    We had to replace our main water line on rather quick notice, which was no easy feat with a 300 plus stretch of various tree roots, sprinkler lines, and pool lines in the way. Tampa Bay Plumbers, Mike Benson and crew did a fantastic job of avoiding breaking all obstacles and laying a new line quickly and professionally. The project passed inspection within 24 hours and we are happily up and running again. Thank you TBP, will definitely use you again in the future.

Thank you guys!Additional review for another service on March 27, 2023: I had a sewer blockage and Tampa Bay Plumbers sent out Michael Benson for my service call. I live in a townhouse and was never able to find a clean out. Michael had to go on the roof to scope it and found my pipe and clean out in my neighbors yard. He was able to clear enough of the blockage for me to use my bathroom. He came back the following week and had to remove my neighbors palm tree and many roots from an Oak to replace the pipe and clean out. Which he replaced with an extended pipe so it can be easily found in the future. Not only did he and his crew do an awesome job they cleaned up and carried away the palm tree & all of the tree cuttings and root removal. I am very grateful for Michael going above and beyond to fix my sewer line & taking care of mine and my neighbors yards. I would 100% recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers and Michael and his team.Thank you Michael and your team!

    We had a septic system inspection done by this company. The technician, Orlando, did a thorough inspection, and described each step as he did it. He explained how the entire system works and what each component does, and I have a much better understanding of our system now. He was very professional, pleasant, and seemed to be very experienced and knew what he was doing.

    Im giving my highest rating I have ever given for a plumber. I cant speak to price because I have a Sears Protect Home Warranty, but I would say that this has been quite a pleasant experience. In fact, the home warranty service to longer to get me connected to Tampa Bay Plumbing than the plumber took to get out to our place.They scheduled me quickly in less than one week. The first person reviewed (I cant remember his name) and the second person did not leave until the work was done perfectly. Cody was the kindest and most respectful service repair I think Ive ever encountered! He was polite to my elderly parents, cleaned up after himself, and want afraid to sweat!When it comes to repairs to your home, I want a professional who is OCD about his work. And Cody was that, and he treated his work as if he were working on his own home. Thank you Tampa Bay Plumbing for the best plumbing repair experience Ive had in my 48 years. If I ever need work again, I will certainly request you AND Cody! Thank you for accepting home warranty repair, too. It is easier for my Dad to handle costly repairs rather quickly.

    After experiencing a slab leak, we opted to have our 40 yr old house re-piped in two phases. Mike Benson and his father came out to complete phase 1 and did a fantastic job. They ran new copper pipe into the house, through our block wall, and over to our water heater, then hooked up the new system to our old manifold to give us temporary water until phase 2 ProPex install can be completed. They were patient and flexible, explaining everything to us and willing to work with us to install everything just the way we wanted it, including parts we had sourced ourselves (Flo by Moen shutoff device and Uponor copper valved manifolds). Very happy with their quality work and service!

    Wow. I wish more companies were like this one. Helene hits my house and we loose gas. I call them and Bairam answers. I called many others but no one picked up. Biaram walked me through some issues on the phone and got me in touch with my Service provider. I did not even get a chance to higher this company but Biaram went way above and beyond simply for goodwill at a time no one else would even answer the phone. Thanks Biaram, you were spot on and could have taken advantage of me but instead you helped me though my crisis. Thank you again!

    We had our sepetic system inspected by Bill and Mitch. Both gave of stellar service and had exceptional professionalism and expertise. We unfortunately had some issues with our tank and they broke down the entire situation - and gave us honest and trustworthy feedback on all options available. Those guys were 10 out of 10... We also had plumbing service from the company and that was same level of professionalism. Highly recommend this company, they seem to have a great all around culture!

    Justin installed my bathroom lavatory faucet. Easy to set appointment and Justin called to let me know he was on the way. Price was reasonable and he did a excellent professional job. I will definitely use Tampa Bay Plumbers for future plumbing needs.Second Review...I had a water leak and John help us locate the leak which was under the foundation. John and his crew re-piped my whole house hot and cold water replaced the hot water heater. John explained the whole process, the crew was very professional neat and clean throughout the whole process. Another five star job done by Tampa Bay plumbers.

    Could not be happier. Once again, I received outstanding service and a reasonable price. The tech has excellent customer service skills and took the time to show me pictures of the job he did and explained everything.     Excellent 5 star plumbing company. I called on a Wed afternoon and about an hour later a Tech arrived (for a non emergency call). Teddy is a great plumber who diagnosed the broken shower faucet, got the parts, and replaced the fixture at 9am the next morning. I can’t recommend Teddy and this company enough. Good to be dealing with a locally owned business as well that doesn’t answer to a national firm.

    Richard from Tampa Bay Plumbers was able to come out the same day we requested help for the leak that was apparent by the giant, dripping stain in our garage ceiling. He investigated all the possibilities and was able to narrow it down to a leak in the piping behind our tub.Richard was very professional and took the time to explain to me what was going on and why. He also gave me some tips to help us not have future problems with the plumbing. We really appreciate him!

    We had a plumbing leak for a week and didn’t know who to call and trust with a decent price. So read some reviews on diff plumbing companies and found Tampa Bay Plumbers.Just one call and that same day our plumbing problem was fixed by Justin! He was so nice and assured us that he can fix the leak. We were afraid that we can’t afford the repair but he gave us a decent price. And we, of course understand that pricing is based on the amount of work. I will call this company again if needed and will refer to our friends if they need someone reliable and can be trusted.     This was the fourth time we had used Tampa Bay Plumbers for a job and, as always, it was a good experience. Tony and his assistant arrived on time to install a new faucet and reconnect the drain line and disposal after new kitchen counter tops had been installed. They used whatever parts they could salvage from the old sink (drains, pipes, etc.) and replaced what was too old or used. The pipes below had to be changed since the new sink was deeper than the original.They made sure all water supply lines worked and there were no leaks after the install. Tony and his assistant cleaned up their work area. They were both friendly and professional.We will hire Tampa Bay Plumbers again without reservation should the need arise.

    Tampa Bay Plumbing just completed Ypoxi lining of my cast Iron pipes. My house is 60 years old and they were beginning to decompose and fail. Their excellent workmanship resulted in the rehabilitation of my drain lines and saving me a large amount of money in completely demolishing and remodeling my bathrooms.     Denis and Roland are AMAZING! The pride and care in their work is something you do not see today. We had a crack in a pipe from our clean out 14 feet headed to the sepric. They dug a trench, repaired the belly and the pipe and by the time they were done, you would never know there was a 14 foot long trench dug in our yard. I would recommend asking for this charming father/son team. Thank you Denis and Roland!

    I had two service technicians (sorry I didnt write their names down) that came out to replace a section of pipe that could only be accessed by cutting through the block and stucco on the exterior of my house. They explained what they would be doing and how they would do it. They really did an excellent job. I found the young technician well educated in his field and very willing to share his expertise with me. I felt confident he knew what he was doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mike Benson and his team did a whole house re-pipe on my home that had been on the market for several months at the time work was scheduled. The quoted price was reasonable, and there was no long wait for the job to begin. I was most impressed with Mike Bensons responsiveness on every occasion that I made contact with him while the job was in progress. Equally impressive was the fact that all of his crew (Tyrell, D. Rodriguez, and others) were very professional, highly-skilled, and good communicators as far as answering my questions and relaying information to Mike if I had any concerns.     Our septic wasnt acting right. Just wanted a quote at first. Jeff diagnosed the issue. NOTHING was done correctly before we moved in. We had them install a new pump and risers. They even pumped it out, even though we just paid $255.00 to have it pumped out a week before. Wasnt completely pumped because of the issues. Bill and Jason came out to install everything. Great guys. Very professional. Cleaned up all the leftovers, so to speak. If you are looking for a good company, for ANY septic issues ..request these guys! You wont be disappointed.

    We had to call because our septic tank was full and our toilets were backing up. They came out right away. Steve could not have been any nicer. He stayed until the problem was fixed.     I called Tampa Bay Plumbers after having several other plumbing companies come to my home and try and up-sell me on services I didnt need with no real guarantee they they could even fix my problem. After much frustration, I ran across Tampa Bay Plumbers on a google search, called, left a message, and Denis returned my call. We spoke on the phone, I told him I needed my problem solved and not another up-sell. We spoke, he listened, and then he recommended a whole house pipe restoration. What we spoke about made sense and made me feel comfortable, so I scheduled with Denis. Denis arrived with his crew, Ian, Kenton, and James, they were on time and walked me through the entire process. They allowed me to observe their work as they located my sewer lines, cleaned them, videoed them, and installed the clean-out accesses. The way they treated me made me feel a part of the process and they showed me what they were doing and explained why they were doing it throughout the job. They worked diligently fixing my issues and restoring my cast iron pipes to the best condition they could. Their analysis of the condition of my pipes was accurate and did not try to up-sell me on pipe re-lining which I was interested in but they evaluated that I did not need - complete honesty! I saw the condition of the pipes before their restoration and after, what a big difference they made! All of my plumbing now works as it should, I would call Tampa Bay Plumbers again as well as I would request Denis, Ian, Kenton, and James - super nice guys who produced quality work from beginning to end.     We inquired about services on Home Advisors and selected Tampa Bay Plumbers. They were very helpful and pleasant and sent someone out quickly and on time. The young man they sent out was so helpful and pleasant and took care of our problem. William (Bill) Kramer was very easy to deal with and answered all of our questions, even the dumb ones.     We recently faced the problem of slab leakage in our home. We tried contacting few plumbing services which had 24/7 service mentioned in the website. It was only Mike Benson from Tampa Bay Plumbers who responded quickly at 6:30 in the morning and helped us getting a leak detection team scheduled for the same day. We went ahead and did a whole house re piping, Mike Benson and his crew Zack, Jim, Jake and Bryan did an amazing job in getting it done in a reasonable time. They even went to the extend of working till 11:30 pm in the night to get the job completed on time. Mike was very helpful and responsive for every call and text message. We strongly recommend Mike Benson and his crew for any plumbing needs in future.

We had a serious issue with the main sewer line leading out to the septic tank. We had called several different companys and the quotes and extensive work they proposed sounded outrageous.     Technicians Michael James and William Kramer arrived on schedule, went to work quickly and efficiently, explained their findings and made recommendations. All of the above completed in 30 minutes, without any issues or problems.     This was our first experience with a septic tank, as we were on city/county sewer in our previous homes. So we are basically flying blind. A few days ago, our master bathroom toilet began to drain slowly, followed by a series of burping bubbles once the toilet drained. The technician originally thought the septic tank may need to be pumped. However, when he removed both riser covers, he found that the problem was just a clogged filter. We gladly paid the service call fee instead of needing to set an appointment and pay to have the tank pumped. We honestly had no idea what to expect and were at the mercy of the technicians diagnosis. We appreciate his honestly and not taking advantage of our inexperience.     I had a problem with my garbage disposal leaking. I received a call from Mike R. letting me know they were about 30 min away which I really appreciated the heads-up. Mike R arrived promptly with Muka, who was in training that week, and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional both men were. Not only that, they were very friendly and personable. I then remembered that I had another issue with my shower so while one tended to the disposal, the other looked at the shower issue. I was glad they took the time to explain how to extend the life of my disposal as well as how to keep the pipes problem free. I appreciate that they helped me get the best price to fix my disposal and how to fix the shower issue myself with a part that I had ordered so I wouldn’t have to make another service call.     Well...its early yet, but if initial indications are correct, these plumbers fixed a problem that has plagued us for the entire two + years we have owned our house. Our washer has never drained properly and it was nearly unuseable. The guy who came out to do the original asessment said he was sure they could fix it and I liked that confidence, but I was skeptical. And true to form, the job turned out to be challenging, and it was difficult to fix but the plumbers preservered until it was done. We have had plumbers out to work on this problem and we were kind of resigned to believing that it could only be resolved by spending 10K or so to have new pipes installed. But as of tonight, the problem is solved. Im pretty sure that I am going to name the washroom after the guy who fixed it.UPDATE: Some time has passed, and a number of wash cycles have come and gone, and it has worked so well that I no longer time the cycles and keep an eye on it. I do believe these guys fixed what I thought was the unfixable.

    I had Tampa Bay Plumbers pump my septic a couple of times and they were very responsive and did a great job. When I noted that my system seemed to not be working correctly, I contacted Tampa Bay Plumbers for help. Based on the systems history and age, we decided to pull a permit and replace the drain field. Brad made it all happen efficiently. When the results of the permit and soil testing came back, Brad came to the house to discuss options and pricing. The next work day, Monday, Seth was here with his backhoe and grader. He explained everything that would be done very well. The drain-field was excavated, prepared, new sand, new drain-field installed, county inspection, and land restored by noon on Friday. Seth is a great guy who takes personal pride in doing the job right. I spoke with Brad about a toilet leak, he had plumber Cory to the house within the hour! Cory made all the necessary repairs to the toilet, and also repaired a shower valve problem. Brad, Seth, and Cory were all professional and courteous. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers.

    I just had to write and share my experiences with Tampa Bay Plumbers. I had a clog drain and they sent out Mike Benson to clear it out. Mike was on time, very clean, tidy and took good care of my wooden floors by putting down his drop cloths. Mike even taped plastic under my sink cabinet to avoid any possible spills.Mike ran an automatic metal snake 75 feet thru my pipes and the clog was totally cleared out. Mike cleaned up all his tools and left my kitchen clean just like he found it minus the clog.     I call them around 7pm and they were here next day. They figured out the issue quickly and were ready to repair it. The after service left a bit to be desired, hence the 4 stars. They left without notice, after my wife waited for them for hours. I got a call after just to pay them, no after photos, no report, or nor even a everything is working well, just calling to get paid. The old nasty pump was left on my backyard too, I would have expected them to take it and scrap it. I own a service business too, and cleaning after ourselves is mandatory and it includes taking the old parts that we replaced.

    I had a blockage in my main drain which was causing waste (poop!) to backup into a shower. I called Tampa Bay Plumbers and they dispatched a service technician within 2-3 hours. Michael, the tech, arrived and evaluated the situation. He used an electric drain auger to try to clear the blockage but the auger was not robust enough to do the job. He called another technician, Matt, and even though Matt had already clocked out for the day, he came over to give Michael a hand. Matt had a better electric auger and like Michael earlier, dragged the auger onto the rooftop to access a plumbing vent in order to try to clear the blockage. They were able to send the auger down the entire length of the drain and clear out scale deposits that were the main cause of the blockage. They then used a camera and examined the entire drain all the way to the septic tank to ensure the line was completely clear. These guys were here for about 3-4 hours until around 8:00 PM and they persevered to ensure my drainage issue was resolved before they left. And to top it off, Michael cleaned/disinfected the nastiness from the shower and the toilet and he also cleaned/disinfected every doorknob they touched in the process of the repair. I cannot recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers strongly enough. This is the third time I have used their services over the last 4 years and I could not be happier with the quality of service and professionalism of the staff and technicians. If you have a plumbing or septic issue call Tampa Bay Plumbers! You will not be disappointed!

    Experience with Tampa Bay Plumbers today was superior. When I called to book service the office was able to set me up for next day service instantly (my issue was non-emergency). They let me know a plumber would arrive between 8AM and 9AM.Right away I appreciated the attention to professionalism Michael R exhibited. At 8:11 he called to let me know he was on his way and would arrive within 30 minutes - which he did.Michael offered to wear a mask if that was what we wanted, without pressure either way which was greatly appreciated. He also wore shoe coverings and gloves. (He also appropriately changed gloves after handling the toilet issue so as not to cross contaminate.)He immediately went to inspect the problem toilet and let us know hed like to try a hand auger first. He told us the pricing and likely outcome, as well as possible continuance of service depending on whether the first implemented solution was successful (it was!). A good thing to know about TBP is that if you pay for the hand auger first and it doesnt resolve, they dont then charge you a whole second initial fee for the next solution, the hand auger pricing rolls into the next so you arent paying outrageous amounts for services.Michael cleaned up any (very minor) droplets of mess with pet-safe cleaner because he saw that we had a cat running around.He also quickly adjusted a chain in a second toilet to allow for better flushing without charging us, so I know TBP isnt just jacking up pricing. They are a very inclusive service and we will return to them for our plumbing needs and refer our friends and family to them as well.Thanks Michael and Tampa Bay Plumbers!

    We used Tampa Bay Plumbers, LLC to install our garbage disposal and fix our leaking sink. They came on a Sunday morning but when they didnt have the disposal we wanted, they didnt charge us for coming over and came back promptly the next day. Russell did an awesome job on installing the new Insinkerator and it works like a charm. He was very nice, polite and knew what he was doing. He did a very thorough job and we were very happy with the outcome. We will definitely call them when we need a plumber again!

    These guys are great! They are quick to respond, informative on their work and honest. Obviously their work is of high quality and fair financially.Most of all though i was impressed with their proffesionalism and character. Michael F. was the first service tech we had out and couldnt have been better. Dissecting the problem and showing me so i could see for myself. We needed to have our main sewage line cleaned out and a section of pipe replaced leading into the septic tank. When the repair was done Richie and Anthony did the the work. I think that maybe the issues we were having were a little messier than they had anticipated. Once they dug up the area to be worked on we could see that it was a mess. They remained undaunted and went to work. By the end of the day they had created a beautiful pipe connection. They also pulled the toilets. One of which was disgusting underneath. Still the cleaned fixed and rebuilt till the job was done. Honestly we could not have been happier with our experience with Tampa Bay Plumbers. Excellent work but the proffesionalism and character of their employees is what makes them special!

    Tampa Bay Plumbers has provided service on 2 different occasions and both times the service was excellent. The first call was for an issue with the pump in my septic system. They replaced the pump the same day of the call and suggested some upgrades to keep the system in good working order. Upgrades were done shortly after. Everything was explained thoroughly and there was no pressure to complete the upgrades. The 2nd call was a bit of an emergency - cracked pipe in the wall near hose spicket on garage created water leak into the garage. Trevor arrived within a couple hours and was able to quickly diagnose and repair. Trevor did a fantastic job, repairing, ensuring that the work was warranty worthy, and making sure that I was satisfied with the work. Both plumbers that were sent on the calls were very professional and seemed to have a great work ethic. Seems like a well run company.

    Mike Benson and the gentleman he worked with were both great. They didnt mind my kids hanging around watching the process of digging up our yard and replacing a pipe.     Friendly staff and very considerate, one of the only complaints I have is that I didnt like the damage to the property and the excess mountain of dirt which wast there before. There is also a meter that was installed by TBP and it was leaking water, even. Do I mentioned to the tech its still dripping. I will have to call them back.

    I made an appointment with Tampa Bay Plumbers to pump my septic tank. They showed up on time and were very friendly and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about the entire process. They determined that the last cleaning of the tank did not include the maintenance/replacement of the filter. This was due to the laziness of the company that I had hired previously to do the job.     Being new home owners, we were upset to find out we had water damage in our ceiling from a leak just weeks after moving in. We were even more upset after we thought we might have misdiagnosed the plumbing issue and we were worried it was a toilet issue.     I had roots growing into the corroded old cast iron pipes coming into my house. They brought over a team of four highly skilled guys and within 48 hrs, they were able to clean out the roots and create new pipes within the existing ones used new technology (CIPP) and other cutting edge methods for the smaller pipes in the house.     Jason Schleman with Tampa Bay Plumbers came to our house within 20 minutes after making a call to have someone come out to the house. The gentlemen taking the call was professional over the phone and said he could send someone over today. Jason was our plumber, and he immediately asked detailed questions and assessed the issue. We had a pretty bad plug in the kitchen sink. Within an hour he had cleared it. Jason wore his mask throughout the whole ordeal going in and out in the heat. What a pro to do this. He clean our sink, and under the cabinets, and had a sheet on the floor. We felt very comfortable and confident with his knowledge and work. We will refer and use this company again.

    We have our septic tank pumped out every 3 years. Due to their good ratings, we decided to give them a try. I also wanted to be there when it was done since our neighbors were screwed over by a different company that only pumped out half their tank. Some companies wanted to be paid extra to come out on a Saturday. That was the only day I could be home and they scheduled the next Saturday. Tampa Bay Plumbers did not charge anything extra for the Saturday schedule either. The tech (Steve) was very thorough, very professional, and very clean. I was very impressed with him (its not easy for anyone to impress me). Id certainly recommend them to friends and family.

    Meg and Gary answered my panicked phone call, in person (not a robot or a voicemail) at 7 pm. They sounded like they genuinely cared. Travis was there within 3.5 hours, and got our water back on by midnight (even though he had been working since 7 am).     We had an undetected leak in our house and only realized something was wrong after receiving a water bill for $875 - nothing was leaking in our house anywhere. We called Tampa Bay Plumbers and they immediately came out to do a leak detection and Russell and Ty found the pipe leak was under our slab. Ty recommended a repipe of our entire house since the pipes were 50+ yo. It would be a few days until they were able to begin the repipe and Russell, using toothpicks, plugged the pipe to stop the pipe from bursting if we ran hot water. Hes magic because that pipe never leaked once.Then Ty, Mike Benson and his team (Zack, Jake & Bryan) came out to do the repipe. They were so professional, courteous and some of the hardest working men Ive seen. They barely stopped to eat lunch - and only stopped because we bought lunch for them. The teamwork they showed was outstanding and hearing the way they bounced ideas off each other was very impressive.Finally, Miguel & Richie came out to repair the drywall. We have textured walls and the artistry they displayed by matching the drywall repairs to the same texture was truly amazing.Our water service is like night and day compared to before.     Was having issues with shower pressure in an old house and needed two shower valves replaced. They came out quickly to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. They came out the following day and completed the job in a few hours. There were no games trying to charge me more after the fact and the estimate is what I was charged. Would highly recommend.

    Brian Wright from this firm performed excellent work after educating me on the complications that can affect toilets. He replaced two dated, problem toilets with new models that I am pleased to own. He was courteous, extremely neat, and efficient. He also replaced an outside faucet on its last leg. I would recommend him and Tampa Bay Plumbers without hesitation.

    After getting quotes anywhere from $500 to $700 to install a kitchen sink (I provided the sink), I came upon TBP who quoted me $350. I dont always go with the lowest bid; but the reviews were good, so I hired them. Justin did a fantastic job. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Im incredibly happy with the work, and I would definitely recommend this company.

    I hired Tampa Bay Plumbers after reading the positive reviews on Google. I have to say they live up to their reputation! I called them today at 12:30 and they were able to send someone out the same day. My appointment window was between 2-4pm, Jeremy was here at 2:03pm. He assessed my problem and went right to work. He was done in less than an hour. Clean, professional, reasonably priced! I will definitely be using them again!
