I just had an issue with my air conditioner where it would not turn on. I am so grateful for this team of people working together. The tech who came out was amazing. Very professional knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain what the issue was and how it would be fixed. Within no time he had my ac up and running and cooling my home down. I had a full AC system installed by Xpress Quality Services four years ago. The installation was extremely well done and Joel was always in constant communication and very professional. Recently I had a leak from my unit, and when contacted, I had a technician to my house within a couple of hours. The whole staff is very responsive and great to work with. Their prices are competitive and their work is top notch. I would recommend to anyone in need of AC system installs/service. Very satisfied customer!

After dealing with a couple of other companies, I was fortunate to contact Xpress. Unlike the others, they accurately diagnosed the problem with my system and actually fixed the problem. When it became apparent that I needed to replace the system, they spent a great deal of time explaining the options and making sure they located quality product for reasonable prices. Joel stays in touch always and definitely gives you personal service. I learned the hard way but you can learn from my mistakes. If you want it fixed right the first time call Xpress Quality!

This Company came highly recommended by a friend. Joel was the best communicator! He called me and asked me to send pictures so he could have everything he needed ready before he got here. He found me a unit within my price and specifications. He called me to let me know the time and day and then called me when his guys were headed to my hone to let me know their ETA! The two guys who performed AC work were willing to explain things to me and seemed competent at their jobs. They were easy to work with. Between the two of them they diagnosed and fixed the issue after an initial incorrect diagnosis of being low on refrigerant. So I got some free refrigerant which was nice of them. The people I worked with followed up with me and were very polite and professional. They were on top of their tasks and followed through with what they said they would do. I recommend them for your AC work if you can’t do it yourself.

Outstanding work and customer service. I needed my two AC units moved for a pool installation that required room for the pool pump equipment. I contacted Xpress at the last minute, they very honest informing me that they were completely booked for the next weeks, but would try to work me in….sure enough the following week they were able to work me in and move the units…even with me being out of the country. They sent pics to show me the outcome and made sure the system was functioning correctly before departure. I would highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.

I have been using Xpress Quality for several years. They have been excellent….initially had a problem with a new air conditioner they installed, they came out several times to figure out the problem and get it working. Very professional, very pleasant and easy to work with. Just had ducts cleaned and had a Rene Halo air purifier installed. Would definitely recommend this for allergies. The house smells cleaner and fresh. We’ve noticed a huge improvement with allergies and eye issues. It’s definitely worth having done and Xpress Quality is a great company to do it!Jeanine Recupito
