuts were extremely clean, which made repairs much easier. I am more than happy with the work ASAP plumbing and Alejandro did, and would strongly recommend then to anyone looking for a reasonably priced plumber, who does amazing work.

In May 2024, the section of cast iron pipe from my only bathroom to the clean out side had cracked and was inoperable. We had found some unknown liquid which bubbled up through the grout lines in our one story home. ASAP was able to identify the potential problem (belly in the sewer line possibly causing a leak) after discounting that we had a leak in our supply line and flushing our sewer line and performing a camera inspection.Derek, Logan and Jeremy were assigned to repipe the section of the line that had the belly in it, up to the joint where the kitchen/laundry room line connected to the main sewer discharge line. This activity involved digging a trench in the middle of our main hallway, and included them creating a tunnel under a wall in order to expose the 45 degree joint leading to the main sewer line. Those three gentleman diligently worked to remove the tiles, cement slab, and dirt while limiting the mess in our home. Once they exposed the sewer line, they were able to find that the belly in the line had stressed the 45 degree joint causing a leak, which then created very moist dirt under our slab. That moistness eventually found its way to the surface through a crack in the slab, resulting in the bubble in our grout line. When the job was done, Derek, Logan and Jeremy did a great job of cleaning of the work site.I discussed this issue with several other plumbing companies but ASAP was the only company who appeared (and truly did) give me straight answers, and didnt try to gouge me for additional unnecessary costs.From the first visit with the ASAP representative, to the conclusion of the repair, I have met with and worked with a number of ASAP staff and management. ASAP, and their employees are to be commended for being honest, trustworthy, and friendly and we are extremely happy that we hired them. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right, and at a reasonable cost.

JT is the best man you have. He is competent, resourceful, and friendly. He just spent 8.5 hours on what was expected to be a 30 minute job. Job: leak in main water pipe in front yard between Glendale city water and the house; apparently thats a typical problem. We were without water for those hours, but we made do, it mostly made me feel bad for JT who had to redo the fix 3x in 112 degree July, and run all over town to find the right part 3x, but Im a bit happier since I paid $1,400 for an 8 hour job rather than $1,400 for a 30 minute job, which, even though we clearly lack the skills to perform the job and thats why we called ASAP in the first place, would have irked me if he had been able to complete the job in 30 min. To the owner: trust your plumbers and their parts recommendations so they can do more jobs for you in less time. Im sure all your plumbers are great, but Im willing to bet JT is your best employee and well ask for him by name whenever we need a plumber.

We have had sluggish drains in kitchen sink since we bought our mobile home in 2021. The problem has gotten progressively worse so we called a company to fix the problem. They ran a snake about 15 feet. The next day, there really wasn’t much improvement so we called same company for a repeat visit. This time they ran snake about 25 feet with little to no improvement. They suggested a power jetting procedure to fix problem but they were unwilling to credit us any of the money we paid for the earlier snaking that didn’t help. At this point we decided to get a 2nd opinion and estimate from ASAP Plumbing and very happy we did. The technician who came out very quickly was Jose Aguilar. He is extremely knowledgeable and definitely wanted to solve the problem so we wouldn’t need another visit. He even suggested things we can do in the future as maintenance so the problem doesn’t occur again. He listened carefully to what had been done and did his own assessment of the situation. Then he explained what he felt needed to be done and why. After giving us an honest estimate we agreed to have the necessary work done. For the first time since 2021, we now have normal drainage and all the plumbing under the sink is done correctly. We highly recommend Jose Aguilar and ASAP Plumbing.

I would highly recommend ASAP! They were a little slow getting here, but they made up for it in doing the work no other company was able to complete. They flushed the obstruction in the sewer line without tearing up the landscaping and driveway at a much lower cost. I understand the local plumber working by himself not having access to all the high tech machinery, but the large companies should have the ability to do what ASAP did. ASAP Plumbing just completed a 12 day construction project at my older home. They replaced all interior plumbing including the main sewer line that was several feet below my 4 concrete slab foundation. ASAP also replaced the main sewer line that ran from my home to the city main that was 5 feet below the sidewalk. The crew was highly professional, skilled, and always on time. One day they even worked 12 straight hours to stay on schedule. The Project Manager, Adam, is years ahead of his time. The Crew Leader, Jose, is a seasoned plumber with a great sense of humor. I further appreciated the hard work of Irving and Victor. They were all dedicated to doing things the right way the first time. They actually put salt along the mainline before they buried it in order to deter root growth in the area. I also enjoyed having lunch with the guys each day as I learned about plumbing and we all shared a few good laughs. I highly recommend ASAP Plumbing. Give them I call. We have a tankless water heater that came with our home upon purchase three years ago. Unbeknownst to us, the unit was not installed as it should have been and was actually unsafe. We called ASAP, whom we have successfully used in the past for other repairs. The customer service department responded to our request for service and their agent was professional and efficient. Corie arrived when expected, was professional, and explained the problem in detail. He called a technician to come out for same-day service and offered us a fair price. Before he left our home, he explained what was going to happen next. And on a Friday evening, we received a service call from Isaac who performed the hot water heater install and repair/replacement of the surrounding venting and plumbing. The job wasnt quick, it was hard work, and in our hot garage, could not have been pleasant. However, Isaac was professional, courteous, and completed the job with great care and quality. We appreciate that Corie acted urgently to move the job forward quickly because he was worried about our safety and Isaac responded in kind out of the same concern. It is refreshing to find a company that has integrity and values its customers as ASAP does. Thank you! (On a more personal note, we have to comment on character. We continue to use ASAP Plumbing for our plumbing needs. Trustworthy, experienced, responsive, fair, and professional. I had a pressure reducing valve fail on the main water line to the house that was installed a couple years ago. Talked with Nick over the phone, and within minutes had it scheduled for replacement. Izaak arrived and demonstrated the same friendliness and professionalism weve come to see from all the techs. He was clearly experienced, answered all my questions, was happy to explain everything, and was able to swap the failed valve quickly with the same make/model, to eliminate the need to modify any piping. We were back up and running in 30 minutes. I also want to note attention to detail - before shutting off the water at the meter, Izaak asked if we had any recirculating pumps or anything else that might be negatively impacted by having the water shut off. We didnt - but that level of attention to detail could save a customer from unintended consequences. These guys know their stuff. Exceptional service!

After calling other places, ASAP was out same day on the weekend to troubleshoot a clog. They scoped out pipes and saw a massive bunch of roots that needed taken care of immediately. Yesterday I had my main water line blow up and as most people do I panicked. Jesse did a fantastic job! It started with an emergency call last night for sewer backing up. Jesse was at my door within 90 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and unclogged the main and the sink. Was told theyd send someone out. We understand, thay were very bust. They show up the following day. Landon, and I guess at some point Peter showed up. This is where I got a little frustrated. Before I left , I had a ralk with Landon asking him to call me with updates. He never called me. He passed information to my bartenders, who were super busy. I wasnt able to ask any questions. Which I did have. At the end of the day, they finally got the job done. At no additional cost to us. Other Than the communication, these guys were great. Jesse was amazing. I recently had foot surgery which makes it difficult to manually soak a recently transplanted tree. I bought an automatic timer to do the job but the old faucet leaked when its partially open. ASAP Plumbing not only had availability the next day (I called late on a Friday) but they had the cheapest price out of the other two companies I called. Isaac showed up on time and was very professional, courteous and polite. He removed the old faucet and installed a new one.
