My experience with All Aloha Plumbing from the initial contact on their website to setting up an appointment to being contacted on the phone to be easy and convenient. They came out to see us on a Sunday to install a water heater we already had. Cole, our plumber, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our experience because they were professional, diligent and fair with their prices. We received awesome service and I would easily recommend them to my neighbors and friends. We called All Aloha plumbing, for a toilet emergency and they were the only company in the valley able to get to us the with in 24 hours even on a Sunday. They sent a plumber named Cole W. out to assess the issue. He was friendly and knowledgeable of his craft. He was also okay with me kinda standing over his shoulder asking questions and even welcoming to the idea of me lending a hand where needed to allow me to learn some stuff of his craft. Louis came out today and absolutely hustled to get the job done. Called at 8:00, plumber here at 9:30. George was very personable. Had a few difficulties with the regulator installation. But stuck with it until installed. It was a tough job, had to fit a regulator into a fixed gap of copper pipes. Very satisfied customer.

This past Sunday I went online to look for a plumber to fix some bathroom issues in my mothers home. I was surprised that Stephanie answered the phone and place a request to have a techinician come out the very next day. On Monday, I received a call stating if we could reschedule because the available tech was finishing up a job. I was expecting the tech to come out the next day but we were able to reschedule for the same day. This company has FANTASTIC customer service skills. I advised I would be handling the payments and communication for my 74 year old mother. They were accomodating and I spoke with Kaleb who sent me a quote and photos via text to approve the work. I was expecting to pay at least $800 for the work. When he completed it ended up being $600 with a senior citizen applied. Kaleb also explained that there were other damages and was able to refer us to another plumber who would help my mom file an insurance claim to fix the water damage that was found. My mom said they were really good to her and explained the process and provided details and were very patience. Thank you kindly for making this process less stressful and being an advocate for the senior citizens in the community!

Kaleb Pense from All Aloha Plumbing arrived promptly and did a great job! We needed 2 toilets worked on, and drain and diverter repair on an old cast iron tub/shower. He needed to do some reconstruction work on the tub, but its working well now. He showed us what he was doing at each stage so we know whats under the hood as well as seeing the finished results. It didnt give me an option for a new review. For these leaks and a different leak Kai came out before. She has been great and very thorough. Yesterday she unfortunately had to work outside for hours, and she had to fix/ chane out several copper pipes, but she explained everything and did a great job. We have had the pleasure of working with Kalib and Kai and both are outstanding.Kaleb was friendly as usual and wasted no time getting everything hooked up. My technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. They had all the tools and components they needed to complete the work, and the job was done quickly. They were very mindful of my home, and diligently put on booties before entering my house. After evaluating the work that needed to be done they walked us through every aspect of the job and made us aware of any near future concerns that may come up due to the age of our equipment. All in all we were well informed and comfortable before they preformed any work. Not only was the technician knowledgeable and skilled, their dispatch team has also been wonderful every step of the process as well. Theyre always friendly and empathetic to our water blues and provide us all the information we needed each time we called.

Kaleb worked miracles! We are so lucky he was the tech that was dispatched to us. We’re renting an older house with bad plumbing (or so all the plumbers have told us). He went above and beyond and not only fix the main line clog, but he took the time to explain what may be causing it so the next time we have to call a plumber out, they know where to start. We have really old plumbing with no ventilation system and this seems to be a trend with this home unfortunately as this is the 2nd time we’ve had to have a plumber come out. He started last night but this was a very difficult job and came back first thing in the morning to make sure the job got done. He’s incredibly dedicated with great integrity and cares about his clients and their wellbeing, all rare traits these days. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable plumber, we highly recommend Kaleb!
