    Do not use this company! They totally took advantage of my 84-year-old mother and charged her $2229 for a water heater she didn’t even need. First off $2300 for water heater? Along with being rude and degrading to her as well. No invoice until after the job was done. I will say the girl that answers the phone was very very nice but George 👎🏽I would like to say that the owner of the company resolved this issue & was VERY understanding & accommodating. I appreciate her wonderful customer service & will recommend their services because of it.Thank you!!

    Dan came out and completed our 1st yearly maintenance on our water softener. Even though, it turned out we had to book another appointment for a sediment filtration system - we were very pleased with Dan’s attitude & efficiency. He was able to provide us tips and explain what he was there to do and what we needed based on his findings. After flush our water heater and watching all the sediment and sludge pour out of our water heater…we’re relieved this was caught by Dan’s eye for detail. Thanks Dan for your assistance!!

    Dana came out to check my R/O and water softener which hadnt been serviced since I purchased my home three years ago. He wad very patient about explaining how everything worked and what routine care should be done over what intervals. While he was at my home, he pointed out a couple of other non - related plumbing issues that will eventually need to be addressed, but he was very respectful about my budget and didnt pressure me to do the work right away. I appreciate knowing work that may need to be done in the future so I can budget appropriately. Very pleased with this service call.

    I received my first half year service visit this morning from All About Water and so far so GREAT! I was notified by phone and text 20 minutes prior to my 7AM appointment from my service advisor Keatin, I not only very much appreciated his communication but also his promptness getting to my house 5 minutes early. After he replaced the filters for the RO system he left me with detailed instructions that I needed until my next visit. Keatin was awesome, he went above and beyond with his inspection and service!Thank you Keatin!

    Excellent service! Roofer put a nail through my water softener line and had to turn off water to the house. Called this office to explain and even tho their repair service was booked a week or more in advance, they got a great technician out within 2 hrs. He did a phenomenal job crawling up in the attic to identify the problem and diagnose the fix. He showed me the puncture and explained what he did. Terrific job Dana, many thanks!!

    We have been with this company over 14 years. During this time needless to say we met a lot of technicians. Mostly all of them were friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting a monthly plan for your water softener and RO system. Definitely saves a day when you need regular maintenance or have a problem. Customer Service is always friendly and schedule an appointment is a breeze.

    Back in January we purchased a soft water system for our house and Jeremy installed it. We have been very pleased with it since! Recently our fridge stopped working and had to replace it. Since our home was built without a water line to the fridge, we called to Ecowater Systems for the installation of a water line (and a special request to have Jeremy install it). They promptly scheduled the appointment! He installed the water line and serviced our water softener system while he was at our house. Jeremy is thorough in his craft and we are thankful for his hard work! We appreciate it! Thank you Jeremy!!

    David Norton was extremely thorough. Explained exactly what needed to be done. Gave us the option of doing it or not. He also gave us options on maintenance for looking at short ($) term. Patiently demonstrated how to perform a couple of regular maintenance tasks ourselves to prolong the life of our equipment. Also told us about the maintenance contract, but not at all in a pushy sales kind of way, just very factual and informational.In short, I cant recommend him or this company highly enough. Were very happy with our equipment and the regular service we get from them.

    We are so glad we chose All About Water for our water softener and reverse osmosis system. Today Keatin White came and serviced the reverse osmosis and changed out the filters. He inspected the osmosis system, water softener and checked out the water heater. He then explained how well everything is working and suggested the recommendations.     All About Water has been great! They educated this Portland transplant on why Phoenix water tastes the way it does! The service techs have been fantastic. It took more work to get my system installed, and then did a quick follow-up to get my water system connected to the web, and get my dryer vent reconnected. I am really impressed with this company!

    We bought a drinking water sink filter and soft water tank (All About Water, Eco Water) at Costco. We are confident the filters we bought from this company are working as stated. Our drinking water is clear and tastes good. The soft water is always available and helping preserve our plumbing. The automated systems alerts us visually about the water quality. The Telephone Customer Service Rep is always quick and knowledgeable. Our filter refills are received in 1-2 days. If on-site technical help is required, the technicians are on-time, fast, explain everything they do, and make recommendations if self-maintenance is required.

    Our water pressure was super high and our water softener was leaking. The technician was prompt, quick, and answered a TON of questions that I had before, during and after fixing everything.     We inherited All About Waters services when we purchased a home with an existing EcoWater Softener and RO system already installed. I have always been somewhat leery of committing to proprietary equipment/services, generally preferring to buy more universal brands, so that I have a broader choice in service companies. Well, I can honestly say that All About Water has done nothing but impress me with their attention to quality service and equipment. We have a relationship with another plumbing company (because they happen to already service our HVAC), but All About Waters service technicians spend way more time explaining and maintaining issues, and their service pricing is actually better than the competitor we occasionally work with... As an extreme bonus, Misty and April are absolutely wonderful office representatives to communicate with!!! When the time comes, I will likely decide to have All About Water add some supplemental equipment (by EcoWater) based solely on my interactions with them! Thank you ladies!!!

    I believe we have been with Eco Water since we moved into the area in 2003. So our 15 year relationship has been through the test of time. We have been diligent to keep up on our maintenance and have enjoyed our soft water and the benefits of it. Our neighbors who don’t have soft water have pitted sinks and water faucets with calcified gunk everywhere. Ours look relatively brand new. We also have had some unexpected expenses that come with water softeners such as parts failing. You just have to roll with the punches when it comes to these things though as things break eventually. We have always either enjoyed Joe or George or anyone who has come to our home as they have always been professional and respectful of our home and pets. We recently have had a new tech, Tyler. Of course I was hesitant, but Tyler proved himself to be not only knowledgeable but also very professional and of course respectful of our home and pets. Our biggest fear with professionals coming to our home has always been the fear of losing a pet to the outside. And each technician over the years has understood our fears and have respected our wishes to keep all doors closed and have been mindful of our pets.We recently just signed up for an maintenance contract as we have seen the value that it presents. Making monthly payments vs dealing with unexpected larger costs makes sense to us. By signing up, we also got a recent discount on some plumbing needs that we requested! A great value overall.We couldn’t be more pleased with the team at Eco Water. I have never had an issue with making appointments or rescheduling either. And during our kitchen flooding, the team did their part to get our soft water and R/O system up and running quickly.We highly recommend Eco Water Chandler for standing the test of time. And kudos to Tyler for surpassing my expectations!

    The All About Water people just completed the install of their system. The sales through install process was painless, very pleasant, and professional. If the system works as good as their people we will be very pleased. I will modify this review if I have any problems with the system. I would have given five stars if they had hooked up the fridge to the RO system, as it is they knocked $100 dollars off the price as a concession for not hooking up the fridge ice maker.

The technicians are very knowledgeable and solved an additional incoming water pressure issue from the city main which was affecting my RO system. Todays annual service was completed by Joe who was friendly and efficient. He had both systems serviced within 30 minutes. The monthly payment option for the service contract makes it convenient and affordable to pay for the recommended preventive maintenance.     Jeremy did a great job. Polite, professional, courteous, personable and fast.Two suggestions for you guys overall:1) don’t block my driveway when you park the truck. My wife happened to come home during the visit and could not pull in.2) before changing filters/membrane ask the customer if he/she wants to pull some water from the RO before service. Now I don’t have drinkable water for 2 hours. Had I known I would have poured off a pitcher and put it in the fridge.Again, just suggestions - and not reflective of Jeremy’s terrific service.
