    I had a really great experience with this company when my kitchen sink/disposal started leaking. From scheduling the appointments to getting my questions answered, and having quality work completed, the staff were all very professional, communicative, and friendly. They made a stressful situation much more tolerable!10/10 recommend! I included the messy before work and the space-saving, quality after pictures.This company has also been taking care of our HOAs boilers for about a year now and they have helped us resolve hot water issues that prior companies couldnt troubleshoot. They have been responsive to leaks and continue to fix poor craftsmanship as they come across it. Theyve made critical recommendations and upgrades for efficiency and to help extend the longevity of the system. We are grateful to have them as a partner in our community!!

    Great Service-Called ahead when on their way; very knowledgeable and understood my situation. Fixed it fast. Only issue I thought I would mention is they appear to not carry supplies on their truck so had to go to hardware store. Which if billed by time could be a concern. Also, tech did not put on boot covers when entering home. I still give them 4 stars as the tech was very polite, patient and did a good job.

    On Feb 11th Devon came out to our residence to diagnose the cause and origin of a leak that caused our 1400sf house to be flooded underneath the floors. This has been a very stressful experience, as I am I new home owner. Im also not the most patient person and I tend to over communicate! Devon, Harley and Conner made the plumbing repairs less stressful and I have confidence that the work was completed correctly by a skilled team. Highly recommend DC Family Plumbing and their team.

    So last week we had our drains BACKED UP. For about 3 days I tried to drain o it and use this crystal heat stuff to burn it out, no dice. I called them up, they had a guy out in 30 min (impressive), and knocked it out in another 30 min! Our guy was Connor. Super friendly and professional, he worked around us, babies and dogs. Honestly Im saving my time and patience and calling them first thing from now on, Thank you Connor!

    I can say hold heartedly the Plumber who came to preform the work are excellent and professional. And went ahead and did the major part of repair. But, I was disappointed to find out when the correct trim had not been order and was not in stock. Now I wait again for the trim and for install to be completed. Not sure where the breakdown occurred, luckily my work schedule is flexible enough to accommodate the additional visit required.

    We called for service on our A/C and was able to get an appointment for the next day, which was fine, as it was not an emergency. Connor came out on schedule and checked everything out. No repairs were required.

    I contacted DC Plumbing on a Sunday morning.They responded within about 5 minutes and gave me a time frame for when they would arrive. They kept in touch providing updates about their arrival time and who would be coming to do the repair. I had an RO system that had leaked into my sink cabinet. The leak would not stop. They ended up arriving earlier than expected and made the repair. The tech also gave me some information about another plumbing issue I have. Very knowledgeable, personable and professional service tech. I highly recommend DC plumbing anytime you have a plumbing issue.
