On top of that, he provided a fair price that was even below the warranty price.Shawn went above and beyond by wearing shoe coverings to ensure he didnt track any outside dirt into our home. He also took the time, per my request, to obtain all the HVAC serial numbers so that I could register them since the builder’s warranty was only for two years.     Scott was very attentive to my AC/Heating unit and all it entailed. And did a remarkable job! Scott is a very respectful man as well and a great worker. Scott stayed on the job till completed.I am very pleased. The expense was extremely High for a 2 1/2 hr, but in the long run I hope it proves itself.At least I have peace of mind!

    Our water heater bursts. We end up calling two companies. One was Parker and Sons and Collins Comfort Masters. Parker and Sons was very pricey. So, we went with Collins Comfort Master because they offered us a very reasonable price. Being a first time customer using this company, we were very pleased with the work Damon has done. He did such an amazing job! He was knowledgeable of what he does. He was very pleasant and professional. He took pride in his work. We wish everyone is like Damon. We highly recommend him and we will use him again in the future for any plumber needs.

    My wife and I decided to take a chance and visit the Costco kiosk for an estimate on a new HVAC system, and we are so glad we did. Collins Comfort, the company associated with Costco, exceeded our expectations. Despite never having used Costco or Collins before, we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and efficiency of the process. From scheduling the estimator to the quick installation, everything went smoothly. The installers were top-notch and the installation was flawless. Despite the heat during the installation, it was completed quicker than we had anticipated. Now, we are enjoying our cool home thanks to our new HVAC system. We are grateful to Costco and Collins Comfort for a job well done.Update: We’ve been having issues with a few rooms not getting cool enough. So we called on Collins to come see what could be done. The sent Ashton who worked very hard to correct the air flow issues. After a hour or so he made a great difference.The bigger concern is that when our salesman was here, he said he would make sure that the installers put dampers on each duct. Well they didn’t install them and this could be why we have to have Collins come out to correct it. Now dampers are far better for the equipment than zip-ties. So we’ll see how this goes for now.

    Gabriel and Tyler did a fantastic job installing our new air conditioning on our roof. They were very professional, on time and finished in two hours.     Daniel and Juan came over today to assist with three projects. The 20 year old valves behind the washing machine were corroded and wouldn’t turn off so they got replaced. Then purchased a new IKEA vanity and sink that has a unique hook up requirement in order to fit two full sized drawers which they were able to install eventhough they hadn’t done one before. Finally I had a new toilet to put in that had a flange that sat way higher than it should have above the floor which they cut down and replaced. Both Daniel and Juan were friendly and professional. Their work looks great and charged me for exactly what the estimate covered even though my particular projects were a bit of a PITA bcz of my home construction. I appreciate their problem solving and will continue to stick with Collins Comfort for my plumbing needs!

    Brandon was great. Collins Comfort Masters Techs are honest and straight forward. Brandon resolved the problem I had with Plumbing Masters and $150.00 cheaper than Plumbing Masters! The Tech by the name of Saul Baca (Plumbing Masters) lied about the part being under warranty. Then he took the part from my Tankless water heater with him, without my consent. Baca is a shady Tech! Do NOT use this guy Saul from Plumbing Masters, he will lie to you & try to rip you off!Go with Collins Comfort Masters. Ask for Brandon- he’s the man!

    Joshua did an excellent job, he was very thorough took his time to explain in detail several of the key points to understanding how the sizes, ratings and qualifications are achieved and why they matter to selection of the proper equipment for the home. He did it simply so that even non-technical people would understand. He answered all of our questions so that we had a complete picture of what we would be getting, how it would be installed and what would be expected during the process as well as the guarantees and services going forward. He also walked us through multiple payment options. An all-around complete picture!Appreciate his coming out (same day) as our initial contact with Costco. He is an excellent asset to the Collins Company.

This review is regarding their plumbing divisionThanks to Chase for his professionalism, knowledge, patience, and your ability to answer 1000 questions! The pipes connected to our sprinkler breaker Pressure valve that are underground had holes in them and we were dripping water down the street. Chase did a great job and came out on a Sunday so that we would have water in our home. We are grateful and definitely will be reusing Collins Comfort Masters and recommend them to others. The photo is a picture of our water leaking down the street that Chase fixed for us.

    My outside water shutoff wasnt doing so. Time to replace it. Plumber Brandon got the job done in about an hour, including replacing the main ball valve, but also replacing the PVC lines to my irrigation system with copper to spare it from the sun. It looks like a piece of modern industrial art. We shouldnt have to touch it again for a long time.

The job site was so clean you wouldnt have know we had a new a/c unit installed . I would highly recommend Collins to anyone looking to replace an a/c system.     Jacob and Taylor from Collins Comfort Masters arrived on time (7:30 am) to install our new Lennox/Costco AC to replace our broken 20 year old system. There was a miscalculation on the size of the ground unit and it was an inch too wide to get thru our side gate. A crane was dispatched but would not arrive until 2pm.The guys advised us they would work on installing the attic unit and do everything so that when the crane arrives, they would be able to finish the install in less than an hour. They kept us updated through the whole process. My husband and I work from home and they were very considerate to make sure they didnt disturb us. They were very professional but also very friendly and we enjoyed interacting with them. These guys are good at their job and they also seem to enjoy it. (it wasnt over 80F yet!)I would highly recommend Collins Comfort for any work you need for your home. They are very prompt, professional and also worked with us to get the best discounts and even arranged financing. Everyone involved, Kayla at the office, Tanner Whittaker the salesman, Jacob and Taylor the techs were all outstanding and exceeded our expectations.

    I met with Dan from Collins Comfort and he evaluated my old AC unit. He suggested a great unit and their company offered Educational discounts for being a teacher. It didnt take long to pick out and settle on a unit, as I was familiar with the cost of new units with install they beat every other bid I had previously got with a tier one product.I would highly recommend this company.

    So let me start by saying I did my research, I had 7 estimates, and this is why I made my choice for Collins Comfort Masters through their Costco Program. Im so glad that I did and will recommend them to anyone. There is a reason they have over 7k positive google reviews! The whole process was easy and quick.I moved into my townhome back in 2002...the A/C unit that came with it was installed in 1995. This is the unit I replaced this week. Yes, it almost lasted 30 years. I know things arent made to last like they were back in the day but going with the same manufacturer made sense to me. My old unit has been slowly dying for the last 3 years and this year I couldnt risk it giving its final cold breath when its 115+ degrees out there.I quoted Trane, American Standard, Bosch, Lennox and Goodman. Besides the Lennox all were between 13-14 seer and the Lennox was 16 seer. The quotes I was receiving were between 9k and 16k. Manufacturers usually test their units no higher than 117 degrees and Lennox over 120 so that makes sense in AZ. I need lower SRP bills not higher with it colling down to 70 degrees in the summer I needed the efficiency!I went into Costco to buy fans while waiting for the repair guy from my Home warranty to see if he can put a band aid on her and get her to work until i can get a new unit....walking out they had their HVAC representatives and I walked over and asked if they can send someone to do an estimate, I was excited to see their brand was Lennox.2 hours later I was meeting with Tanner, he was a wealth of information, This was 8pm on a Wednesday and they were here Friday at 640 am to start the replacement process, with the hiccup they were done around 230. 620am Tyler called to let me know that he and Gabriel were 15 mins away. They arrived and started the set-up process, called a crane, walked me through the process and were just all around awesome!! When they left they left all the junk including the old unit by the curb and then their haul away company pulled up to clear everything up and left the place spotless. Once the work was completed they showed me how to use the new smart thermostat they installed and I was all set to start cooling down!! They answered all my questions and made the process simple and easy. No headaches no problems and that made me a very happy customer.All of the estimates I received had a * saying if they find other problems along the way, that will add to my original estimate.....NOT with the Costco program (Thank goodness b/c of course they came upon a wiring issue and didnt charge me just re-wired and it took an extra 2 hrs, which was fine with me.)All units came with a 10yr warranty, this one came with that too, plus Costco warranty of 5-year Lemon so if something breaks within the 1st 5 years, they replace the whole unit not just the part, Costco cash back will give me back over $1800, Im getting $450 SRP credit and $2k tax credit, So after those Im down a nice chunk. They file the SRP certificate for you by using your SRP account number, I dont have to do anything. I also have the peace of mind knowing that Costco doesnt associate their name with just anyone. They are all about quality!I highly recommend these folks!

    Garret, the sales guy was the only person out of the several companies that I contacted that actually knew what he was talking about. Installers were professional and completed their work quickly. And they cleaned up after the job! We had a 22 SEER variable speed installed. This unit is amazingly quiet and efficient. We also had the Pure Air S air purification system installed. We can tell that it is already helping reduce the allergens and irritants in the indoor air. The air purification system is a must if you have asthma. Overall, 5 stars!

    We have had a great experience with Collins Comfort Masters with the purchase and installation of our new air conditioner/heat exchange. Mason and Cayden did an excellent job on the install and explaining what they were doing. They were respectful, hard workers and knew exactly what to do. They worked efficiently and seamlessly. They made sure they kept the house clean at all times, from wearing paper booties before the install to laying down canvas on the floors, to hanging plastic over the attic access area. They took the trim down over the access and at the end, put it up without needing any additional workers involved. As Cayden finished the clean up, Mason explained the thermostat to us and showed us how it worked. He left us with all the manuals for the equipment that had been installed as well as for the thermostat. All paperwork was completed and copies left with us. We cant recommend them highly enough. Our salesman, Garrett, was also great. He explained everything about the unit we were purchasing, answered all our questions, went over all the paperwork and told us exactly what the installers were going to do and how long it would take. Six hours. And it went exactly how he said. Everyone was in contact as each step took place, from emails to phone calls to texts saying they were on the way. My husband and I definitely recommend Collins Comfort Masters for a good experience on replacing an A/C unit.

    When I found my kitchen pipe leak on Christmas Eve afternoon I was afraid I was not easy going to find a plumber. I called a few places with no luck.     Edgar M. and Cirilo did an amazing job. They called before they were going to arrive and they were right on schedule. One of the first things they asked was if we had any pets which was very considerate. Once they got the job started the completed it quickly. I feel like most AC companies can take all day but not these two guys and after they completed the job my house was cleaner than when they started. They explained to me how to use the new thermostat and they left me with all the manuals. The experience was so much better than I thought!

    The sales process started last December. We re-engaged this weekend to avoid the annual and new coolant price hikes coming in January. We returned to Collin’s (through Costco) largely because of Tim. His professionalism, thoroughness, and no-pressure sales are greatly appreciated. Installation is scheduled for tomorrow.Update: Now that it’s cooler the heat kicked on and the downstairs was not heating. Collins sent Carlos out in a few hours and corrected the issue quickly, courteously, and at no cost to us (labor warranty). Also scheduled a complimentary plumbing inspection for next week. Service continues to be stellar. Scheduling was done conveniently on their website and the woman who called to confirm was also very pleasant and professional. Recommended.

It ended up being a switch which was replaced on the same visit and a new seal kit that was showing signs of wear. Johnathan was upfront and honest and the repair cost was very reasonable.

    My sales associate, Joshua Wiegel was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He explained all of my options without applying any pressure. Helped me find the best unit for my family, explained all financing options, and even helped me apply for rebates. Installation was quick and efficient. They arrived at 7:00AM on a Saturday and were cleaned up and gone by 1:00PM. Since it is still summer in AZ time was of the essence any my home never got uncomfortable. I would recommend Collins to my family and friends.

    Im exceptionally happy with the outstanding job Damon did for us! After numerous calls to various different plumbers, I finally found someone who not only knew what they were doing, but were completely honest about what was needed, and what was not. I had several items on my list to be completed/inspected. Damon showed up on time, assessed all my requests, educated me on what was needed, what was not, the reasons why, and how he was going to go about completing the job. (SAME DAY!)His explanations were appreciated, so I had a better understanding of how everything works and what he was going to install to make things better.I have an older home, and I had some interesting pipes in the front of the house that others had no idea what they were and where they went to. Damon knew the second he looked at them and told me exactly what they were and how he can upgrade them and make it more aesthetically pleasing and more efficient. He kept me posted every step of the way and got the job done quickly. It was greatly appreciated and I will definitely call him first if I need any other work done.

    Starting with my initial call with Teighlor, in home estimate with Joshua, and the install by Mario and Ammon, I have had the absolute best experience with Collins!We had a total of 4 companies come out to give us quotes on a new unit. He was kind, professional, and even pet our K9, which most people are apprehensive about (I usually have to keep him crated when strangers are over.)     It’s time to replace our aging 19-yo heat pump systems. While I did not expect to make a decision this fast, Dan’s experience and knowledge of the HVAC industry made this an easy purchase decision and I had my 2 brand new units (3.5T and 2.5T) installed the next business day! I replaced (2) 19-yo original Trane XR-12 units with Lennox units. I had 2 install crews arrive at the same time (Carson & Jaxen; Edgar P & Daniel). Everything was completed extremely professionally in 1 day and these guys do darn good work. Their installs were both far better than the original equipment. They re-leveled both pads, removing them first and backfilling the missing dirt. They carefully caulked around the new CB breaker box and the connecting ductwork. They explained everything to me. Text messages from Collins were timely and accurate and the whole install is really sweet. And it works great and is much quieter than I expected! I highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters and the Lennox units. I will absolutely use Collins again because I am really picky about the quality of the install, and their installs are 10 stars!!!! I will absolutely share with my neighbors who are due for new units soon!

    My AC unit stopped working on Friday, 8/2/24 made an appointment on Saturday with Collins comfort to come out today Sunday, and Tim was the one to show up. He asked some questions, took a look at my AC unit, and obviously I knew it was done, so he explained the process, and the costs very thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was very professional but at the same time very nice to talk to, I felt comfortable with my decision to hired them for the job, thanks to him!8/6/24 got the AC unit installed today by Gabriel and Tyler. They arrived on time and got to work right away, they had everything installed and running within 3hrs. Besides being super nice and knowledgeable their work was spotless, couldn’t be happier with their service.     I had purchased a new AC unit from Collins 3 years ago, and yesterday I had a tech from a different company point out to me the gaps from the condenser unit to the air handler, and was therefore losing cold air in my attic. I received a quote from them and then decided to engage with Collins for their tech to come out and confirm. I was informed of the usual dispatch technician fee, and I was acknowledged it.Technician Ryan came out, listened to my issues and dutifully went up in the attic and did confirm that after the initial install, there was poor craftsmanship from the initial installers, and he therefore spent the time to correct the leak and showed me the end results.My overall impression with Collins is that theyre a solid reputable company and that Ryan was very trustworthy, and well spoken and kept me informed throughout the job. I was not charged anything for his work order, and I appreciate that Collins empowers their techs to make a decision that is right for the customer.

    I believe my technicians first name was Wyatt. He called ahead to let me know of his arrival time and showed up right on time. After he covered his work shoes he went to work testing our city water. He told me that our water was good but not great, due to it being city supplied water. He then went to the garage where he re-set our water softener on the unit and also the unit on the interior of our house. He then asked if we had any questions. Told us someone would return to check out the softener again in about 4 months, but if we had any difficulties to contact the company again. We signed his documentation and he left our home with our unit operating great again. Wyatt was quick with his work and was very pleasant. Hes an asset and a great representative for your company.

    Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Checked everything before making any decisions. Even helped with financing. Would recommend and would use again.After several weeks of enjoying our new AC. We noticed two rooms at one end of our house. Were not as cool. We called. They promptly set up a time for Adam to come out and check things. Adam was great. He spent hours in our attic. Redid our ductwork and hopefully fixed the problem. He was helpful, courteous, professional, and just friendly. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

    Gabriel had to install the unit by himself, but did a quality installation. He took the time to explain the operation of the united help setup the app. Very friendly.We had a service call to check out a high pitch noise, and Tanner did an excellent job checking out the unit. He found only 1 screw holding in the blower motor,which was likely the problem. We love the unit and are very happy of the follow up by Collins.And finally, Tim Keenan has done an excellent job of following up on any concerns we had, after the new installation! So far, Collins Comfort Masters has been highly professional, knowledgeable, and a class act.Just had a service call by Carlos to check out a loud humming noise during heating. He went through the system throughly, and determined everything was OK, and we were experiencing different sound levels based on multi-stage operation. He answered all our questions, and set us up for a free plumbing inspection. This company is great!The All About Water group sent Wyatt Fryhover out for a water quality. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, was not pushy. We had him rebuild our 12 year old water softener and it works like a charm. Cant say enough good about this young man.At the same time had Nick Ryan out for a plumbing inspection, and he changed out the anode and water hookups to my 8onth old water heater. Nick is reliable and through on his plumbing work, but I was a little dismayed by the markup on parts! They were at least 5 times the cost as can be found at the hardware store. Love the company, but cant say much about the value.

    Mario and Fernando installed my new 5T 2 stage Lennox HVAC today. They were on time and the guy with crane was 15 minutes early.. they all worked together like a well oiled machine. They all worked very efficiently and cleaned everything up at the end. They took pictures of all the work and inspected my ductwork at my request. Mario linked the new thermostat to my phone and showed me how to use it. He also tested the system once everything was hooked up.I was very pleased with the installation from start to finish.     Mike Robertson of Collis Comfort Masters came out to verify that in fact there is no secondary calibration needed at the ac unit, that there is only 1 thermostat, a misnomer spoken by the previous tech. Mike was an awesome tech and helpful. I am not giving 5 stars only because I was not given the information just to have a tech come to talk to me in person would be $89. This issue could have been settled over the phone. And this in itself is a business process issue that needs to updated. So yes, you Mr. manager need to see to it that CSR remind callers if they advise a customer to have a tech to come out there is an associated fee.
