Chase was so great! I sent a message about an urgent notice from the City requiring the backflow valve inspection at one of my properties. I had been out of the country for the last month, then I was sick for a week.I sent the copy of the notice at midnight Saturday. It was a holiday weekend, so I didn’t think I had a chance.Chase not only answered me, he did so immediately, and he had his crew take care of it on Monday morning.Above and beyond!

We are a Taco Bell franchise with 14 stores. Metering Services has been one of those vendors who is consistently 100% on top of every need we have. Any time I get a letter from one of the cities that we need a back flow prevention test, theyve already got us on the schedule and confirm that with me. If there is ever a leak, they are all over it. They do the work, so we dont have to. Ive always had excellent, professional communication with Gina from Metering Services. I would recommend these folks to anyone needing services that they provide. They are dialed in, and organized. They know what theyre doing and can communicate professionally and succinctly.

Before I opened a new restaurant, the inspector from the Town of Gilbert required me to have backflow testing and backflow reports. The inspector sent me a list of companies that do these kinds of things. Metering Services was one of them that was on the list. I’m glad I didn’t make a bad choice! The lady who scheduled my appointment was very nice. The owner Chase was very professional and answered all of my questions very patiently! We will definitively have them to do the yearly backflow inspection in the future!

As president of my HOA, I have hired numerous companies for our backflow test and repair, until we encountered the excellent customer service and great prices of Metering Services. Now, they are the only company we call! They specialize in water meters and backflows so their prices are so good. Dont call a plumber or some other company that also does backflow once in a while. Instead call the experts at Metering Services.

Top notch and HONEST customer service! We had some issues with our main irrigation line leaking and they helped us fix it. Most importantly though, was the attention to detail and customer service.
