I needed a shower cartridge/controller part replaced. 10am they said someone would be there in an hour. Shortly after scheduling they said the tech was running late so I rescheduled at 1pm as I was working from home and had an hour long meeting and lunch. I got a text saying tech between 1-3pm. At 2pm, I got another text saying he was running late. At 3pm, another text saying he was running late. 4pm I got a phone call saying he was running late. At 4:15pm a call saying they just realized I have been waiting since 1pm and tech will be there in a half hour. 4:45pm Armando showed up. Armando did good job and was very nice.

I had to call for help on a weekend as I had two toilets that were clogged. They were able to schedule me in quickly. Armando was great, polite, and efficient. He explained everything to me, not only telling me what he believed the initial problem was but also provided insight as to what else could be causing the problem with both toilets. Great service, I highly recommend their company!

Very expensive for a 5 minute visit. I had tried to DIY replace the fill valve for my toilet and the rubber grommet had got stuck in the original unit. Armando was able to identify this was likely what happened when shown the issue. I pulled out the original unit, extracted the grommet and installed it and my hose was no longer leaking. $100 dollars seemed excessive, but Armando’s quick diagnosis was appreciated, so I can’t complain too much.

Where is the 10 stars? Mark Lewis from Roto-rooter deserves 10 stars when he rescued me on Easter Sunday.I am not going to go into the dumb mistake I made but I called the company for plumbing emergency around 530pm since I have to shut off water to the house. The initial person came within an hour but unfortunately he didn’t have the part to fix the problem and nowhere is opened by then. He called dispatch and luckily Mark has the part and he showed up before 8pm. Nicest guy and very knowledgeable, he explained to me what he is going to, fixed the problem within 20 minutes, tested and confirmed everything is in working order again. I don’t know what I am going to do if Mark didn’t show up. Roto-Rooter is lucky to have someone like Mark Lewis working for the company. Roto-Rooter is my go to plumbing company to call and Mark Lewis is who I will request going forward.

My water heater was not working and with my busy schedule I couldn’t take the time to do a ton of research so called Roto rotor and Armando came out. Armando was awesome. He figured out that I just tripped a beaker and so I just reset it, and the water heater started to work again. There was no charge for him to come out and look at it and ended up being a simple fix. I really can’t thank him enough and I appreciate companies like this that are not trying to nickel and dime people. Roto-Rooter has definitely earned my future business!

He had to do it twice and never gave us the feeling he was rushing. Once the blockage was cleared, he thoroughly tested to make sure everything was draining completely and cleaned up so everything was completely in order. I called the company early in the morning and to my suprise they had plumbers coming out within the hour! Luis and Terrance arrived quickly, were very friendly and knowledgeable. The estimate given was fair and the quality of work was amazing, I almost don’t want to use the toilet and soil their work haha. They pulled out an old broken toilet and installed my new one. They used better hardware than was provided because they care about quality that much more than competitors. The job was done in a timely manner and they cleaned everything up. They left my bathroom cleaner than it was before. I will definitely be recommending this company and using them again, especially Luis and Terrance. The customer service center when scheduling the appointment even gave me a coupon to save money on their services! Overall I am extremely satisfied.

I called 3 other rooter services on a Saturday afternoon and they promised someone would call back in an hour but no response from 2 and 3rd said tech was on the way, except when they gave me his number for details to get to my house he said he was at lunch and would be another hour at least. I finally called Roto-rooter and got a call back in 15 mins and tech was here 20 mins later. My tech Armando worked on a very stubborn clean out past 11pm came back on Sunday and wouldnt stop until it was clear. Thanks Roto-rooter!

Terence came out to clean the drain in my bathroom shower. The drain was extremely clogged causing water to back up into/onto my shower floor. It took Terence quite a while to get his equipment to cut through the clog, but he was patient and diligent, even when it appeared that I may have a larger issue with the pipe structure... and he would not leave until he completely solved my issue. I paid more than I expected, but it was well worth it for the peace of mind Terence was able to provide me with his excellent workmanship and professionalism. I wouldnt hesitate to call roto rooter again with any similar issues

He was unable to fix the kitchen sink clog since there is a huge amount of buildup in the pipes so he recommended a power wash for the drain. February 8, 2023Late in the afternoon two days ago I happened to notice a lot of water pooling in my front landscape gravel and yard. After eventually figuring out it wasnt coming from the landscape drip system, I called the plumbing company we used a few years ago for a new water heater, and was told they could not come out until February 14th! I found Roto-Rooter on the internet and called them. A lady Karen who handled my call couldnt have been more pleasant, took the information, and after telling her my family could survive overnight with the water to the house turned off, arranged for a serviceman to come the following morning, yesterday. It turned out to be a spontaneous break underground in the main PVC water line leading up to the front of my house after 30 years. I have to say Terence G. who came to the house was a terrific service technician.... on time, most pleasant, highly professional, and assessed the problem and set about to fix it.From the service I just experienced, I give a big thumbs up to Roto-Rooter. Thank you!

Two different plumbing companies could not identify the source of the leak and recommended taking up a portion of our wood floor to find the source of the leak. I made an Appointment with a third company Roto Rooter and within 5 minutes of the supervisor s arrival he identified the source of the leak. In a couple hours the tech arrived and had the leak fixed and everything back in good condition. Three days of leaking and no opinion on the problem and the two gentlemen from Roto Roiter who could not have been nicer and professional had us back to normal within hours!!

He was exceptionally thorough with his trainee as well, and they cleaned up after themselves, and inspected the work before they left. Heres my story with all its ups and downs...After a weekend of house sitting for friends I come home to a condo that is partially empty. My boyfriend packed up his things without saying anything and left after months of problems. I was relieved and angry.I started cleaning the house and doing laundry. Two loads of laundry in and my washer on the spin cycle I notice water under the machine. I shut off the machine and run into the bedroom to find a towel only to find a larger amount of water spilling out onto the floor. I call an emergency service who states that cant get anyone out until the next day...I turn off the water to the machine but the flood just keeps coming! The boyfriend shows up to witness me in a state most will never see me in and we figure out how to shut off all the water. We spend the next four hours cleaning up all the water with brooms, a squeegee and shop towels.The next morning, bright and early, Andre from Roto Rooter came to save the day! He quickly figured out a pipe burst from someone else using a shark bite connector during a previous repair long before I moved in over three years ago.Him and his assistant had the repair done in less than two hours and the price turned out to be much lower than expected. They also sent someone out for a free evaluation of any water damage.My landlord is happy, Im happy, and my cats can go back to napping.Now if only I could find someone to repair my now ex boyfriend.
